• Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent service both hotel/restaurant. Only seven minutes from Pub Street by tuk tuk. Close to local market and shops. Swimming pool and restaurant opened till late. Would definitely stay there again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Enjoyed my stay there! - The hotel itself was very nice, great room, friendly and very helpful staff (some struggles with English, but they tried!), nice pool, etc. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but in some ways that's good. My problem was at their bar, where four different times they made errors in my bill or returning my change, always in their favor. To be fair, a couple of times it was a matter of less than a dollar, and may have been because they didn't have change. But since they are already adding a service tip to all purchases at the bar/restaurant, they should not be helping themselves… Anyway, great hotel, just keep an eye on your bill and change at the bar.

• Ronaldo Carvalho (10/5): Outstanding place, exceptional people. - Like everyone else in Cambodia, people were just great. Staff are super friendly and very professional. From the front desk team to the housekeeping and the team working at the bar. Everyone is just great! They make you feel very welcome and will do anything to make sure you are comfortable and pleased. The happy hour by the pool is amazing and the potato balls are the best snack to go with it. They have happy hour for massages as well. My only remark would be the music around the pool bar. It is always the same. At first it was nice and relaxing but after 4 days it begins to annoy.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was outside hustle and bustle of main hotel strip but it worked fine for us and was a short 2-3km ride to town. Nice pool facility. Rooms were spacious. We could arrange all the tuk tuk tours we needed at the hotel and our tuk tuk driver attached to the hotel was great and we enjoyed his hospitality.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - great pool for cooling off after a hot day of siteseeing. Room was large and comfortable. Helpful staff. Only downside was had to take a tub tukmto get to anywhere as no local groceries or eating establishments. Tuk tuk were $3 USD each way to get to almost everywhere.

My only complaints were that the pool is much too deep at the shallow end (not child-friendly in that regard), and that the older door style in our room seemed to allow bugs in at night. Overall, a very nice experience. We would be happy to come back once our children are tall enough to enjoy the pool more.
• Sulabha (10/5): - Very nice fairly new hotel with nice pool and small restaurant beside pool. Local market nearby. Tuktuks outside the hotel so easy to get a ride. Stayed there two weeks and enjoyed the time there. The staff let me run up and down backstairs for my exercise routine.

They were friendly and extremely helpful with our frequent questions and further also supplied us with delicious complementary iced tea on arrival and refreshing iced towels both on arrival and after we returned from a very hot bicycle ride around Angkor Wat/Thom (in Cambodian heat this is very appreciated). We were able to rent bikes here for 5USD each to bike around the temples (highly recommended, especially for Angkor Thom). I suspect you may be able to find significantly cheaper in the city, but we appreciated the convenience. I made use of the spa services offered, which I highly recommend if you have the time and want to decompress after a long day and wash off sweat and grime. The lady who did my rice body scrub was professional and calming, and even threw in a free 10min oil message at the end of my session! The rooms are sizeable and comfortable, and include a safe.

• Robert (10/5): A fabulous hotel. - As friendly and welcoming as ever! The local area has been undergoing a lot of infrastructure works in recent months, which appear to be now complete; this means the road is now metalled, less dust and a quicker and comfier ride in and out of town.
• Scotty (10/5): Little oasis - Loved our 5 night stay at Wheel Garden. The staff are brilliant and go out of their way to interact on a personal level. It is easy to say that many were our friends by the time we left. The owners were friendly, open and receptive. The local markets were brilliant, laundry service just across the road and a tuk tuk into town was $3. We got out amongst the temples and real Cambodia and then retreated to happy hour by the pool for a few hours. Food was great. A true oasis we did not want to leave!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cute boutique hotel - Very nice staff and lovely and clean. Room was a little small for us but was clean and comfortable. Close to Angkor woth cheap tour packages and town is 10 to 15 min Tuk Tuk away. Hotel has its own drivers which is very easy.
• Verified traveler (10/5): highly recommended - From Lika and "Mr. Moli" in the restaurant to the receptionists, all the staff were very friendly and eager to please. My room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the wifi was totally reliable. The pool and poolside bar/restaurant made for a perfect place to relax on a hot afternoon. The chef's daily specials were a tasty introduction to Khmer cuisine.
• Kishor (6/5): Good - Nice hotel & nice staff, breakfast is quote reasonable. Hotel has no lifts, if you are a older parsons be careful & lots of dust around, road conditions are very poor, it is away from main shoping & daning place not walking distance 🙁

• Carol (10/5): I would stay here again! - Best service we received on our 3 week trip around Thailand and Cambodia. Lovely staff made us really feel welcomed. A warm and friendly staff makes a stay at any hotel so much better! We arranged a free airport pick up and our driver who had tuk tuk #14 and I think his name to Mootee was great! Super friendly and we ended up having him take us everywhere our entire trip. Try to get him. Whenever he arranged to pick us up he always chose a very obvious location and was looking for us, so he saw us first more often than we saw him first and waved us over, which was important since most places we left had a sea of tuk tuks. He made all our day trips and trips to the Night Market and Pub Street stress free. Also gave us cold water. Back to the hotel: The room was plain, but big and the air conditioning cooled the room fast and was quiet. Everything was very clean and daily house keeping kept it that way. Pool was the perfect temp. and the waterfall was a nice touch. Also loved the relaxing music playing around the pool and restaurant. It gave the place a really nice spa feel. It got deep fast and the first step in was a little steep, so watch for that it it's a concern. I really liked the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was good, not huge amount of choices, but it filled us up. They were really good at following my request to have no milk or cheese in any of my food. Also had dinner here and the local dishes were tasty. I'd write more...but it seems I have run our of room.
• Sophie (10/5): Great Time at Wheel Garden - The staff at Wheel Garden were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the happy hour and the restaurant manager always greeted us with a smile. The Khmer Traditional massage was excellent. This hotel is a little far from town, but the amenities make up for this and there is always a tuk tuk driver to take you where you need to go!

However, one individual stood out from the rest. Mister Lika is the main bartender and restaurant manager. He always made me feel extra special. He makes great cocktails and even knows how to make a "Caesar"; a Canadian specialty! I would recommend Wheel Garden to everyone!

Just the neighborhood contrast with the hotel quality, but the people around are quite friendly and one can have the opportunity to try really local food at local prices (no tourist prices).
• Pradeep (10/5): Friendly staff in quaint boutique hotel - Had a wonderful time and this quaint and stylish boutique hotel. The staff were fabulous, from Sokhheng the manager and her front office staff, Theara and Phanith, to Lika the bar and restaurant manager - nothing was too troublesome for them to arrange, especially spa treatments. I loved the tranquil and nicely decorated bar/dining and pool area. The hotel is a little bit outside the main part of the city, which is no bad thing in my opinion especially when tuk tuk rides are only $3.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be, there was not a lot of room to move around. There isn't a lift so if you have accessibility needs then requesting the ground floor would be a good idea.

You do need to get a tuktuk to go else where but the driver at the hotel are wonderful and very kind. Was a great base for xploring Angkor watt
• Josephine (8/5): Excellent experience - It was a nice hotel. Very new and it was clean. Excellent location to get to Angkor Wat. Since Angkor Wat is so large, we needed a tuk tuk service. With an extra fee the hotel provided the tuk tuk. And our driver Mr Thol, was wonderful. He got us to all our locations, gave us information about the wats, provided us with plenty of cold water and in general he was a lovely and interesting person to meet. Made the experience excellent and easy.

• Ramanthan (10/5): Pleasing stay in Siem Reap - It is slightly off the city, but tuk-tuk will take you in 10 minutes for a fee of USD3 one-way. The tuk-tuk driver Cheong was extremely helpful and reliable who is just outside the hotel. Nice attached restaurants and very good compliment of the hotel. There are no other restaurants nearby, so it is a must for them to keep the restaurants in good condition and inexpensive.
• Isabella (6/5): Nice hotel - Overall, our experience here was great in terms of the options for Angkor Wat and tours available. The pool was lovely and they had massage/spa options on site as well. It seemed like it was in the red light district so we didn't feel safe walking around so took a tuk tuk everywhere. The breakfast options are also pretty limited. Our shower was right over the toilet so everything in the bathroom was wet when showering - no separation.

• tim (8/5): Good , Clean, Comfortable - Little bit away from center but tuk tuk to central market area about $2.50. About $3.00 to Angkor Wat. Nice clean hotel rooms. Ac work good and good wifi. Sheets appeared to be changed daily. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rare find with a real minibar that was really stock with drinks and not an empty refrig. Nice pool though I did not swim. On site restaurant has basic but ok breakfast and dinner selections little above average. Staff pleasant but push their tours alittle hard to you on arrival. Appears to be well managed which I do not always see in this part of Asia. There seems to be alittle confuse as the distance to points of interest on the part of several clerks. I was told about 15km to Angkor wats, that it was impossible to walk and must take tuk tuk which is waiting outside. Turns out about 4km walk and can be an enjoyable 1hr if so desired. Location about 10 to 15mins from market and eating areas. For under $25 I would have no problem staying again..
• Susana (10/5): Nice Hotel - The hotel staff were all nice, food is delicious and reasonable but serving is slow and you need to wait for a long time. Electricity is on and off that affects the wifi. But overall its too nice for the price you pay.
• Isabella (6/5): Nice hotel, a bit noisy - We stayed at the Wheel Garden Residence for three nights, because our original hotel canceled on us two days before we were due to arrive. Whilst the hotel itself was nice, it had great wifi, the pool was nice and our room, albeit small, was good, the area the hotel was in was not what we were expecting - there are brothels down the road, and it was quite noisy at night. The walls are pretty thin so when other guests were yelling down the hallway at midnight it was quite annoying. Especially as we were getting up to see the sunrise! However, the tours offered for Angkor Wat and other things to do in Siem Reap was great and they always had tuk tuks outside ready to take us places. We had one tuk tuk driver take us around all 3 days, and it made it slightly more personal which I liked. Overall, for the price I was happy with the hotel, however if I were to come back to Siem Reap i would prefer to stay closer in town.

• James (10/5): - Wheel Garden was an excellent choice for us during our visit to Siem Reap. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the price was extremely reasonable. We liked the fact that the location was away from the tourist center and relatively close to the entrance to Angkor Wat.
