Arredato con gusto e pulito. La cosa meno piacevole l’odore di fogna nei bagni. Per il resto tutto bene. L’appartamento è centralissimo, vicino alle attrazioni più famose e vicino a tutto.

• Alicia (10/5): My family absolutely loved this place! - Location was central and the food in the area was delicious! It wasn't a problem for us, but the top bedroom was a loft without a door and there was a tall spiral staircase leading up to it.

• Yuliya (10/5): Es war super zentral gelegen, alle wichtige Ziele konnte mann zu fuß erreichen. - Eigentlich mussten wir um 15.00 Uhr einchecken. Aber wir konnten schon um 13:00 Uhr herzlich begrüßt werden. Wir hatten auch eine tolle Hilfe mit dem Transfer gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wie können die Apartments nur weiter empfehlen.

Ana was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived to go through everything with us, and give us recommendations for restaurants and bars. All the recommendations were excellent. Only thing we did not know how to sort out was what to do with our rubbish - where to leave our bin bags so we had to keep them in the apartment. A small thing that I am sure the hosts can resolve easily :)

• Valeria (7/5): Ubicación excepcional, limpieza… no tanto. - La ubicación es súper central y todo queda a walking-distance. Pagamos por un apartamento con dos camas dobles y un sofá cama. Cuando llegamos había 1 habitación con cama doble, otra con 2 camas sencillas y un sofá que de cama no tenía nada. Los colchones son muy duros e incómodos. La ropa de cama estaba manchada como de sangre, pedimos que nos las cambiaran y nos llevaron solo unas sábanas nuevas cuando les enviamos que era todo: duvet, inserto y sábanas.

• Alice (9/5): - L'appartamento è nuovissimo, spazioso, perfetto per due coppie di amici. Si trova in pieno centro, a due passi dalla Cattedrale. Sono presenti asciugamani, lenzuola e saponi. La cucina è attrezzata e vengono messe a disposizione cialde per il caffè. Ci sono molti locali dove poter fare colazione nelle immediate vicinanze, e in caso di necessità c'è anche un locker per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out nella stessa via. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Data la posizione, la notte si sente molto il rumore delle persone in strada, ma è inevitabile quando si sceglie di alloggiare in pieno centro città.

• Zubaryeva (10/5): - Die Lage ist top. Einrichtung ist wunderschön mit Design-Elemente und sehr viel Liebe zum Details. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Es wurde an allen Kleinigkeiten gedacht. Immer gerne wieder.

Clean towels and shampoos are provided there on arrival. Helpful guides on where to go in Seville! Very close to the main square with plenty of bars/restaurants . Beds probably too close together and not the most comfortable but that's a minor issue.

I asked them for some information before arrival via bookingcom, and they refused the answer me, redirected me to their colleague who is responsible to handle these questions. I asked them to please communicate between themselves and let me know the answer. It naturally is way easier for them, since they are one firm, all Spanish etc. but they refused again, instead of them talking to each other, I had to individually message them. It was extremely unprofessional and rude how they refused to answer me directly and made me contact their colleagues instead of doing it themselves.

Ci hanno addirittura aiutato ad organizzare i tour a Granada e Cordova e prenotato lo spettacolo del flamenco. Consiglio vivamente!!!

We loved the location and it was really quiet. Unfortunately, it was raining all weekend, so we were not able to enjoy the roof terrace. The apartment wasn’t as stunning looking as in the photos. I would say that the photos had been taken a while back with good lighting. The view outside the living room was a wall full of pidgin poop, not the most appealing.

There were festivals or parties going on until 2 or 4 am so it was very noisy on the weekend. So if you are bothered by a lot of street noise avoid the weekend. Nicely decorated and homey feel. We really enjoyed our time and appreciated that there was a washing machine in the apartment. Party area on weekends. Construction in front from 8-5 for the whole time we visited.

• Deborah (10/5): Stay here - Well, for starters, the location would be very hard to beat. The view from the sitting room can not be better. If you are looking way better than your own home, nope, but it is just like your cousin's place at the beach. F#@%$ fantastic! Plus, you have anything you might need right there. That is, I don't own this place.
• Jane (7/5): Nice flat in a great location - Location was excellent There were a couple of cockroaches living under the washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Tried several times to kill them but they were still there when we left. No one told us that they were digging up the street outside the apartment and that there was construction work going on across the road in one of the houses. We did not like the fact that we were woken up every morning early and work continued throughout the day. When booking hosts should make this clear - very disappointed.

Very luminous apartment The street to get to the property was under construction and the taxi driver let us very far away and we had to walk a lot with luggage. It would have been good to receive some instructions to tell the taxi drivers.

Birds nesting in ceiling above bedroom - noisy in evening. A bird flew down a hole in bedroom ceiling and was flying around inside apartment. Annoying bright flashing smoke detectors right above beds. Bathroom musty.

• Marcela (8/5): Excellent location could improve some things in the bathrooms - The location was excellent! The bathroom didnt have any ventilation so it was humid. The kitchen was very small not for making any meals. For the check out the service was not very kind because when we received the department they told us we could ask if there was a possibility for a later check out, and the service via whatsapp gave us a very standard response and not very kind.
• Catherine (9/5): Great central stay - The location was perfect. Bedrooms comfortable, big lounge, bathrooms are good, heating and air con work well. Lots of restaurants all around and a locker store and taxi rank very close. Hosts very helpful and on hand to help. The sofa bed covers on the sofa bed could do with a clean. But everything else was very clean. Nothing to do with the property itself but to be aware that there is noise transfer from neighbours mainly shutting their front doors which can be loud as the complex design means noise will echo due to marble floors. Would stay here again though.

• Maureen (9/5): Superb - The apartment was just as it was described Roomy, lots of light, well kitted out., comfy beds., excellent WIFI, Great location with the main tourist attractions within walking distance. A good number of bars and restaurants are located nearby but the area was still quiet at night.. Very good communication from the host prior to check in. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would certainly book again. We could not find the apartment. We found the street ok but the number of the apartment, 43, was actually way up high above the door .
