Martin (7/5): Zeer mooi hotel, echter de prijs hiervoor is zeker aan de hoge kant - Redelijk Er zou meer aandacht aan het eten besteed kunnen worden zowel in de ochtend als avond . Beide waren in buffet vorm, maar konden met menukaart wel uitgebreid worden, wat echter wel weer extra kosten met zich meebracht. Standaard zou het eten allemaal wel wat uitgebreider kunnen voor dit prachtige hotel.

BARBARA (10/5): - Res lepo urejen in čist hotel. Izredno prijazno osebje, ki je z nasmehom na obrazu vedno pripravljeno ustreči željam gostov. Zelo velika soba z veliko kopalnico, kjer sta tako tuš kot tudi kopalna kad. Najbolj me je navdušil wellnes - velik bazen, veliko savn in vse ostale storitve, ki jih nudijo. Vsekakor pa ne morem mimo tistih malih detajlov, ki naredijo piko na i. Vrhunsko in stilsko urejena jedinica, s priborom in postrežbo, ki ti poleg res odlične hrane, daje tisto "nekaj", da to ni samo prehranjevanje, ampak doživetje in užitek.
Basstardium (10/5): - Doručak po meri. Sve je sveže i ukusno. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Soba je bila čista i uredna. Krevet udoban i veliki. Wellness & Spa jako uredni i čisti. Bazen je prostran i dovoljno topao. Svaka preporuka za hotel, jako sam zadovoljan!

VAJDIĆ (1/5): KATASTROFALNO LOŠ HOTEL SA NAJVECOM CIJENOM - ZAO MI.JE SVAKOG CENTA OD OVIH 250 EURA KOJE SAM PLATIO..KATASTROFALNO LOSA PONUDA OBJEKTA I USLUGE ZA 2 OSOBE U OBICNIM SOBAMA .. Ovako ....ovaj hotel u Hrvatskoj nebi dobio niti 2 zvjezdice a kamoli 5 .. KATASTROFALNO los odnos recepcionera sa gostom. Dogovorena je bila SUPERIOR soba sa balkonom I PARKIRALISTEM. DOSAO sam i subotu na dogovoren odmor prije mjesec dana i docekan sam sa najlosijom sobom br 122 sa smrdljivom sobom sa tus kabinom koja je pustala na sve strane i kamenac na plocicama. Smrdljivi martini u krevetu i po zidovima .tv sirine 80 cm bez baterija .sa 2 hrvatska programa . Dorucak katastrofalno losa ponuda .mini hrenovke Peceni spek 2 vrste salama 2 vrste rize i 2 vrste kruha koje rezes sam sa tupim nozevima i sa zmazanim rukama .. sokovi losi jako razrijedeni i 2 vrste sira i krosana .i 2 vrste kave. Najveci problem je bio sto sam rezervirao sobu prije 1 mjesec sa parkiralistem za osobni auto. A u mom slucaju sam auto parkirao 300 metara dalje na gradskom parkiralistu. . I zadnje ..naplata hotela uzasno .prevaren sam u svakom pogledu Pitanje za menadment ovog hotela ...imate najvecu cijenu smjestaja i najlosiju kvalitetu soba i hrane ...kako vi.mislite osvajati goste ..LAŽIMA ...

Skerovic (5/5): Za cenu koja je plaćena sam očekivao znatno više - DOručak odličan, lokacija dobra U odnosu na cenu, svi sadržaji spa i wellnesa su trabali biti bolji. Tempertatura oko bazena nije dovoljno visoka, hladno je. SPa centar radi samo do 20 h, a saune počinju sa radom od tek 12 h. Restoran a la card je izuzetno skup, sa vrlo ograničenom ponudom.

jo (7/5): Goede hotelaccomodatie maar personeel én hotelgasten zorgden voor 'aparte' sfeer - Zeer groot hotel, op loopafstand van het 'medisch centrum' waar alle andere hotels gevestigd zijn. Wel vandaar een klim aan 10% . Goede oprijplaats voor inchecken, goede makkelijke ondergrondse parking - in ons geval weinig bezetting- . Imposante inkomhall met bar. Welkomstdrankje aangeboden maar keuze is vrij beperkt , alleen de goedkope dingen... Kamer op eerste verdieping . Vrij ruim, tapijt. Kingsize bed is goed, kussens ook. Ijskast. Makkelijke safe. Proper. Badkamer groot, 1 lavabo, bad én douche, die laatste is een regendouche , ruimte is klein en 1 glas hangt gevaarlijk los. Terras met tafeltje en 2 goede stoelen . Eén van de avonden speelde in de grote inkomhall een gitaarduo ; die kerels speelden voor een 7 koppig publiek (ja , 3 koppels en een verdwaalde Rus ) akoestische versies van songs van de helden die onze jeugd kleurden : oa Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Lynyrd Skynyrd en Pink Floyd . Magisch maar op een verkeerde plaats ... Onthaaldame én eigenlijk al het personeel nors en onvriendelijk (op uitzondering van één man van Aziatische origine in het restaurant) . Het doet hier echt Oost -Europees aan qua sfeer, er is ook blijkbaar strikte hiërarchie onder het personeel. Matige wifi op de kamer, onvoldoende om filmpje te bekijken. Geen koffie op de kamer, zelfs geen waterkoker en dat in een 5 sterren hok. Uitzicht vanop terras kamer : bergen maar dan moet je wel over een dak én een sportcomplex kijken. Hotel lijkt niet echt druk bezet, de aanwezige gasten zijn wel speciaal : lijken veelal Oost Europees , is ook te zien in de parkeergarage. Onder hen aantal alleenstaande mannen , kunnen zo meedoen in een film over boksers . Trekken zich niks van omgeving en negeren bvb straal het rookverbod zonder dat daar iemand van het personeel hen daar op aanspreekt... Raar. Ontbijtbuffet in orde. Koffie en eieren a la carte. Avondeten daarentegen geen hoogvlieger. Voor en nagerecht buffet en hoofdschotel a la carte. Men vergiste zich met onze bestelling én het niet bestelde maar toch opgegeten stuk rund was taaier en meer gebakken dan een klassieke gevelsteen. De keuken , zo was ons gezegd , sloot om 21 u. Om 20 u 55 dook uit die keuken een volledige brigade op en in no time was het buffet en alles wat daar bij hoorde verdwenen, zelfden zo efficiënt iets zien opruimen, 5 sterren zeker waard... pfff.... Rekening was niet correct maar omdat ze in ons voordeel was én omdat men weer nogal 'kordaat' was daar dan maar niets over gezegd.

Julyyy94 (10/5): Prekrasan hotel s vrlo ljubaznim osobljem - Predivan boravak u hotelu Atlantida! Sve pohvale cijelom osoblju, a posebno konobaru i posluživanju u restoranu – izuzetno ljubazni i profesionalni. Hrana izvrsna, sobe udobne, atmosfera opuštajuća. Rado ću se vratiti Kad smo stigli na doručak, ponestalo je hrane.

Lovisa (6/5): - The pool area and the massage was good. Breakfast was lovely. The staff working as waiters are golden, please take better care of them. I don't know how to say this in a polite manner. There are a lot of Russian guests that are so rude and unpleasant towards the hotel staff it's disgusting. They also make other people's stay a misery. The dinner is overpriced and not worth it even worth a try. The town is in a economic decline which is obvious if you compare the price of the hotel (it's supposed to be a 5-star hotel) and what it has to offer.

Ksenija (7/5): Good - The staff was very pleased and nice. I like peace and quiet in the hotel wellness and spa. The hotel has very little vegan options for breakfast which is unusual for the 5star hotel. We stayed during the weekend and there was a wedding going on in the building next door. It was very noisy and loud music was playing half of the night which was a huge minus 🙁
