Lidija (9/5): Es war ein schöner,erholsamer Urlaub.Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. - Sehr familiär.Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Reichhaltiges Frühstück.Strand genau beim Hotel.Die Liegen und Schirm waren im Preis dabei.Man durfte die Plätze selber auswählen. Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche wäre renovierungsbedürftig.
Susanne (5/5): So lala! - Personal sehr freundlich. Lage top. Zimmer mit Dachschräge ist fast eine Zumutung. 50 Prozent des Schlafzimmer waren nur gebückt zu benutzen. Balkon war 1,5 Meter mal 1,5 Meter. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Das andere Zimmer von unserem Sohn hatte einen Balkon mit 80cm Breite und 5 Meter Länge. Auch nicht zu gebrauchen. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte und hatten kurzfristig gebucht. Parkplatz war voll Wir mussten auf einen entfernten ausweichen. Auch nicht wirklich toll.

Désirée (8/5): Aufenthalt unserer 3 Nächte in sauberen Zimmern, mit hervorragender Küche und Service. - Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorragend für diesen Preis. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem effizient beim Servieren am Abend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und an der Küche gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein, ist für den Preis aber OK. Eine unserer Duschen war ausklappbar und hat bei Gebrauch den ganzen Boden im Badezimmer nass gemacht.

Karolina (9/5): - The cleaning service was very thorough and helpful, the parking was right next to the hotel, and the staff were very cooperative and supportive. A bus stop is just one minute from the hotel, so it’s easy to reach Venice and other nearby towns. The beaches and sunbeds are very well maintained, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel.

Floriana (7/5): Se non fosse per questo bagno inguardabile e non funzionale sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto - La posizione dell’albergo, la camera vista mare al primo piano aveva un bel terrazzino con una vista bellissima sul mare Il bagno della stanza, molto datato con una specchiera e niente altro per appoggiare trucchi ecc..e la doccia era praticamente inesistente, ricavata tra il lavandino e il wc, con due separè di plastica pieghevoli, senza bidet.

Petra (9/5): - Raňajky boli medzinárodné. Výber 3 druhý salámy, suchá a dve šunky, praženica, varené vajíčka, dva druhy syra+ricotta. Veľa sladký polotovarov, tiež nejaký cheescake, pudingy a rôzne mini kolaciky...zo zeleniny paradajky a uhorka....a tiež ovocie... Ubytovanie v podkroví nebolo až také pohodlné pre nízkeho cloveka, nie to ešte pre vysokého. Sprcha zložená z dvoch dielov, do ktorých ste sa zavreli. Samozrejme, že celá kúpeľňa bola mokrá. Málo odkladacieho priestoru. V sprche chýbajú poličky na sprchový, prípadne šampón...

Gerstl (6/5): Lage perfekt .. Zimmer kommt drauf an welches man erwischt Dachgeschoss Zimmer nicht zum empfehlen . Personal ganz nett - Nähe zum Strand. Älteres Hotel aber schön saniert . Frühstück ganz ok . Meine Kinder hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer es hat so furchtbar nach Parfüm gestunken bei der Ankunft . Am nächsten Tag wussten wir warum . Neben dem Fenster geht ein lüftungsrohr vorbei . Es war soooo furchtbar so gestunken . ekelhaft . Eine Frechheit das man so ein Zimmer vermietet . Unser Zimmer war ok . Bett ist sehr hart . Der Aufzug kommt die halbe Zeit nicht ,daher sind wir vom 3 und 4 Stock sehr viel zu Fuß runtergegangen.

dieter (10/5): Tolles freundliches Hotel, wo man den Gast auf Händen trägt 🙂 - Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit im kompletten Haus, der Strand mit freier Liegenwahl, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, das Abendessen (ausgezeichnet und der Service ein Traum…..hervorzuheben ist hier unser Kellner Marco…..ein Vollprofi 👌 aber auch das restliche Personal bei Frühstück und Abendessen sehr freundlich und kompetent….wir wurden halt hauptsächlich von Marco bedient) die Damen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und sprechen perfekt deutsch 🙂 wir hatten 1-2 Wünsche und die wurden uns problemlos erfüllt 👍 das Lunchpaket bei der Abreise, die Hilfe vom Nachtportier bei der Abreise, unser Zimmer (311 mit Meerblick) , der frühe CheckIn 👍 Das Hotel Gritti hat uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschert….Danke 🙏 wir kommen wieder ✅ Unser Zimmer bzw. die Dusche war relativ klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen (was uns aber nicht gestört hat) es war zweckmäßig und es hat alles funktioniert (Wasserdruck in der Dusche sensationell 👌) , wir hatten auch keinen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, sondern 400m entfernt auf einem bewachten Parkplatz……war für uns auch ok 👍 dieser Text im Bereich „nicht gefallen“ dient eher als Info ✅
Chiara (2/5): Soggiorno deludente - Avevamo prenotato questo soggiorno con aspettative elevate, ma purtroppo l’esperienza si è rivelata ben al di sotto degli standard minimi attesi. Fin dal momento del check-in, il personale si è dimostrato freddo e sbrigativo, con totale assenza di empatia o attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Al check-out, dopo aver segnalato con cortesia le numerose criticità riscontrate, ci è stato risposto con un superficiale e inappropriato “eh vabbè, capita”, frase che denota un atteggiamento poco professionale nella gestione delle lamentele e una totale mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Gli orari della colazione risultano estremamente rigidi, senza alcuna possibilità di adattamento in base alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un altro grave disagio ha riguardato l’impianto elettrico della camera: la corrente è saltata per ben tre volte consecutive semplicemente utilizzando un normale asciugacapelli, una situazione inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva, soprattutto di grandi dimensioni. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, pur essendo incluso nella prenotazione, ci è stato negato l’accesso agli spazi disponibili accanto all’hotel – affermando che lo stesso fosse “riservato alle famiglie” – e siamo state costrette a parcheggiare a circa un chilometro di distanza. Al momento del check-out ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 15€ per un giorno di parcheggio, definito “tariffa agevolata”, quando, in realtà, raggiungendo il parcheggio in autonomia ci sono stati richiesti solo 8€ per l’intera giornata. Una gestione poco trasparente, accompagnata da disorganizzazione e scarsa chiarezza. Avevamo inoltre prenotato tre giorni comprensivi di accesso alla spiaggia, ma, avendo raggiunto la struttura in tarda serata il primo giorno e riscontrato maltempo il secondo, non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio. Il buon senso avrebbe voluto che il terzo giorno il servizio fosse dovuto senza alcun tipo di supplemento.
Pamela (9/5): - Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja przy samej plaży 10/10 Parking zlokalizowany 300m od obiektu. Odejmuje jeden punkt za grzyba pod prysznicem w pokoju ponieważ jest to niedopuszczalne.
