The room's design was different; the furniture looked modern when I booked it, but in reality, it was quite old-fashioned, and the room wasn't worth the price I paid. I booked a room with a view, but unfortunately, there was no view. When I spoke to the receptionist, he told me to contact the manager via WhatsApp, but when I contacted them on WhatsApp, there was no response.

Del coliseo caminando, a la fontana caminando. Sin duda llegaria de nuevo al departamento. Todo bien.

• Kirsten (8/5): Fabulous location to explore the magical city that is Rome! - The location of this apartment was perfect - central to all main attraction points. We were able to walk everywhere by staying at this apartment- no transport needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely & always enough for everyone. Fresh cheeses, meats, breads and croissants to start the day! The only thing that disappointed us with this apartment was that the rooms were very different from the pictures. When we first entered we were shocked at how different it looked compared to what was advertised. We did however find it spotless and comfortable- but not what we thought we had paid for.

• Emmy-Lou (8/5): Great location and lovely staff - The location is unbeatable, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. We had small issues which were all fixed immediately during the day. This is a very good option for a stay in Rome as a family. Safe, secure and a good place to rest after a long day (or 2 or 3) in Rome. The property is a guesthouse, not a hotel - which is important to know. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. Breakfast is simple. Our room was spacious for a family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults). However, we stayed end of March and the room was quite warm through the day, making the room stuffy. The air-conditioner didn’t work, so we had to open the window which was extremely noisy throughout the night. Our kids could not sleep. I think this is easily fixable by the hotel, so I am making sure it is in the review so they address it - in Summer I can imagine this is a necessity. A fan would even make a difference. We would stay again regardless of these issues! It’s a good pick for Rome.

• Mina (3/5): - The location is 10/10. The staff were nice and upgraded our room for free. Cleanliness was extremely poor. There were molds all over the bathroom. We were scared to take a shower or hang our towels.
• -Opur- (7/5): Une bonne expérience malgré le manque d'insonorisation/isolation - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour explorer tous les principaux monuments des alentours à pied. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, nous avons communiqué sans problème avec eux en anglais. Le petit déjeuner est correct (jus de fruit, produits laitiers, céréales, viennoiseries, viande, fruits). Il était réapprovisionné en continu par l'équipe. Nous avons pu arriver (check in) plus tard que l'heure maximale indiquée sur booking (20h), il faut bien au préalable les prévenir pour recevoir la procédure de check in tardive. Attention cependant, arriver ou partir en dehors des heures indiquées est facturé 50€. Je me suis en quelque sorte fait avoir par les photos, je pensais avoir une grande chambre avec vue sur le monument à Victor-Emmanuel II, mais notre chambre 104 (plus petite que prévue) donnait sur une ruelle arrière. Le tag "insonorisé" ne correspond pas vraiment, il nous était possible d'entendre tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre d'à côté, dans la pièce principale (salle de petit déjeuner/réception) et dans la rue. De plus il semble que la ventilation de la salle de bain était connectée à celle de la chambre d'à côté, car nous avons pu entendre des voix/discussions comme si elles étaient dans la même pièce que nous. Bien évidemment si nous entendions tout cela c'est que les autres aussi nous entendaient.. adieu le romantisme. Pour finir je dirai que le prix est un peu élevé, certes il s'agissait de la semaine de réveillon du jour de l'an, mais le prix était très proche d'autres hôtels étoilés du secteur.
• Natalia (1/5): terrible accommodation - The only one perfect thing of this place is the location We booked that hotel(=bed & breakfast) from 01.01-04.01.2026, came with a small 5 years old kid. It’s winter and air conditioner didn’t work. First night we didn’t sleep at all, next morning we told about this problem but in the afternoon when we came back to our room the problem wasn’t resolved, manager even didn’t know about that. We had to change the hotel and were really happy that we did it. The hotel owner refused to refund us for the last 2 nights and this is shame of him. It was their fault! If you are open in the winter you have to make your rooms comfortable for the clients and warm! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

When you first time arrive at hotel, you need to find someone open front door for you ( we were lucky there was a cleaning staff just came out). • Norma (8/5): - We stayed for 2 nights, location and staff were excellent. All major attractions are walkable, steps away from Bus terminal if you want to take the local transportation. Bed was very hard uncomfortable, the AC did not work well, making the room very stuffy. We had the room on the 1st floor and it was next to the breakfast station. We were awoken both morning to staff putting breakfast together and then guest talking while eating breakfast

C est une porte de résidence en bois comme toutes celles de la rue ... Avec un interphone.

• Liliana (10/5): - O really love the location! Everything is walkable. I feel very safe walking around. The room was super comfy. The two Venezuelan ladies that work there are super friendly and very welcoming. The chef too! I love that the building is like the movies (old) but when you open the room door is modern and has everything that you need. I recommend it.
• Cameron (8/5): - Staff was really great. My experience comes from room S. The place is a little loud as you can hear people in the hallways especially during breakfast, outside is loud too but that’s to be expected with the location so that wasn’t really an issue. Furniture was dated and the room didn’t smell great but I did really like the bathroom especially the shower. If you’re just in Rome on a budget to go sightseeing I would recommend it, I walked to the Colosseum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps… all over the city and didn’t need a cab unless I was going to and from the airport. But if you want to do Rome in luxury and can afford it in such an expensive city, maybe not your place. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but I didn’t have a bad experience, it just was a place that served its purpose. Next time I’ll spend a little more but it does seem that in Rome this is probably the best you can get for the location and price.
• CK (7/5): - We have been placed to a studio apartment next to Vittoriano Suite (50m behind the house). The location is quite. Overall location is very close to Piazza Venezia. Every tourist spot are within walking distance. Breakfast is average, however the staff is very friendly and helpful. The toilet has a bad odor. The drain is probably not connected properly.
• MARIA (6/5): - Location was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom needs updating . There is mold on walls and also very dirty. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am. So if you have an early flight, you get no breakfast. The building entrance is also in poor condition. The only positive was the location.

• Rosa (8/5): - The place is gorgeous and it was in fact clean. The breakfast options were great. Staff was polite. However, its a bit tricky to get inside and the staff should notify us how to enter. Although the main entrance was open, there is no visible reception. No one to help. Reception is on floor 1, not main level. Although we knocked a few times, no one responded. We waited 2 hrs outside until a guest helped us contact reception. That is the only upsetting thing as we waited 2 hours of which we could've been touring around. I still recommend though.

• Jessica (10/5): - At first, you see the vintage doors iand elevator, which we found so quaint. Then you check in and your rooms are nice, modern, and spacious, above all that, the view was perfect. One of the rooms we had had a balcony and we could not be happier.

Room was also air conditioned which gave you a break from 30+ degrees outside. Room had a valuables safe but it wasn't secured to anything so you could carry it out of room! Handy tabacchi a few doors away where you could purchase bus tickets. Walking distance from Pantheon. 10 minute bus ride from Colosseum. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you going for a while. You could also keep your bags there after checkout if you had later flight. I would recommend and would stay again.
• southies233 (8/5): Like a traditional Italian apartment building - We liked the fact it was like an Italian apartment rather than a hotel so it was in an old building. it was clean and rooms were well kept. We slept really well and though we were near a busy road we didn't hear it. Breakfast is a basic continental and enough to get you started for the day. Easy to access the centre and buses are nearby and easy to use - buy your tickets a few doors up. Local shop a few doors down so you can get things to have in your room. We would stay here again.

• Mehmet Beşik (7/5): Despite a good location, my stay was disappointing. - I liked its location. The elevator was quite narrow; we struggled to fit three people in it, and moving luggage with it was also difficult. The room was small, despite us having requested a family room. The room's ventilation was poor, and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet. The electric fan for ventilation was insufficient. The bathroom wasn't practical; the shower door wouldn't close properly, leaving the bathroom flooded with water after every shower. Breakfast offered limited variety, and the croissants weren't crispy. The breakfast area was also cramped. Of course, I'm mentioning these points because we felt the value for money was insufficient. I would recommend doing thorough research for better alternatives.
• Demet (3/5): - The room was spacious, centrally located, and clean. Additionally, the room was equipped with a kettle, a variety of tea bags, and cups, which we appreciated. The elevator seemed quite old and could not carry more than 150 kilograms, so we had to take turns using it one by one. The toilet seat was loose and wobbled; although I reported this via message, it was not repaired during our stay. The room description mentioned twin or double options, but since we did not specify our preference in advance, the receptionist informed us that separate beds could be arranged the next day. We accepted this and hoped for a quick solution. Unfortunately, when we returned, neither the toilet seat was fixed nor the beds rearranged as requested. After contacting the staff again, they apologized and promised to resolve the issues soon, but by the evening, no changes had been made. Throughout this process, we felt that our concerns were neither fully taken into consideration nor valued. Additionally, I noticed a small bug in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Also, as there were families with children staying, there was a noticeable level of child noise, which might be disturbing for some guests. Lastly there was no coffee machine in the room, which was unexpected. Considering the total cost of around 400 euros for two nights, I felt that some improvements could have enhanced the experience.

• Brenda (10/5): - Staff were very helpful, informative, and easy to communicate with. The rooms were very clean and nice sizes. We had a family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kiddos. Perfect location for walking to many sights, eating, and shopping areas. Perfect for our stay. Would stay again!
• Esther (2/5): - The property is not a regular hotel- they have suites inside s building on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was horrible, building was very dirty and the room was super small. The smell coming from the bathroom was terrible. They said 24h prior my arrival if we were to arrive after 8pm- they would charge Adirondack 50 euros to have someone there to open the door for is. The noise from the street is super loud. Could not sleep! The staff is polite, buddies place is a trap!

Great staff, the Venezuelan girl at the front desk is awesome, very knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a great time!!!
• Karla (6/5): Decent stay with convenient location. - The staff were amazing specially the people who prepared the breakfast. The breakfast was a good selection. There was a bus stop really close to the hotel. The AC wasn’t fully working and made the room stuffy and extremely warm, it was difficult to sleep. Also the second bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, it seemed like the place is overpriced.
• 894sandrod (2/5): Never More - Terrible expirience Check in at 3PM and check out at 10:30am. Even with such gap they don’t do any effort to get you checked in before. I have arrived at 8am with a kid and they didnt do any effort to make our check in earlier.

• Kim (7/5): Very good overall. Nice location and friendly staff. Clean and quiet. - Great location. Breakfast started at 8:00 AM which was a little later than we expected. We paid extra for the breakfast option; however, we ended up not eating it at all because we had to leave before 8:00 AM every morning. No elevator. Narrow building doors/entrance (especially when you're trying to enter/exit with bags, it's tight). Very spacious bathroom and shower booth; however not enough hooks or shelves to store belongings.
• Seyed Ali (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B! It’s centrally located and just a short walk to all the major attractions in Rome. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed—for both us and the kids. Highly recommended!
• Cecilia (10/5): - Location was incredible, The kitchen staff MERLI was AMAZING she spoke Spanish to me and my kids , Made us feel at home. I will definitely come back to this place if given the chance and opportunity. All the staff there was kind and attentive. Area is safe, walking distance from EVERYTHING.
