• Jean (5/5): Doit mieux faire! - La propreté du logement et la sympathie de la personne chargée du ménage . Douche trop étroite (très bien pour un enfant) Salle de bain avec petit lavabos sans tablette pour déposer les objets nécessaires. Canapé lit dont les cousins ne tiennent pas en place. L'unique chaise présente est inutilisable (supports devissès). Attendre longuement l'arrivée de l'eau chaude(gaspillage d'eau).
• Michael (8/5): - Plenty of space, bed was very comfortable. Good location, just slightly out of the centre that it was a little quieter but close enough to just wander in. 5 min walk from train station which was handy for us as we were travelling around.
• Manuel (6/5): Podrian mejorar - Lo unico bueno era la ubicacion cerca de la estacion de trenes y el centro pero esto tenia sus contrapuntos. La limpieza de la habitacion y sillones deja mucho que desear, al estar a una cuadra de la estacion de tren el ambiente no era el mas agradable, dado que en los alrededores habia mucho carterista y vagabundo, ademas el ruido en la noche era desagradable mucho grito y trafico, la habitacion no tenia buena aislacion.

• Scully (5/5): - Good location, close to the train station but also the main tourist spots. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. The facilities were very basic, no shampoo provided. The bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable.

• sofia (8/5): Perfetto - Location perfetta, dietro l’angolo c’è la stazione e in pochissimi minuti si raggiunge il duomo a piedi. Stanza spaziosa, letto abbastanza confortevole e staff molto gentile. Ottimo Unica pecca la stanza un po’ buia e umida, ma è tutto perfetto

• Stefanie (5/5): Das Zimmer war ok - Es gab kein Frühstück Man hatte mir netterweise zugesagt, dass mein Sohn erst um 11 auschecken muss. Um zehn kam eine Person mit einem Schlüssel in sein Zimmer, als er noch im Bett lag und hatte ihn aufgefordert sofort zu gehen. Das war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Diese Person war auch sehr unfreundlich.

• Roberto Juan (1/5): Malísimo servicio por el precio - La cercanía a la estación Las camas, la habitación, la falta de heladera, baños incómodos, falta de mesa y silla en la cocina y en particular el excesivo precio cobrado por el pésimo servicio, lo cual fue un robo.

Habitación muy amplia. Había mosquitos sin abrir la ventana ya que daba a un patio interior sucio y daba miedo. El aire acondicionado no daba a penas frío. La tele no funcionaba. Las almohadas muy blandas. El check out muy pronto (10:30) y me despertaron una hora antes tocando la puerta para ver si me había ido y limpiarla. La luz del baño a penas alumbraba No iban las luces pequeñas.

• Lalit Mittal (9/5): Excellent location .. - We like the location of the room; it has all the basic facilities which are required for short stay. Room was clean and toiletries provided were all fresh. Air conditioning was perfect and chilled. The host allowed us to store the luggage - much appreciated. The shower cubical drain was not working as expected - water was clogging while shower. Room was smaller than expected - but since we were there for a single night we didn't mind that much.

• Marie-lise (5/5): Location is great. Other areas need improvement. - We needed to be central, and very close to the station. This location is perfect for that. As a basic pitstop to sleep and wash behind a locked door it works. But that is it. The ad states "There is a 24 hour front desk as this property". False: this is two self check-in apartments with no reception or desk or personnel at all. To get the access details, I had to contact them proactively - they do not automatically send the information just prior to arrival. If I had had an issue with my phone I would have been locked out. The describes the property as a hotel - this is not true. The ad also refers to luggage storage. Not true. The luggage storage is a separate private business further up the street. The shared kitchen has no fridge. We were keen on the kitchen as my husband has a restricted diet, but without the ability to keep food cool in a heatwave it was not great. The photos really misrepresent apartment 1 which is in desperate need of painting. The lighting is blue-light like an interrogation chamber. The TVs are present but useless: no aerial for local TV, we had no ability to stream, and no ability to cast from our own devices.

Fortunate as we were delayed by train strikes and ended up arriving very late. Staff were very accomodating in arranging a late self check in Really would benefit from having some cups etc so that you can make coffee and tea etc.

Train station super close and convenient if travelling by train. The shower pressure was weak and the shower head was broken so water went everywhere over the shower glass wall into all of the bathroom.

Hard (slow) to comunicate with the manager. Shower head was terrible, drizzled. Front door and hallway door was frequently left unlocked. It said it was a B&B but there was no breakfast.

• Brant (1/5): Never again - The location was decent was the only positive The apartment wasn't what was shown in the pictures; there is a sketchy shared hallway that leads to a shared kitchen. Basically they took a single unit and converted each room to an "apartment"; it was very uncomfortable to the level that my wife wouldn't stay there, and the owner kept my money; he wouldn't give me a refund despite his dishonesty about the apartment.

• Emma (5/5): Fine for a quick trip central to the hot spots - Easy to get to from the train terminal and a quick walk to the major attractions The room wasn’t open plan like in the photos. There was only two thin pillows provided and the rooms were quite run down with paint peeling and mould in the bathroom.

• Steve (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, short walk from the train station, and walking distance to all the sites. The Kitchen in the photographs is actually a communal one down the hall without a fridge. The room is shabby, and the shower water pressure is a drizzle, and there is a long wait for the hot water to come through. There is a Kebab shop which is abonus but can be noisy at night.

And all the apartment smells like a part of it. This smell made me crazy. Shower. It would be nice if they changed the water system.

Bathroom doesn't have ventilation. Bathroom doesn't have hooks for towels. For the whole apartment only one bin for litter. The sofa was in bad condition. Dirty floor. Fork from the heater doesn't match with socket.

• Jessica (1/5): Bad - The location was great. The person who owns or works at the site was very rude and aggressive towards us. My youngest son had an accident on the bed. We ask to have the sheets changed. He called my husband and started to complain loudly about it that we had to walk back to the apartment. Once we got there, he continued to complain and accused my son of having a disability. My son was humiliated. When we checked in at the apartment, the dishes were dirty, and so was the linen on the table. The room had a strong smell of bleach water, and the air conditioner did not work, and the WiFi was weak. There was a space heater, but the room was still cold. There is mould on the walls of the bathroom. There was no soap other than the little shampoo bottles.I would not recommend this place for young families. We were not aware that the shared kitchen was on the 1st floor and the apartments were on the 2nd floor. There is no table in the kitchen and no refrigerator or microwave. You need to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to your room.

At the end the host sent us another link that worked

• Tajmina (3/5): One night in Florence - Great location. The room could have a kettle with tea/coffee. The kitchen area didn't feel great to use and a bit smelly. The place felt smelly due to a kebab shop downstairs. As we stayed here one night, we got through it. Worst night sleep in Italy as there was noise coming from all angles (they were other buildings, downstairs and outside). Yes, it was a weekend, but 3am conversations being heard. Bathroom needs to be refurbished, paint cracking and falling from above the shower.

• Mathias (9/5): Superb - Efficient and central. Modern and clean bathroom. Ok bed. Host fixed problem 40 minutes after i reported it. "Livingroom" layout made it not useful for much other than storage. A kitchenette with a table and chairs would be more useful for us.
• Maja (5/5): Poor service - Good size, nice location We were finishing packing as it was 3 mins after the check out, the host was banging on the door and shouted at us that we’re late and need to leave now. This wasn’t pleasant and expected more professional approach from the host. ;The shower was leaking.

• Joanna (8/5): Very good - It was comfortable and convenient to the train station. There’s no elevator so for big suitcases it’s harder since the staircase isn’t that wide either. The bathroom ceiling has paint peeling so hopefully that gets fixed.

• Miguel (5/5): For one night ... ok - it was ok for one night stay and has all the facilities that were offered.. The location was good but the neighbourhood was horrible ( there was very bad smell along the street) . The furniture was all run down.

• Leonor (7/5): Nice, comfortable and great location - Amazing location and get access to main station. Towels were very clean. The floor was dirty and the shower had some molde. The beds were single combined into a king bed, so there was a gap between the beds that was not ideal
• Margherita (6/5): Overall an ok stay - The flat was right in the center, super easy to reach any landmark and other places The flat was ok. The kitchenware lacks the most basic stuff, the kitchen sink was clogged and it took like half an hour to wash two plates. The room was simple. No hair dryer provided, but they give it to you if you ask for it. The bed has two mattresses instead of a king/queen size one, so it kinda opens up every once in a while. The view was of the inside of the building and there was some restructuring work going on, and the only balcony wasn't accessible as it was full of dirty laundry. Overall it was ok and we made the most of it. We booked it two days before arrival, so I'm not complaining, but the place needs some improvements.
