- Michele (10/5): Great Place in Prague - We stayed for four nights and liked everything about it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is that reception is only open 9-6 and occasionally not staffed because they have other responsibilities. And only one roll of toilet paper, which could have been a problem. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We walked to the old town and also took trams many times. A studio but spacious with a little kitchen. There was confusion about a taxi at train station but staff was responsive quickly by phone/WhatsApp even though it was about 6 pm. I emailed ahead of time for restaurants in walking distance since we were arriving late. They gave good suggestions. Couldn’t get English tv (not tech savvy) but that was fine. Washing machine helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

- Richard (10/5): - Deluxe hotel room was spacious with double bed, plus sofa bed in main living area. Small kitchen and toilet with sink. Room was quiet, though note I was there in December and my windows were closed and I faced the courtyard. I arrived after hours, but self service was easy..Note, you need to place the key card in the slot inside the door to get power for the lights inside the apartment. Don't forget to take the key card with you when you leave the room. Elevator basically for 1 person with luggage. The street in front has lots of car traffic. Tram stop and subway for I.P. Pavlova steps away around the corner. Excellent public transportation access. Easy to get to other areas of the city quickly. I would stay there again in the future.

- Liam (10/5): Great Apartment in ideal location - Room - Studio Deluxe Pros: exactly what you seen in photos, well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, all the utensils you could need. Decent shower with good pressure. Washing machine under sink (even provided capsules) Samsung TV with internet allowing you to watch ondemand like your own netflix. Small touches like toothpaste and brushes (in disposable sets) and slippers (albeit standard cheap ones) which make stay more delightful Cons: Air con in room very fiddly and doesnt always respond to commands via remote. Is on a busy main road so traffic can be heard. May be a problem if you are a light sleeper (unsure if other rooms face away from road) Location: 2 mins from metro and 20 mins or so from Prague Main Station. Prague is a walkable city and i used metro/buses to get to the zoo otherwise walked everywhere fairly easily. Shops like Tesco, Billa, Lidl not far away nor are many restaurants and takeaways. I will be returning as great value for Money. Shout out to receptionist (limited hours during week) who made it very clear how to access my card 😁

I just wish the room had an armchair or a sofa, that's the only thing I missed. Other than that, everything was perfect :)

- Sion (10/5): - The apartment was excellent. Spacious and had everything you could need for a short or longer trip. Check in was very easy and convenient and the room was spotlessly clean. Location was great and everything is walkable within 30mins. Only downsides were that you could hear heavy footed people walking across their room above us early in the morning, and a burst pipe on the street meant we were without water for most of a day but that was just bad luck. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were friendly, though only available from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you need parking, book early and be aware that the spaces and access road are narrow, so a small car is best. The area can be congested, so driving requires caution. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
- Greg (10/5): Perfect For Sleeping, Light Cooking, and Exploring - Loved my stay. Staff was friendly. Location and neighborhood are incredible. Had to stand on a chair to get the fantastic view out my ceiling windows, but the natural light was fantastic. Bathroom is clean and well laid out. Clothes dried well with the bathroom rack and my portable clothes line. I didn't read the fine print well enough and thought the kitchenette included an oven. With even a toaster-oven and perhaps a dishwasher, the place would have been perfect -- though not for people who just have to take up large amounts of space.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and after my luggage was lost at the airport the complimentary hygiene kit was very much welcomed. The apartments accessible to the underground transport and is a 5 minute walk to Narodni museum and Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from the Old Town Square.

- Denise (6/5): Nice hitel in good location - The room was perfect and the hotel is in a good location with easy access to all tourist locations. The no 22 and 23 trams run directly from around the corner up to prague castle. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was very easy. We arrived late at night so reception was shut. We were sent simple instructions with the door code and a code for a lock box to get our room key. We have marked our review down because of the inconvenience caused at check out. We went downstairs to reception to leave our bags only to find reception had shut from 11am to 12. What a ridiculous time to close considering check out is 11am. We had to wait over an hour to be able to leave our bags. I messaged the hotel WhatsApp number at 12.07 and 12.15 to ask when reception would open but no one responded to me. Finally at 12.20 someone came down and opened reception. We tried to ask about picking our bags up, but the lady said she didn't speak English. We returned early to pick up our bags to be sure. Not a very good end to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

- Elena (10/5): - Wonderful hotel, everything is new inside and impeccably clean. It is nicely lit with huge ceilings and large windows of the late 19th , early 20th century art deco style affluent building. You get your own kitchen with everything you need equipped. The location is perfect— quiet and private inside, but right next to multiple coffee shops (Paul, Starbucks, and many independently own ones) and restaurants all around bustling square where Metro station is located. There is a full scale grocery store one block away. In addition to metro, the stop of the trams that stops in the most interesting places in Prague (22) is just steps away from the hotel. If you prefer walking — it is only 7-8 min away from Wenceslas Square and 10 min away from Old town square with the most famous attraction in Prague— Astronomical clock. I couldn’t be happier that I picked this hotel to stay in Prague!

I have to admit that I was initially put off by some of the photos with the somewhat unappealing wallpaper, but it works well in real life. Just a super lovely and incredibly well located cozy hotel.

Although it is in a somewhat busy area it is very quiet with the windows closed (although I personally didn’t mind the city noise with the windows open). It is centrally located, very close to the Metro. Felt very safe and there were lots of restaurants close by. The space was well organized with everything that you need. Kate at the front desk was very nice and helpful. All in all a high recommend for a place to stay in Prague.

The room was extremely well-cleaned, and very modern and efficiently set up. Very comfortable and quiet, and located in an area with easy access to many restaurants and bars, as well as public transit. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we return to Prague!!
- look4coise (10/5): - We stayed at the connecting rooms (we are a family of 5) located at the 5th flr. We enjoyed the conveniences of two kitchens, washers and bathrooms. The dùm is a minute walk to I.P. Pavlova station and 22/23 tram stops. There are a lot of restaurants and groceries around. Viktor was v nice and went beyond his means to help us around. During our 7 night stay, our units were cleaned 2x. It is a little far to the Old Town and Charles Bridge (a 25 minute walk but it was an enjoyable one). The good thing about this is that, it is so peaceful and quiet in the area and the trams can easily get you to the tourist spots. The HOHO stop is downstairs (we did not avail it since the city is walkable enough and the transpo is reliable). Overall, it was a pleasure stay and would def recommend it!

- Kristian (8/5): Good value for money - Fine for the price. Spacious room, okay beds. Only maid service every third day, so you'll have to take trash etc down by yourself. The coffee pods are 1 euro a piece, and the front desk generally not super helpful. The maid forgot our room, so we had to wait 4 days for cleaning.

Only negative was the coffee machine...only given 2 capsules for 4 nights. Would be helpful to know which capsules were compatible so could buy extras in the local supermarkets rather than buying them for 1 euro each at reception...A shame as everything else was brilliant.

The front desk staff were very helpful with information about places to go and things to see. There are some really good restaurants around the area. I highly recommend Sova Restaurant. Room was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with essential appliances. 3 to 4 minutes walk from tram and underground. The hotel is 40 minutes by public transport (convenient and comfortable journey) from airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Main attractions walking distance from hotel so are good eateries.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had some initial problems with my room had they not been resolved this review would've been different. Martin went well above the call of duty to resolve my concerns. I would've been happy with less. If I owned a property locally and needed a manager, I would steal Martin away. The property and rooms are clean and beautiful. The location is central and out of the madding crowds of Bohemia. The only opportunity for improvement is the number of Nespresso capsules they provide for the coffee machine is inadequate for coffee drinkers. My stay was for 4 nights and only 2 capsules are provided per room. Extras are sold at the reception desk for 1 Euro each. I have stayed at other properties in Europe where they provide many more. In my humble opinion, they should provide a minimum of 1 capsule, per person, per night. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Prague.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room had NO windows. Beyond the two coffee capsules they provided for 2 days of stay for 2 people, hotel requires you to pay for coffee capsules in the room. Don't expect this kind of "nickel and diming" behavior from a 3 or 4 star property.

- Jennifer (10/5): - A great property. Only about 15-20 minutes walk to main train station even faster if you take the metro (which we didn’t). Quite a ways from downtown but taking an Uber is easy. Located in the student part of the city. Great restaurants only a few minutes walking away. Awesome apartments. We got the family apartment and it was huge. Great shower and hot water. Had a washing machine. Just be ware no ac so if you come in the summer it might be warm. Def would come back and stay in this place again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value for extended stay in Prague - Enjoyed our 6 nts stay at this furnished hotel/studio with the comforts of apt living (microwave, mini fridge, electric stove, coffee machine,and even a washer!). Convenient location to metro, tram, hop on/hop off bus stop, restaurants all within 2 min walk. Friendly and accommodating staff. My daughter also enjoyed their beer spa. Only negative was the sound of guests footsteps walking up and down the stairs and the room above ours(we were on the 1st floor) were a bit loud at night : (. But overall, a great value for a short or extended stay in Prague.

- Michelle (10/5): - The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms and common areas are renovated very nicely. The hotel is situated in a convenient location. There is a hop on hop off stop outside, however I recommend just using the #22 tram that you can catch around the corner or the metro.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in an excellent location - We previously lived in Prague and were back for our first visit since returning to the US. We wanted to stay near our old neighborhood of Namesti Miru/IP Pavlova and couldn't have found a more perfect location. It is 2 minutes from the IP Pavlova tram stops and metro. Even though it is located on a busy street, our hotel room facing the street was incredibly quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and even allowed us to check in a little early. The room itself was a little apartment complete with a small kitchen and even a washing machine. There were utensils, plates, cups, etc available for use as well. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would stay again and have already recommended it to our friends who still live in Prague for when they have guests visiting. While they do have the beer spa as well, we did not take advantage this time.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Be ware of paying twice!!! - The room was pay for but the receptionist insist tat we hadn't paid and charge us. When I show the transaction fr credit card , he agree to refund but currency was different so there was a difference in refund. Also there are no help with the luggage while there are stairs to the lift. I am sure that if i were not careful check with our transaction, this hotel would hv double charge us. The room is with kitchen and spacious
