• RICCARDO (6/5): Locale storico bello ma scomodo. Vale solo per la posizione - Posizione. Edificio storico. Vista Dover usare ascensore per reception 1 piano e camera 5 piano con ascensore spesso affollato perché usato per permettere accesso al pubblico della terrazza.Accesso camera con scala perché ascensore arriva al 4 piano. Bagno con doccia in vasca che è di modello obsoleto con sponde alte e quindi di difficile accesso.
• Ercan (9/5): Un hôtel au cadre exceptionnel et à l’emplacement unique à Prague, avec quelques points perfectibles sur le service et l - L’emplacement est absolument imbattable : en plein cœur de la Vieille Ville, tout se fait à pied et la vue sur la place de l’Horloge Astronomique est un spectacle à part entière. La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. La propreté est irréprochable, de la chambre aux parties communes. Pour le prix, le rapport qualité/prix est franchement excellent compte tenu de l’adresse. Le personnel est professionnel mais manque un peu de chaleur — on attendait davantage de cette catégorie d’hôtel. La VMC de la chambre est légèrement bruyante, ce qui peut gêner les nuits. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant : peu de choix et sans grand relief. Le WiFi est assez aléatoire.

Every night you could hear loud, obnoxious, drunk people below my window. Maybe try a curfew? The walls were not soundproof. One night from midnight to 1 am I heard the couple above my room arguing. I could make out most of their conversation.

• Jan (6/5): Teleurstellend, voor dit geld hadden we kwaliteit verwacht. - De locatie in het centrum van Praag is perfect te noemen, overal dicht bij en alles op loopafstand te doen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Van het ontbijt hadden we meer verwacht qua assortiment (geen Tsjechische Producten) en zeker van de ruimte waar het ontbijt klaar staat en de ruimte waar het plaats vind. In deze 2 ruimtes is het net een sauna, zo heet, en dit is constant het geval. Het ontbijt staat op een buffetkast met een marmeren plaat die gewoon warm is, voor de vlees en kaaswaren lijkt mij dit niet goed. Al met al toch teleurstellend, niet verwacht dat zoiets kan bij dit hotel met 5 sterren. De kamer die we hadden geboekt was een teleurstelling. We hadden voor 3 nachten de junior-suite (zijn er 3 verschillende van) geboekt incl ontbijt voor ruim 1000,00 euro. De eerste kamer geen wifi (wel mooi uitzicht op het plein) ,verhuizen naar kamer 2. Een prachtige kamer. In de avond komen de bovenburen (houten verdiepingsvloeren). Vanaf hun intrede alleen maar lawaai van praten, lopen, slepen met van alles en nog wat, geen oog dicht gedaan (in de nachtkastjes liggen standaard oordoppen voor de gasten). Volgende ochtend gemeld bij de receptie, zij gaan met de familie praten enz... Nacht 2 het zelfde verhaal. Na 2 slapeloze nachten naar kamer 3, geen uitzicht, geen ventilatie mogelijk, wel geslapen.....

• O’Hare (1/5): Awful overpriced - Not a lot. You walk into the entrance and the smell of being in a brewery hits you in the face. The hotel is tired looking and for the money they ask below standard. Don’t be fooled by its a great deal. The minute you arrive everything is extra. They even go as far as giving themselves a tip before your stay starts. Check the bill and understand your charges before signing. The breakfast was terrible.

• Takeda (10/5): 立地も対応もパーフェクトなホテル！ - 立地が素晴らしい！ 時計台の目の前で、ここ以上の立地が良いホテルはないと思う。 中心地なのにホテル内は全くうるさくなくて、快適に過ごせた。 また、清掃スタッフの気配りがすごすぎた！ 10ヶ月の子供をベットに寝かせたかったが、シングルベット2台を繋ぎ合わせたものだったのでベットの隙間に落ちないように、ベビーベットのマットレスを敷いて狭く寝ていた。 そしたら翌日、清掃スタッフの方が私たちの状況を察知してくれてベットの隙間を埋めてくれていた。 子供のアメニティやバスローブも用意してくれているし、清掃スタッフまで素晴らしい心遣いで感動。 朝ごはんも美味しくて十分だった！！ プラハに来たら、絶対またこのホテルを選びます！ 空調がおかしい。 暑過ぎて、2月なのに窓をあけていたぐらい。 小さな窓のところの暖房がついていたのか、部屋で暑かったら隅々まで暖房機械を探した方がいい。 あと、エレベーターが狭くて、 4階がルーフトップバーなので宿泊客以外の人もエレベーターを使うため、タイミングによってはエレベーターが若干混む。

• Thomas (10/5): - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich hatte das Vergnügen, vier Nächte im Hotel Prinz in Prag zu verbringen und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Das Bett war sehr bequem – ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und professionelle Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen, und bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde immer schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut – frische Produkte, gute Auswahl und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel sowohl für einen Städtetrip als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Prag sehr empfehlen.

Po upozornení, že vypadla v časti izby elektrika, nefungovalo TV ani zástrčky, neboli schopný chybu odstrániť. Raňajky v 5 hviezdičkovom hotely , zapáchajúca sunka a zelenina “ po záruke”, neznesiteľná teplota v raňajkovej miestnosti, nič horšie som dávno nezažil.

• Gary (3/5): Excellent location, but very poor value for money with weak breakfast, overwhelmed service and misleading room presentat - The location of the hotel is excellent and very central. The building itself is historic and visually impressive. The breakfast quality and selection were far below expectations and not appropriate for the price or hotel category. The service staff in the evening was clearly overwhelmed, which caused long waiting times and confusion. As a result, a planned birthday dinner did not function properly and an important personal celebration was ruined. Additionally, the room we received did not match the photos shown for the booked room category on Booking.com, which felt misleading. Overall, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what is actually delivered.
• Gary (10/5): If you’re going to Prague and lito be able to walk to everything this is a great choice. - We absolutely loved this hotel. We got upgraded to a beautiful suite and felt like a princess. The room was beautiful - Victorian vibe. The location was fantastic- in the heart of old town with view of clock tower. And without the noise. And the best bonus was the Black Angel bar located in the hotel. A must! One of my favorite hotels ever! Nothing.
• MICHELLE (4/5): Très déçus par ce deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, qui nous avait enchantés il y a 3 ans. - L’hotel est magnifiquement situé sur la place de la vieille ville et est parfait pour visiter Prague . Le personnel à la réception très lent pour le Check in J’avais réservé 3 chambres.une simple , une twin et une double deluxe. Nous avons eu la pire de toutes les doubles fée luxe , la 41 , à fuir car donne sur l’escalier de la cour intérieure où défilent du matin au soir les touristes voulant accéder au très beau rooftop. De plus les fenêtres des cuisines jouxtaient les nôtres donc odeurs très fortes de graillon et bruits de casseroles très tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, produits bas de gamme et le personnel peu sympathique, qui ne remplit plus les plats 20mn avant la fin du petit déjeuner. Salle exiguë et très chaude , sinon tables dans le bar très agréable mais très loin des buffets, et il faut jongler avec des assiettes dans l’entrée de l’hôtel et croiser à nouveau les touristes qui prennent l’ unique ascenseur , pour le roof top.

• Fatmanur (10/5): - Hotel U Prince’i çok beğendim. Konumu gerçekten harikaydı, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Prag’a tekrar gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla yeniden tercih ederim.

• Vincent (7/5): Could have been the best experience of my life but by careless errors, they might have lost me as a - The property was beautiful and had a great location in Old Town Square. The staff was fabulous, especially Adam and Barbara. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I would have rated this property a 10 but the terrible breakfast and the fact of the staff allowing non guests to come into the hotel to take pictures on the Terrace floor. I’ll explain below. The breakfast buffet could have been much better. The scrambled eggs looked like they were cooked two days earlier. The poached eggs were dry and cold. The variety of fruit and other ingredients for your yogurt were non-existent. The staff packed everybody into this small room which was extremely hot. Which was odd for how big the property is. It was so uncomfortable you couldn’t enjoy the breakfast. I mentioned the staff allowing non guest into the hotel to go up to the terrace. All day long there were a flood of non guests. Roaming the hotel and constantly using the elevator. So much so that paying guests of the hotel actually had to walk up and down the stairs because the elevators were constantly being used by non paying guests. One day I actually found a gentleman roaming our floor looking around and trying to open hotel room doors. When asked if he was lost or needed help he said “Oh, I’m just looking around.”. What a breach of security for the paying guests. When asked to talked a manager about the situation no one ever responded. It makes paying guests feel unvalued and unappreciated even though they are paying over 400 for this experience.

Very central with the main tourist attractions within easy reach. Every thing was swell maintained and in working order. 1. The room we booked on booking.com was not anywhere near to the room we received, Room 43 has a sloped ceiling that renders half the floor space unusable.The bed is jammed into an opening that left no room to move next to the bed and no bedside tables, You have to crawl onto bed from the foot end of the bed. The space for the suitcases was jammed into the lowest end of the sloped roof and so was the seats. 2. You are supposed to hand your key in at reception on the first floor. However the endless stream of visitors visiting the rooftop bar with the famous instagram spot made it near impossible to take the elevator from the first to the third floor. There was never any space when it stops on the first floor. 3. The hotel charges 20 Euro per hour for an early check in. Had we had the room we booked on booking.com it may have been more palatable, but we still feel that charging for a early check-in is taking advantage of people. We left at 03:30 on the day that we checked out but there no discount for that.

• Jean Michel (8/5): - L'emplacement est très bien, très beaux parquets et suite spacieuse. Très beau bar au sous-sol le Black Angel. L'accès pour l'ascenseur n'est pas commode car très encombré par des touristes qui vont voir la vue sur la terrasse au cinquième étage et qui ne font pas partie des clients de l'hôtel. La salle du petit déjeuner est très petite et surchauffée [30 degrés) et surtout toute les marchandises viandes,produits laitiers etc ne sont pas réfrigérés et à plus de 30 degrés,.... C'est dommage, car pour quelques ajustements et un personnel un peu plus souriant, l'hôtel serait un must.

• Laura (4/5): Lovely Hotel but attitude of some staff members & through route for tourists let it down. - The hotel was in a great location right in old town square. Beautiful hotel & room was lovely. Unfortunately some of the staff let the property down, especially in the restaurant. The second night of our stay we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant & got what I can only state as appalling service. Food was uncooked & when we raised our complaint the waitress got in quite a temper & stormed off. Speaking to some other customers they experienced the same awful service. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with beautiful views but this is a major tourist attraction & so many tourists who are not residents are coming through the hotel to get to the terrace, this caused high traffic & difficulty using the lift even though a resident. On our two night stay, we were woken at 5am each morning by the sound of running around & furniture moving in the room above us. We were told that the room was not occupied & reception would speak to housekeeping. Breakfast was quite poor, dishes not being refilled & the breakfast room was not cleared with tables left full of plates/cups etc making the tables unusable when we arrived.

• Miho (9/5): - ロケーションが便利でした。私たちの部屋は眺望も良く、料金以上の価値がある楽しいステイになりました。家具のデザインもステキで、御伽噺の王様になった気分を味わえました。 お風呂場にシャワーカーテンやガラス扉がなかったのでトイレや洗面台を濡らさないように気をつけて入浴しなければならなかったことが気になりました。

• Thora (10/5): The most charming hotel we have ever stayed at with the best location in Prague. - The hotel is so charming. All the decor is in a old style that gives it such a charm. The room is beautiful and everything comfortable, we had a view over the square and could see and hear the Astronomical clock´s ringing form our window. This is the best location in Prague in our opinion as it is on the historical square and 5 minutes from the bridge. They have 2 restaurants, both great. They also have one of the best bar in Europe and it is like no other experience to visit the bar. The bartenders do making of a drink into art form and it is a fun show to sit and watch them. They also have live music and a visit here is once in a life time going for a drink experience. The only thing we didn´t like about the room is the lack of lighting in the room. It is a bit too dark and we found ourselves with the light form our phone, to find things in the room. It is also disadvantage that there is a high bath tub and not a shower. The breakfast is all very tasty but the problem is when we arrived 30 minutes before it was due to end, so many of the food was finished. We needed to ask for a lot of the food that we wanted and it all came after few minutes, but it would have been better not having to ask for 5-7 things at breakfast.
