- jessicaaH3797ET (8/5): Girls Trip - Great location. Overall, service was fast whenever we needed items brought to our room. For example, we requested additional towels, extra pillows, and a humidifier, all of which were delivered quickly. The courtesy car and happy hour tokens were also a nice added touch. Beds were very comfy. Hotel vibe was trendy, artsy and fun. However, our housekeeping experience wasn't great. It was a girls trip and we had three of us in one room. When we requested room cleaning along with additional towels and soap, the towels and soap were delivered, but the room itself was not serviced. We were left without toilet paper, and the beds were not made and the room wasn't vacuumed. We were surprised by this level of service and weren’t sure if it reflects the standard housekeeping offering. Additionally, we found the rooms to be somewhat dark. Beyond all of that, our stay was very nice.

- Voyager366420 (10/5): Don’t think twice if you’re planning your stay on Denver’s downtonw. - Located on the heartbeat of Denver, this hotel has everything you need to have a pleasant stay while in the city either on a business trip or on a family vacay. Rooms are very comfy and well equipped, staff very friendly, hotel has several dinning/cocktail places on the spot, besides a small market. If you’re a gym-rat as me, they also got you covered as the gym has everything you need.

Sydney was very hospitable and kind as well as the other front desk lady (I didn't get her name :( ) This hotel definitely has its charms and prime location! Love the happy hour tokens and churros! Cafe in the building has good options and customer service! Didn't try any of the food options but I'm sure they are just as good!
- ryepug (6/5): Too many cut corners. - One-stage air handler in the room, pick your option: Loud like a train or pin drop quiet. Not good for sleeping peacefully. Light on the table behind the bed is a 5000K bright white bulb. Gross. Are we at a dental office? The 1 bar seat in the room is probably the loudest option you could have selected for that floor type. And just 1? Okay. Your coffee situation is so laughable because it really seems you tried hard here! Kettle, camp mugs, pour over... all a great idea except it's a mess and a pain in the ass. No outlet for the kettle where it's located? Okay, interesting choice. Now pour "about half" the packet for each cup? Are you kidding me? It takes almost 10 minutes to make 2 cups of coffee, and a small mess on top of that. Shower had nice water pressure, pity the towels smelled a bit moldy like they had been folded damp. Finally, you charged a full $10 for the water bottle from my room instead of applying the ~$9 credit I had left over from the $100 AMEX gave me. Bravo, keep the change, I won't be back.
- D6905HQsusanb (10/5): Great Lodo Hotel! - Great hotel in Lodo! I would call it a hidden gem! We had a corner room and could enjoy the downtown atmosphere. Great shops, restaurants, coffee and more right in the lobby area. Plenty of gathering spaces and fun urban feel. Super short walk to many more restaurants, shops, Union Station, Coors Field and Sixteenth Street Mall.
- wakeuplaura (10/5): Fantastic location and cool hotel! - We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Denver and it was the perfect location for exploring. Minutes from Coors Field and Union Station and surrounded by cool bars and great restaurants, with some even inside the hotel! The foyer was always busy but still plenty of seating available and we enjoyed visits to both bars in the hotel, taking advantage of the free happy hour cocktails! Our room was really spacious and the bed was super comfy, one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in whilst on vacation. Bathroom was also brilliant with ample room for toiletries and in the shower.

We were unable to eat at the restaurant or sit at the bar because of the smell. Several of the outlets were not working, the carpet was worn out, and the light above the shower was not working. There was no coffee maker in the room. For such a high-end hotel, it sure lacks attention to detail.

Advance check-in provides a room key via Bluetooth on your phone plus a discount for Valet that bring cost down to public parking. Attached to an entire “market” with great food, drink and gifts. In the heart of the Dairy District - great options all around and a couple of blocks from ball park and Summit Misic Hall. Two blocks from Union Station so an easy trip on the train from the airport.

The HVAC system was so loud we ended up turning it off when in the room. I understand the look you're going for from a design side, but form and function need to work! This doesn't.

- christinadN9635RP (10/5): Great gem in the heart of Denver - Stayed here for 2 nights during a work conference and had a short but fantastic experience here! The location is excellent, close to the convention center (8 min drive) and many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Inside, The Maven feels like an escape from your typical beautifully-designed but sterile-feeling large chain hotels that I am accustomed to. I felt like I was walking into a modern art museum inside a cool and hip wooden lodge. I love the big metal airstream parked inside the lobby that serves up coffee and breakfast in the morning and churros in the afternoon. Guests get a token for a free drink at the hotel bar during happy hour. There’s interesting artwork everywhere to look at. Shoutout to all the hotel staff including Vincent the manager and Peyton and Van the valets. I felt so welcome the entire time and I’m convinced I have to come back every time I pass through Denver from now on. Highly recommend for any travelers in the area looking for a comfortable and engaging place to stay.

Sydney & Alex at the front desk were not only friendly and upbeat but excellent resources for things to do, places to go and how to get around. I had a prescription emergency while there and they got me to a pharmacy and waited for me to get what i needed and got me reconnected with my group, so grateful for their help. This hotel is topnotch. The rooms are beautiful and clean, fantastic selection of food and drinks within the hotel. Great place, staff, location!

We came in early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which was great so it gave us some time to explore the city. My tip: enjoy every single one of the perks… free coffee every morning, the complimentary cocktails each day, the discounts at all of the eateries! Such a great variety. Another cannot miss feature is the car service. We scheduled it in our last day and the courtesy car brings you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. Jackson and Marcus were great! They dropped us off at 54thirty rooftop bar and picked us up at our dinner location back to our hotel. So convenient and easy! Will definitely be back at this hotel!

Location is great but nothing about the hotel itself would make me want to stay again

- Lisa (9/5): Great location and beautiful lobby area with lots of extras. - They give you a lot of little extras like churros and HH coupons. Free welcome drink in the room. Very nice staff and great location off the dairy block with cute shops and eateries. I didn't like the coffee filter in the room and having to boil the water to pour over the coffee. Maybe a French press would be better. Hate the waste with Kuregs.

- 975jr (10/5): Positive, kind, expert staff! - Oh my goodness! I can’t say enough great things about The Maven! The staff I interacted with should be the example that other staff follow! Checking in with Luka & Vincent was enjoyable! They were friendly & a wealth of information on the local events happenings! The interaction was such a pleasure because it didn’t feel forced. In the evening I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush & Sydney came to my rescue! She didn’t brush me off as some idiot guest who was making her do more work- instead she pulled out her little drawer of toothbrushes and provided me with one along with some mouthwash!! No scoff, no eye rolling- just sheer kindness towards a tired and forgetful guest. Upon my departure- I had the pleasure of speaking with “H.” Such a kind, thoughtful interaction. They wished me well, invited me to come back and I parted ways feeling like that was the best experience I’ve had in SO long! This team went beyond meeting my expectations and i look forward to coming back! Happy Holidays!!

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We had our dogs in tow and it is a very dog friendly hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, Kachina Cantina and Polka Lola, Dairy Block, attentive, knowledgable staff...we will be back as soon as we can! Also, the bakery in the alley, LoDough is amazing!

- N5100UBhenryr (6/5): Great location but a little out dated - This was our first time at the Maven and we stayed in the the Maven Suite, their premier suite at the hotel. It had sweeping views of downtown and Coors Field. The furniture was very worn and the Wifi was not working when we checked in. The wifi being down was a huge issue as we were still obligated to work for 3 hours after checking in. The wood furniture was scratched and dented with the couch having a few stains and worn look. The overall feel of the room was nice and floor to ceiling windows really showcased the location downtown. Getting a plug in a good spot in the room was hard to come by and one of the nightstands didn't have power at all; little inconveniences made this stay just average. The staff was friendly and efficient and overall I'd give them a 3 out of 5.

We were greeted by the front desk attendant who explained the amenities, local attractions, and gave us tokens for a couple drinks at the bar for happy hour. The location was excellent! central to where we had dinner reservations and plans for the rest of the evening. The morning we checked out and ate breakfast at a local brunch spot. The best part was getting a free charge of my EV while we were parked in the garage! Finding the entrance to the parking garage was a little challenging, but we got it done!

Could not have asked for a better stay for a quick winter weekend away. Stay here!

Jack and Andres were super sweet and inviting. They helped us with our bags and took us to a restaurant in their courtesy car. Made us feel like royalty ! Highly recommend coming to The Maven. Their rooms are nice and spacious while being at a better price than other places in downtown.

It was super busy when we got there…they took great care of us as did the front desk gal. We loved our free happy hour drinks at kacina…lovely bartenders. And the room was fantastic…cute little balconies. We did have to request a mini fridge…but it was in our room when we got there. I would def stay again!

They helped us load in and out and made our visit from check-in to check-out very easy. The Maven is a gorgeous hotel with so many on-site activities, restaurants, and bars! We parked our car overnight and then walked everywhere. Even in the winter, it was lovely. Will definitely be back!

I had originally planned to switch to another hotel after my business stay was wrapped but Sydney was so great and have so many tips about places nearby that I ended up booking an extra night! Highly recommend!

Location was great: walking distance to Coors Field, Dairy Block alley is adorable, and only a few blocks to Union Station to ride over to the Broncos game. Rooms were very nice and complimentary drip coffee from the cafe each morning was a welcome perk. They also had a fun happy hour - complimentary drink in the afternoon with churros!

- 60charlynek (10/5): Great Stay in the Maker Suite at The Maven - We stayed in the Maker Suite at The Maven Hotel and really enjoyed our visit. The location is amazing and walkable to so much. The room and lobby were super clean, and the valet staff was so nice and helpful. We also used the hotel’s car service to get dropped off at dinner and that was incredibly convenient. The food at Kachina was very good — definitely a nice bonus to have it right downstairs. The only things we’d improve would be the shower in the suite, as the water ran out into the bathroom walkway each time we used it, and the room door was unusually heavy to open and close. Overall though, great experience, great service, and we would definitely come back.
