- Alejandra (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at La Hacienda, we love nature and nature was all around us. The places that we wanted to visit were close just a short drive. We stayed in a cottage for six and it was wonderful, all the basic necessities were included. Our kids loved the pool. The staff is super friendly. And the resort is super clean and quite. We will definitely come back. It was an awesome short weekend trip at La Hacienda.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed in one of the cabins. It had all the amenities and was confortable (we were 2 people). Place was safe. Front desk was very customer oriented. No issues at all.
- Jacov (10/5): Will come again!! - Amazing staff, clean cottages, reasonable prices. Boat rental nearby. Great location near the lake and lake activities. I recommend visiting the vodka factory 1 minute away. They make it out of strawberries. Will come back for sure.

- Carey (4/5): Bad experience - The office could not make my credit card work to charge the second half of my payment. Of course I used my credit card all weekend and no other vendor had a problem processing it. The credit card company told me that the hotel was entering the address information incorrectly. Long story short, the manager discounted my room, but the first lady was extremely rude and acted like I was some hoodlum trying to scam them. She was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate it at all. It was such a bad experience I will never ever stay there again.
