- Georgia (5/5): The Food Was Awesome!! - Breakfast and dinner were good. The staff was very nice and accommodating in moving us around the complex. The Madera House had its own private pool. I guess my expectations of what I thought the resort would be. First, the houses were in an almost jungle setting. It didn't look like that from the pictures. I stayed at Umaya before and was trying to avoid a similar experience. We rented Madera and one of the tree-top houses. Our party was on the elderly side. Both places had lots of stairs, and the top and bottom units were entirely separate, which was weird. We couldn't all be in the same space, which was the point of booking a 5-bedroom house. They provided one book per unit, which was located in the upstairs unit. Everything you wanted to know about the resort was in the book. The people in the downstairs unit had to borrow the book. People booking need to verify the bedroom situation before making a reservation.

The property is stunning and everyone’s reviews raving about the beautiful setting and gorgeous grounds are spot on! We had an ocean front cabana room that was beyond comfortable and what we had hoped for and expected from a luxury resort. Waking to that view every morning was truly special and we loved being directly in the beach. The staff went above and beyond to provide 5-star service and attention to detail. The food was incredible. Chef Eddie delivered on every meal- try the breakfast quesadilla and the papaya salad! Nelson and Johnny made incredible drinks! Would highly recommend this beautiful resort!

In such a beautiful place, you would expect you’d expect to see recycling bins. Also, we went to the beach party, and I was pretty grossed out and sad that there was a pig on a skewer. Finally, there is a great deal of sargassum everywhere. The sargassum, combined with so much trash and plastic all over Placencia, bums us out because Belize is such a beautiful country. We recognized that the sargassum is not Belize’s fault, but it’s just sad to see.
- cbdew (10/5): Naia Resort offers magical and majestic LUXURY! - Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! The grounds are meticulously cared for and truly magnificent! Such a treat to walk out of the bungalow straight to the ocean. The staff and all the employees are sooooo friendly and helpful. They were just a delight to be around. In fact, I asked the gentleman at the front desk to open up the gift shop for me so that I could purchase some aloe vera gel for a pretty bad sunburn...he quickly opened it and I picked up the bottle of gel and he asked if I would prefer the all-natural route. Of course I was delighted to and within two minutes he was back with a beautiful piece of an aloe vera plant that they grow by their little greenhouse. It was truly a lifesaver - first time I have burned that bad and NOT blistered!!!! And the FOOD!!!!! The food is amazing!!!!! Compliments to the chef!!!! The waiters are super nice too and genuinely concerned about your experience - each and every meal. They are truly experts at their craft. We didn't even leave the resort once because it was so perfect and relaxing.

I have ridiculous food allergies/sensitivities and require gluten-free, dairy-free . . . there are too many to list here! Our travel agent specializes in food freaks like me, so we were excited to find a subdued and stunning boutique hotel that aims to please, on many levels. We visited for a week in November/December 2025. Naia was brilliant, with every interaction. All the staff were professional, friendly, and seemed to enjoy their role. In fact, many shared that it is their pleasure to preform their jobs well to ensure happy guests, and this was quite evident. All of the good comments about this gorgeous place are true. As my review is more food-focused, I will jump to the personal accolades. Chef Anthony (he IS a chef’s kiss with his generous and kind attention to ensure I did not get sick), sous chef Fernando, Kenneth,Johnny,Julian,Juan, Corina Emanuel, Manuel, and a few others in the restaurant we may have forgotten. The kitchen management at every level checked in with me to ensure I was fed well. Kayak hut Johnny, maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff, the drivers including Wilson. All.The.Staff. Are exemplary and go above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of. The best gluten free bread (homemade, even!) l I’ve eaten in any country for the past 30 years. Same for the handmade tortilla. The baker is exemplary. Great guacamole. The food was delicious, fresh, at times organic, some of it grown on the property. Amazing. My many food allergies (including Celiac Disease) were catered to with utmost care and concern. The accommodations, tours, bar menu… The beauty of the people, the country, the animals…(so much wildlife to enjoy on the beach and from our verandah). 65% of the land is protected as is the wildlife. everyone we encountered from the tarmac and onward. The people of Belize are extraordinary.

- LnJThomp (10/5): Superb !! - The best luxury hotel we visited in Belize. This resort covers a large area but it couldn’t have felt more private. The service from the staff felt personal and caring. We can’t speak highly enough of our time here. Our beach house had a pool and direct views of the sea. It was stunning. Wildlife was abundant around the grounds and we particularly loved watching the birds from our deck. The grounds and bungalows were immaculate. Our bungalow was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a full fridge. We hired a buggy via concierge which we used to explore the peninsula however we didnt want to miss too much time away from our little home . This was the perfect chill out time at the end of a fantastic trip and if we return to Belize we will be sure to return here in a heart beat. Food was excellent and had a great vegetarian menu for my partner .Shout out to Marco in the restaurant - brilliant guy Naia are lucky to have!

- spacetraveler2022 (2/5): FOOD POISONING = UNSYMPATHETIC STAFF - See my review for 1981. Surprise surprise, I got food poisoning. I ended up getting sick in the hotel’s bathroom since which was a horrific experience and unintended. As we were walking to our room, the manager asked if I wanted a ride on the golf cart and/or a soda water to calm my stomach. I wanted to walk to calm myself and decided a walk would be best, but said the soda water would be nice. A few minutes later, she arrives at our room with the soda water and charges my husband $2 USD for the drink. This one act speaks volumes about their quality of service and interactions with the guest. There were many other small actions, but wanted to highlight one. We joked that this was the “clean-up” fee for my vomit. While the resort was beautiful, it has definitely gone downhill from previous reviews. In interactions with staff, the majority seemed to be new, which is very telling of how a business operates.

Each response was kind, clear, and comprehensive. We literally did at least 80% of what was recommended and with a couple more days we may have done everything! Further, from the birthday flowers to the special kayak request (thanks, Angel) all of the little details made the visit perfect! Once we got to Naia, the comprehensive, calm and kind welcome from *Juan* let us know that it was time to chill. He reminded us (through actions not words) that the pace that we were used to in the states could be put on pause - Naia was a place for ease…and we eventually got into it:) *Nigel* provided great restaurant service and insights about the local community - so much so that when we encountered the celebration day @ Sienbight we had a sense of where we were. We really appreciate his willingness to share food recommendations, but especially his insights about the culture. In general, we always enjoyed the fun and thoughtful interactions with the 1981 staff. Karen, I hope you find “Before I let you go” (book). The SPA! Vee’s tolerance for my back and forth as I worked to get the spa birthday experience right is so appreciated! Service provided by the Dynamics Duo (*Sheena and Yadiera*) surpassed our expectations. We loved all of it! The bonus was that by having same providers across 4 different spa experiences we feel like we got to know them and hopefully vice versa! I loved the way Yadiera worked those hot stones! These ladies were KNOWLEDGE and SKILLED professionals - clearly an asset to the NAIA team! I loved the services and the laughs we shared. Minor opportunities for improvement:Baskets on bikes Remind us of local excursion opportunities, on site, when we first arrive. For example, I totally forgot that we could kayak to local snorkeling at False Island- thanks for the reminder @ Angel! **I tend to think that there are always opportunities for improvements, but, this is literally all I can think of:)
- whitfies (6/5): Needs to be much better at this price point - We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bed ‘tree top’ house. It was a great size over 3 floors, with a fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer etc. The thing is it all felt so tired and dated. We had multiple maintenance issues including the gas supply to the hob, one toilet not flushing, one A/C unit not working properly, and the TV just didn’t function - it needed two remote controls, had no instructions and on the occasion it could be coaxed into operation, only yielded a couple of channels - despite the maintenance chap coming and seeming also confused about the whole thing. The decor looked really out dated and it looked about a decade past needing a refit. On the plus side, there was a lot of room, and the kitchen had a great fridge / freezer as well as fresh coffee beans supplied and a grinder for the coffee maker. One issue for us was that the resort is a long way from downtown Placencia which is almost a 20 min drive. We did find one good restaurant which was closer at the Blue Lagoon but the main ones are a fair drive away. The pool and bar/restaurant area is pretty decent, and we liked the food and drinks and service - although notably we did not like the way the manager spoke to the staff - very rude, aggressive and condescending and unnecessary. We payed about £400 per night for the house and frankly think that at this price point it’s reasonable to have accommodation which does not feel old and dated and having multiple maintenance issues.

You feel as if you are alone on this beautiful beach in your amazing cabana. Comfort & luxury, set the tone to enjoy a wonderful beachfront vacation. Your king bed is very comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Very accommodating cabana. Bathroom with two separate sink areas and an indoor & outdoor shower. A bath too. Small accommodating kitchen with fresh coffee beans, and a grinder to make coffee out of a pot or your own French press. You will have your own lounge chairs in front of your villa. All the staff at Naia are incredible! They are so helpful, making sure you are always happy and have everything you need. The restaurant, you can eat every meal there for a week so delicious. The spa is a must, Erin gives a great massage! So much more to tell. Go!! We love Naia can’t wait to go back!!!

- mrsjermbrown (10/5): Dream Birthday Trip with the Best Service - A Dream Birthday Getaway at Naïa Resort – Pure Paradise I booked our stay at Naïa Resort in Placencia for my husband’s birthday in July, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of incredible. We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Every day felt like a dream – we spent our time swimming in the ocean, lounging on the pristine beach, sipping cocktails with breathtaking views, or enjoying the privacy of our own pool. The resort offers the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, and waking up each morning to such beauty felt surreal. Breakfast quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. The fried jacks paired with local fresh jam were absolutely delicious, and the locally sourced cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant on property consistently impressed us with its breakfast and lunch offerings. The staff at Naïa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist. Whenever we needed a ride into town, their shuttle service was so convenient and affordable – far better than catching a cab. We typically enjoyed breakfast and lunch at our villa and ventured into Placencia village for dinner. It gave us the best of both worlds: the privacy and peace of the resort and the chance to explore the vibrant, welcoming community nearby. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to expand the dinner options or offer more variety for room service in the evenings. However, with Placencia’s charming restaurants just a short ride away, it was easy to enjoy different cuisines and immerse ourselves in local culture. By the end of our stay, I had fallen completely in love with Belize – the stunning landscapes, the culture, and most of all, the people. The staff at Naïa embody the warmth and hospitality Belize is known for. They made us feel truly welcome, and their kindness left a lasting impression. This was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken, and I can’t recommend Naïa Resort highly enough. We’re already looking forward to returning to this little slice of paradise.

They should think about implementing daily specials. There was no entertainment or group activities. I would not stay here again or recommend it. It’s overpriced

The men were out working every day to rake up the sargassum and all that was left was a little bit to step over. Being a small resort we enjoyed the ease of obtaining kayaks, etc. We enjoyed the restaurant's and once, room service. Hated to leave!

We stayed in #35 which had a private plunge pool, bathroom with deep soaking tub and outdoor shower, separate bedroom, large living room and kitchenette. It was beautifully appointed and very well constructed with a top quality finish. The large front deck was covered and had chaise lounges and a dining table right next to the plunge pool. They had two restaurants on site. The food was very good and the service excellent. We booked a snorkeling trip through them and had a great time in the Kayes. The beach and grounds are impeccably maintained with constant care to keep them free of seaweed. It was rather windy while there but nature has its own mind. We had a great time and were very impressed.

It fit our family of four with two teenage boys very comfortably and even had a wqsher/dryer. The staff at Naia was pleasant and helpful throughout, with some standouts such as Johnny, Emanuel, and Denise. The pool was super nice and the food at 1981 was great - we loved the energy of the resort and the excursions to Monkey River and snorkeling were a ton of fun.

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Only two issues: breakfast service is slow so pre-order the night before and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

We enjoyed the variety of opportunities to see and experience Belize, from the guided tours to the kayaks and bikes to explore solo.
- efpatters (10/5): Naia is fantastic - can't wait to go back. - My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Naia at the end of a trip to Belize; the perfect way to end our trip, both for the activities we enjoyed in Placencia and the wonderful experience at the resort. Naia has a stunning beachfront location and the entire property is perfectly maintained. We had a 1 BR casita with private pool - and everything about it was perfect. Nicely furnished, handy kitchenette, light-filled living room, huge bathroom, great outdoor shower, good a/c and overhead fans, excellent wifi, and TV with a million stations. The small patio and good-sized private pool were out front but screened from view by vegetation - and the pool was spotlessly clean. We could have stayed in that casita for weeks. We barely saw any other guests, except at dinner, and we took advantage of some lounge chairs on the beach under the palm trees and there was no one else in sight. The open-air restaurant is delightful -- great well-trained and friendly servers, a varied menu with delicious food (both breakfast and dinner), and on one night we had our dinner out on the sand by the water. It was magical. Naia is about 5 miles from Placencia Village, but we used their complimentary bikes and enjoyed the ride. We don't go to resorts very often, but we can't wait to return to Naia!

- P4780ADjonh (10/5): Short Break Gem - We stayed at Naia for our first trip to Belize. We’d visited various Caribbean & Central American resorts over the years, but this was new. After considering a few places in San Pedro, we booked a one bedroom beach house in between the main complex and the small pier. This was a short break for us - Saturday to Tuesday, so we were not able to take full advantage of the amenities. That said, everything we did experience was very good indeed. Our accommodation had been recently refurbished, to a high standard. Everything we might need was there, and fully functional. The bathroom was huge, and shower outdoors (!), creating event more space. In room coffee and tea making accommodated various tastes - they even provided a bean grinder as well as a range of top notch teas. I’d heard from others that the beaches were not really usable in Belize, turns out not to be the case. Maybe those comments related to San Pedro, not sure as our beach was great. There was a wedding on it during our stay. Food was all great and we did make use of the on campus Spa. But more than anything, it was the staff who set this pace apart. Naia is listed as a four star hotel, which is fine however, the staff were all five stars for us.

- Marina (10/5): Naia was one of the most magnificent resorts I have ever stayed in. - Amazing facilities. Exceptional staff. Great food. Great shuttle service. I would live there if I could! Loved the extra towels that were always provided! This is really small issue, but the pillows seemed pretty hard to me. I have neck issues and need a softer pillow. That's just me. Otherwise, everything was great!
- greghR7475LP (10/5): Spectacular resort and staff! - We had such an incredible stay at Naia Resort. We stayed here in January 2025 for a week and loved every minute. The property is absolutely killer... the inviting lobby, the modern pool, the delicious restaurants, the little beach houses, the jungle spa, the pristine beach and shoreline, all of it just astoundingly beautiful. The rooms were so neat, everything from the art work, to the lighting, to the style of the bathrooms, to the comfortable bed. Oh and the outdoor shower was a game changer. Used it everyday and even when it was raining it was so cool to be out there smelling the rain and being immersed in the amazing tropical climate. Special shout out to the staff! We've been at some spectacular resorts around the world and this team stood out as one of the friendliest and helpful out there. In the restaurants: Brian, Miguel, Rimero, Bairon, and Julian were sensational. Greeted us with a smile every morning, afternoon and evening, ready to do anything to make our experience better. At the front desk: Juan and Denise were wonderful. They were always busy but if we walked up they immediately dropped what they were doing and asked how we were doing and how they could help. Other staff members I wanted to mention: Melvin the driver and Kenrick at concierge. They rocked! So friendly and easy to talk to, and helped make our stay even more memorable. I'm sure I'm leaving some names out but everyone was fantastic! We will 100% be back. Thank you Naia!
- Tilla (10/5): - The staff and the amenities at this property are amazing. Definitely book it. We had a private villa with our own pool and outdoor shower and a beautiful bathtub. The bed was so comfortable and the property was so clean. They have many options for food and drink And the beach was amazing! Unfortunately, it was kind of rainy when we were there, but we still found wonderful things to keep ourselves busy.
- kay2182 (10/5): Highly recommend!! One of the BEST places we have ever stayed - Omg Naia!!! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Our beach view bungalow was perfectly decorated, perfectly designed, and so romantic. And so clean! We loved the porch and had breakfast there each morning. My husband was thrilled with the fresh coffee beans and French press to make his coffee - fun bonus! The beach was beautiful and calm. It was not very crowded when we went, so we often had the beach to ourselves. My husband borrowed a paddle board, and we could take nice long walks in both directions. The beach captains were very prompt when asking for cushions or paddle boards. We ate at the beach bar a lot, and all of the food was very good and reasonably priced. Just note, dinner service could be slow at times (but not usually a problem for us). Excellent spa too. The staff really put this place above and beyond other resorts. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We were greeted with welcome drinks and a tour of the ground and our bungalow, which was a very nice way to start. The servers at the restaurant would remember you and greet you each meal. Really really loved this place, cannot recommend it enough!!

- davepantos (10/5): High value package deal at a beautiful resort in Placencia, BZ - We really loved Naia. Excellent food and accommodations. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a package deal that included all meals/drinks and snorkeling. Really worth it. On the day of my wife's birthday they did this whole thing for her at the restaurant that was very special. The package also included flight from Belize City to Placencia airport and then transport to and from the Placencia airport. Our package also included a Monkey River trip that was cancelled due to weather. They promptly gave us a credit even though we knew that trip was weather-dependent. Nice touch! The grounds were amazing. We stayed in a cottage on the beach with an ocean view. The cottage was very comfortable with outdoor showers, bathtub, kingsize bed, etc. Amazing view. The grounds were really well maintained as well. Can't say enough nice things.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The bartenders, Brian and Barian were wonderful. Our main service person, Arlene, was exceptional and deserves our highest praise! The noise from the gas powered service vehicles at 6:45 am was not well received. Your wine list needs attention, could be much better.

But things picked up by Tuesday/wednesday and full staff arrived. Spa was top notch. Restaurant was good but pricey.

- CBG87 (10/5): Naia is a Dream Come True - Naia is so very beautiful, just completely stunning. We stayed in a beachfront studio for our first wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The house has a comfie king bed with soft pillows and blankets, a kitchenette equipped with all sorts of plates, utensils, drink ware, and a coffee grinder for the fresh beans they leave for you. The storage is nice, with two closets and a safe and the bathroom is modern. There’s a beautiful, large, dreamy outdoor shower with Naia soaps, shampoo and conditioner, all smelling wonderfully fragrant…and wrapping yourself in their robe is luxury. In front, there’s a porch with chairs and a table overlooking the ocean and two beach chairs available beachfront for your use. I loved just sitting on the porch, coffee in hand, watching hummingbirds fly by and pelicans dive-bombing fish - a peaceful dream come true. The pool is a teeny bit small. We were there off-season so didn’t have a problem but I could imagine during high season the chairs around the pool would go quickly. But the saltwater pool is a perfect temp and off-season, it was all ours most days. We had an all-inclusive plan with breakfast and lunch. We had plans to eat in Placencia during the evening so we didn’t want to commit to dinner. That said, the hours for breakfast and lunch make it easy to skip dinner too - and we did do that one evening after having lunch at 4:30 pm. The food is delicious with a combination of flavorful Belizean flavors, perfect portions and obviously a skilled chef. The price for alcohol is very reasonable and in Belizean dollars. A Belikin beer was around $6 American. You are spoiled for choice both in food and cocktails. We ate at the 1981 on our last night and the meal, ambiance and service was fantastic. Speaking of service, the overall service was wonderful and felt personal, with friendly and attentive waiters, front desk personnel and housekeepers. All remembered our names and the waiters remembered our favorites. Seriously a dream come true resort all-around. We will be back - and I have promised myself my whole adult life to never return to a location - but will make a rare exception for Naia!

- Sac1237 (10/5): It’s A Jewel In Paradise!!!! - I can't get over how gorgeous and peaceful this hotel is… The grounds are very well kept, they only have two restaurants, which one is an outdoor and the other one is on the second floor with an AC, but pretty much the same menu on both. The food was good. I can’t say thank you enough to the most happy,wonderful, humble and friendly staff. They really make you very comfortable and are very helpful. Their outdoor shower was my favorite!!! They have complimentary bikes at the hotel if you wanna explore the surroundings, they also havecomplementary kayaks, and paddle boarding.. If you want to go into town, there are shuttles available I think every 15 to 30 minutes. Their shuttle is also available to pick you up at the airport. We went to celebrate my birthday in Placencia,Belize, and I have to say we had the best experience overall. The rooms at this hotel are beautiful and clean, they really pay attention to every detail. Their body wash smells so good that I couldn’t resist to buy some to bring home and remember such a fantastic experience.!!! To all the staff at this hotel, THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU for making my birthday and our stayed such a memorable one. !! I definitely recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a tranquil place where you can relax and feel very special.

Our ocean front bungalow was so beautiful and comfortable. The views were beyond amazing, and the relaxed atmosphere was so enjoyable. We will be back one day!
- racheals838 (10/5): Beautiful resort for a couples getaway - We stayed at Naia during our honeymoon in Belize. Naia is truly a top-notch resort focused on making your vacation feel like a luxury trip. A few things stand out to us about Naia. 1) The attentiveness and kindness of all of the employees was one of the most remarkable aspects of Naia. You are made to feel like family when you are staying here. They also were incredibly communicative and efficient when dealing with changes to our trip. Our flight out of Placencia got changed by an hour, and Naia took care of rearranging all of the details of our flights that day to ensure that we made it to our next destination in San Pedro smoothly. 2) Naia is a beautiful, quiet spot, settled a bit away from the busier part of the village. This allows you to feel like you are away from everything. They maintain the grounds beautifully and it is easy to have a relaxing and private time away. 3) The food is excellent!!!!! Both restaurants had great selections of food that was high quality and delicious. 4) The spa is luxurious. It is nestled away and feels like its own oasis within the oasis of Naia. When you are not getting a spa treatment, you can relax in the spa area, which has a private (quiet) pool and lounge chairs. So relaxing, and so wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay at Naia and would return in a heartbeat!
- Barbara (10/5): - I went to Naia to celebrate my birthday, and they helped make it one of the most memorable. I rented the 1 bedroom beach house and though you're surrounded by people it feels so secluded. I want to give a special shout out to members of the staff. Brian and Juan that worked at the Bar and Grill. Juan makes the most amazing drink called the "Woodpecker", it's a must try. Julian is the hardest working waiter ever. Sheena the masseuse whose hands felt like they were anointed by God. Omar who helped with my candlelight birthday dinner on the beach and Manuel who offered suggestions for things to do in the village. All of the staff were so helpful and wonderful. I can't sing their praises enough.

I went on a woman's retreat recently and this was my first international trip; I had the most beautiful experience at this enchanting and enticing place that is the Naia Resort and spa. From the pristine clean grounds the warm and inviting service of the staff, to the absolutely delicious and nutritious food options that were available to the rejuvenating and tranquil Spa grounds and services, it was truly hands down best vacation I ever gave myself . Just being able to wake up to the Caribbean Sea was an absolute dream come true definitely will be planning my return trip.

It's quitely tucked away on 200+ acres in Placenicia surrounded by lush greenery and the beach. From the moment we arrived untl the day we left, the staff was attentive and kind. Our 1 br/1ba unit had a view of the beach. The decor was perfect. *I LOVED the outdoor shower.* And the food was tasty! Oh yes...and the spa...WHEW! Beautiful, reasonably priced, and great shower! If you want a quiet vacation (VERY QUIET) without a lot of people and with great service, Naia is for you!

This was our first time in Belize and fell in love. Not only is the country beautiful but staying at Naia made it an over-the-top amazing experience. The staff are amazingly friendly and so very helpful and the resort itself is one out of dreams. The perfect location just a short ride from downtown. We have already told anyone and everyone who would listen that they need to book a trip to Naia in Placencia ASAP.

They have a fridge and a sink for a kitchenette, so no option to cook your own meals, which we like, but with the reasonable price of the food at the restaurant, and the high quality of the food, this is a very minor quibble. Outstanding staff.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the beach is quiet, shady, and studded with hammocks. The food at the restaurant is excellent. But what makes naia the best is the staff who work there. The front desk is always well staffed with polite and attentive professionals. The wait staff is attentive and kind. And the beach staff, led by Manuel, are knowledgeable and well stocked with all the beach toys (kayaks, SUP). The yoga classes with Jakara were amazing, even my husband loved them who is not a frequent yogi. We will definitely return.
