- Hutchinson (10/5): - This is a great place to stay. Exceptional service, cleanliness of rooms ,breakfast was great with several varieties to choose from. Computer area, and even a pool table. No inside or outside loud noises to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Slept like a baby. Thank you for all the above-mentioned and your great staff. I liked everything about our stay here. Will definitely stay here again when in OKC.

Nice body and face soap bars would be much nicer. The hair dryer was dirty and sticky. Had to ask for another. Then air conditioner was so loud, hard to sleep!

- nayomip2018 (4/5): Cheap toy hotel - I booked this hotel based on the Hilton brand, so I was expecting a positive and comfortable stay. The hotel looks nice from the outside, and I will say the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff also did a wonderful job, and the hotel overall was very clean. I especially appreciated the free breakfast—it was convenient and a great perk. Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. It felt extremely small, almost like a playroom rather than a proper hotel room. The mattress was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The TV was also outdated, with only certain channels working, and it was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t log into any streaming apps to watch my own content. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. The walls are extremely thin. I could clearly hear my neighbors through the wall, including very private moments. This wasn’t their fault—it’s simply a result of poor insulation and cheap construction. It made the stay uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. While I appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, and breakfast, the uncomfortable bed, small room, outdated TV, and lack of privacy mean I won’t be booking this hotel again. I’ll be returning to the area next month, but I will choose a different property.

The room was quite tiny, no windows to see out of; could not open the blinds. The staff was VERY casual. Maybe that's what this hotel is styled after, but it was a bit alarming to see the hotel front staff wearing oversized tee-shirts... not a big deal, but it smacks of a lack of professionalism. Also, the front desk girl could not find my reservation for quite some time, and had trouble giving me a card key, as her machine wasn't working. Luckily, my family who had arrived earlier were already in the room, so I just gave up.

- Anna (10/5): Only one night but so glad we stayed - I was very pleasantly surprised by everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast areas had plenty of seating and there were games and a pool table. There were boards with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows and the lotions, shampoo, and body wash were so good I wanted them for my home.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable.. was not expecting a hard floor, but that’s OK I guess. my husband didn’t think to check the coolness level on the refrigerator so our drinks were warm by morning,. Mostly booked here because people raved about the breakfast. We didn’t want to make an additional stop for food . It was nothing to brag about. In fact we just had a glass of apple juice and out the door we went wasn’t even worth staying for. Needs to have more options. The woman sitting at the front desk at breakfast time was sleeping in her chair.. not professional at all.

- 17co (2/5): Never again! - I LOVE the Hilton hotels. I had never stayed at a Tru, and never will again. First of all let me say, the hotel was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly BUT the room was ridiculously small! We could hardly move around each other. Never stayed at a Hilton with rooms this small, even the “King” bed was small. The tv was HUGE and seemed silly in that small room. The air conditioning had this weird clicking sound when it was coming on and going off. The other down side is you had to go to the first floor to get ice, they aren’t on every floor. Anyway, Tru was awful and I am guessing the lower end of the Hilton hotels. Lesson learned but be warned, if looking for a closet to sleep in, they are for you, otherwise find another Hilton.

- David (10/5): Blown away with quality for price - First time at a Tru and was blown away with night and day difference between this chain and others in similar price range. Room amenities were very good, lots of available plug ins and all comfortable. The property itself amenities were very good, even if I didn’t use them all. Breakfast was best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The amount of toppings and options for pancakes, oatmeal, and egg mix ins was amazing. Selection of drinks and other breakfast items was also fabulous. Already changed future reservations in other cities to change them to Tru properties based on this stay and wife’s experience at another Tru property in Colorado.

The parking area is very well-lit at night and the room has black-out shades. There is a lot of "activity" (at all hours) in the adjacent parking area, which thankfully, is separated by a fence. - Barbara (1/5): Deeply disturbing - Little My husband left 2 weeks of his medication in the refrigerator. We called 3 times the following morning. They stalled and wouldn't return our calls. The following morning, we called back, and they said we had to wait until after 12pm. After 6 calls and more than 24 hrs ... they didn't find anything. They need some serious training for their hotel staff and housekeeping. This was a simple thief.

- 29MaryM (2/5): This is dump. Please there are other hiltons in the area. - This is the first time in my 20 years that I have complained about a Hilton property. It’s is very run down. Front desk will not help you if they make a mistake they most certainly ignore you and hope you go away. We reserved a first room floor because one of has an injury. They gave the room away. Didn’t tell us that but they did. Sent us to the 3rd floor but I think someone was already in the room. So back down we went and they sent us to the 4 th floor. 2 smallest kids and elevator and remote that didn’t work.

- Jason (4/5): - The bedroom was freezing. I called the front desk to ask them for a blanket. I went back to the front desk when I realized what I was given what appeared to be a fitted sheet. The manager promptly explained it was a fitted duvet cover, and that was the best he could give me. I said you don’t have any actual blankets or comforters? He got really irritated and was rude and told me no. The only thing he offered to do was to walk me to the closet just approved that there was nothing else to give me. I explained to him that was not what I needed. I just wanted a blanket to keep me warm. When my husband came back in shortly after I went back to the room, he walked by the front desk and heard the manager talking to the front desk girl about me and how angry he was about the fact that I wanted a blanket. My husband just didn’t realize that they were talking about me until he got back to the room. My husband said he could tell by the look on his face that he was super frustrated. And as he walked by, he partly heard the conversation. The continental breakfast did not have any pancakes or waffle options because the machine was broken. The mango juice in the machine was very watered down. There was no fresh fruit or granola options to put on top of the yogurt or the oatmeal.

They got us transferred to another room very quickly but there was a few strands of hair on the shower walls and the toilet seat was dirty. Other than that, the stay was great! By far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen! Had several varieties and all kinds of toppings for pancakes, oatmeal, and bagels/toast. Nice outside patio with fire pit, pool table, Jenna, and other table games in lobby. Overall, great stay! Will definitely look for Tru’s when traveling!
- Keith (2/5): - Was locked out of my room with my personal belongings inside……..2 hours to finally get in. Delayed my trip by 2.5 hrs…..management was like no big deal. Tru lost a Hilton Honors member.
- Gwen (8/5): Great value, clean facilities, friendly staff - Conviently lovated off the high way. The property was clean but dated. Breakfast was a perk, the gym equiptment was top notch. The mattresses were firm and uncomfortable.
