I was warmly welcomed by staff and special accommodations were made for my recovering husband. I appreciate Amanda and Leila. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. May God bless them!

• Randi (6/5): Iffy!!! - plenty of restaurants nearby and was very close and convenient to Defender Outdoors where we were attending an event. Room was not very clean with what appeared to be stool on the bathroom door and possible drink spillage on the bedskirt.

Super spacious and the little kitchen was stocked with dishes, which was so cool. Plus it’s in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town.

• Allegra (4/5): Cleanliness concerns. Would not recommend. - I would not stay here again for 3 primary reasons: (1) When I arrived, part of the first floor had basically flooded due to a plumbing issue, and although they had big industrial fans running throughout the relevant hallway, they did not air out the stairway, so it reeked of mold. Even more alarming was the fact that, within 12 hours, they were renting out the flooded rooms to unassuming guests who had no idea that their rooms had flooded just hours before. As someone with mold allergies, this was a serious red flag. (Not to mention that the stairway stench remained.) (2) There were issues with my attempts to extend my stay that not only took a long time to resolve (and required me to check out and back in with the front desk in person each morning) but, even more annoyingly, resulted in my room not being cleaned at all during my time there. I asked the front desk about this multiple times, but the room was still never cleaned. (3) I saw multiple bugs in the room during my stay, and given the previously mentioned flooding and cleaning issues, this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Although I appreciated the full kitchen and affordable price, the cleanliness issues - combined with several other nit-picky issues, like the location not turning out to be as good as it seemed due to the entrance being on a one-way access road, and the fact that the parking was often filled with patrons from nearby restaurants - I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.
• Kayla (10/5): BEST STAY EVER - We loved this STAY.. This was literally our best stay we have EVER had at a hotel. The kids loved the room and it was HUGE, There are restaurants all around it and an arcade/ bowling alley right behind the hotel. 10/10 stay

• James (10/5): - Very nice room with two queen beds. Lowest price compared to others. Stayed only one night. Amazed with kitchen, no stove. Had dishwasher. Breakfast was excellent. As good as they come. They had Bacon! Nice indoor pool and gym. Overall excellent. If all of our stays were this good for the rest of our lives we would be blessed. One more thing. As you go into the indoor pool area, there is the largest ivy planter I believe I have ever seen. It’s huge and beautiful. Really nice. The point I am making is that they or someone is taking excellent care of this plant. Therefore, they must be taking care of hotel guests as well.

We hit a really bad storm with softball size hail as we were getting into town that caused damage to our rental car. We were scared and tired but the gal at the front desk was so kind. At breakfast/check out in the am the gal at the desk again was so kind. She was sweet to our pup telling us we needed to get him breakfast too.

• THUCDOAN (10/5): - Place was convenient located and near restaurant. Nice and clean facility. Good gym. Only thing was the staff lack customer service. Seems lack of energy, hiding in office, had to be called to the front for help. The front desk seemed apethetic, didn’t want to be there.

• Bonnie (6/5): Has gone down hill.. dingy, waters stains, smelly - We have stayed here several times over the past two years and always had a good experience. It was our standard “go to” for lodging. However, this time was different. We were originally put in an ADA compliant room. I asked to be switched in case a customer with a disability arrived and needed a room. The front desk agreed to move us. They were very helpful! Just to note, the ADA room was very dingy. There was an apparent water leak which caused stains on the walls and rotting trim in the bathroom. So we moved rooms and the new room had the same issue with apparent water leaks. The walls and trim needed to be repaired. Additionally, the room smelled dirty. I’m not sure if it was mold or residual body odor. The room just did not feel fresh, clean, and sanitary. I am very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. We probably won’t stay here anymore.

The cushions on the pull out couch were ripped in multiple places with the stuffing coming out, there were stains on the couch, and there were cheerios inside the couch. The matress in the couch was thin, old, and poor quality. There were even some old cheerios in the couch. The kitchen table was dirty, and so were the bathroom doors. The room overlooked the parking lot, which is next to two busy bars. It was very loud with large pick-up trucks revving and driving around for hours at night, making sleeping difficult. The toilet was broken and ran loudly after flushing. The a/c units were loud and didn't work well. The carpet felt and looked dirty. I'm shocked that Hilton has its name on this place.

The thing that I didn’t like was the lady that serves breakfast had negative attitude towards me, and I had asked for the people to take out my trashes in the morning before I left and they did not, but the afternoon lady came to take out our trash. But from there it was enjoyable and the pool was so much fun.
• Linda (10/5): - The cleanliness and location to my event. The cleaning crew starts cleaning rooms early and were very noisey talking and laughing with each other in the hall,waking me up when I had an opportunity to sleep in and get some extra rest.
• HELEN (8/5): - This was the largest hotel room that I have ever had. Great in that respect, but the couch, chair and office chair were filthy looking. I can't understand why Hilton has not addressed that problem. I was told that they are planning on an upgrade soon but, clean it now.

• Anna (8/5): Check-out issues, overall good - Check in was fine, they didn’t have sheets and bedding for the pull out couch in the room, so we had to get that from desk. On check out the counter person tried to tell me my card had declined and I owed them for the room again. That was quickly corrected because I had paid through third-party, but it rubbed me wrong. Overall the hotel was nice in a nice area, my kids watch fireworks from our window
• Christian (7/5): Good place and in a good location near everything in Fort Worth. Room was humid and could have been tended to more than - Great location and they allow dogs. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff was great Room was super humid and despite the sign saying they cleaned every two days… it was every three days and the entire week I was there my room was only tended to once which was disappointing.

• patricia (2/5): - I had reserved my handicapped mobility accessible room 3 weeks in advance with a credit card. I get there on Wednesday the 25th to check in and was told "no rooms are available that it is first come-first serve". I said what, I had a reservation with a credit card. She then said, " we give it to who is here at the counter because we don't know if you will show up or not" i was just shocked. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is so unusual for Hilton.

• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - I did like everything about the hotel it was very nice. The size of the room was the perfect size. Water didn't seem to drain in the kitchen, and the switch for garbage disposal didn't work. I didn't need to use it but thought switch on to see if it made it drain down..so drain in kitchen very slow draining must of made toilet not flush well either. Otherwise, everything else was good. Parking wasn't the best as they were busy had someone place a card for a gentlemen club from the bar nearby. I did not realize the close distance to that when booking room I had other factors I had considered.

The establishment next door did make it difficult to sleep in the evening with the loud music and car's doing burn outs in front of the hotel on the feeder road. No law enforcement presence at all when this went on.

• Charlene Rose (10/5): My Go to Stay :) - Whenever I’m in the FW area I always book here ❤️ it’s always clean and front desk receptionist are always quick to help. Only problem I had this stay was only that our room had items from previous guests. We were about to check out and looking everywhere to make sure nothing was left and we ended up finding an earring and a child’s croc under near the bed that wasn’t ours as no children were brought on our trip. Other than that, everything was good! Cbat what he back!

• imho_zyh (10/5): Better than a lot! Which actually is saying something. - Driven from AZ to the East Coast and this was the nicest smelling hotel we stayed in. I was about to give up on all the various Hiltons, and our rewards, but this hotel changes my mind. I realize in some cities (NOLA), people are VERY hard on hotel rooms but i do wish the Company would make more of an effort to upgrade, reno, etc. doing that takes time and money which since COVID…. that plus people all bringing their dogs anymore, so…. I’m okay with that overall, of course. Every hotel needs more carts! AND foam pillows. Feathers lack cervical support—she did try to find us 2. Bottom line; nice place. Very clean and comfortable. Recommended.

• P (10/5): USBC Texas State Bowling Tournament - We came to Ft. Worth for the Texas State Bowling Tournament. The rooms were excellent, and the Staff were always ready to help with a friendly smile. If we are in the area again we will be sure to place a reservation with you.
• Anedra (4/5): - We checked in late Friday night and discovered that our refrigerator didn’t work. It was too late to repair it. So, the next morning, they moved us to another room. In this room, the cushions on the sofa bed were torn. When, we let the sofa bed out for our grandson, we discovered a blood stained mattress. Two people from the front desk came to retrieve it, but didn’t replace it. Other than an apology that night, there was no further response from the hotel. We don’t recommend this property.
