- Ryan (10/5): - Friendly staff very clean good location
- ALAN (5/5): The hotel is located well and things appear agreeable on the surface. But too many little things were wrong for us. We - Very accessible No heating, it was only 11° the room was cold and the radiators were not on. We had to get extra blankets from the car to stay warm in bed

- Kye (8/5): Comfortable and happy - Bathroom was a good size and room was comfortable I couldn’t work the radiator but it didn’t matter because it was a warm week outside.
- Mohamed (8/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): - The communal kitchen and dining area. Comfortable bed
- Hawi (5/5): - Good price with good parking and clean shared facilities The real letdown of this place was the room. Upon walking in you are met with the smell of damp, there was a pretty large leak from the bathroom above that left an unsightly stain. The beds were fine, not comfortable but good enough. Due to the smell of damp I was not able to get a good enough sleep
- Lauren (10/5): The hosts was very welcoming - Was close to family made things a lot easier for my self Everything was good
- Rachelle (10/5): - The central customer service is diabolical. Do not bother calling them. Number is 01482 500587.
Paul is very kind, affable and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. The bed is the most comfortable Ive known. Lovely colours with towels and throw. Netflix on tv. Good kitchen facilities. I made a cock up trying to open the wrong side of door, but Paul very patient and helpful.
There are shops a few doors down and 10 min walk down Askew Ave to Gypsyville shops. Not far from the wide diverse shops on Hessle Rd.
I have booked again for work placement.
Excellent find.

- Elizabeth (8/5): We’d stay again - 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Does what it says on the tin! Ie clean, safe and generally ok This time we had a room off the living/kitchen area so noisy when others got up and ‘held court’ with loud voices!!
- Wayne (2/5): More like a bail hostel than an actual hotel -
- W&A (7/5): Great host. Easy check in and out. No complaints - Great location for our visit to the rugby match Nothing

- Leeman (8/5): -
- Kathryn (8/5): Safe and comfortable , all you need really. - beds very comfortable and clean. shared facilities but clean and pleasant to use. Great to be able to make breakfast in shares large kitchen. Friendly other guests, we shared the washing up! Would definetely stay again. a big park nearby but sadly we did not have time to have a walk there. Being near a busy roundabout could have been a turn off but good double glazing and private parking around the back made up for that.
- patricia (8/5): -
- thomson (9/5): Nice hotel - The host was very good and made me welcome It was a good stay no dislikes
- Philip (9/5): -
- Paul (8/5): Amazing value for money - Paul was very helpful and friendly when we checked in , he showed us the kitchen facilities which were fantastic as you could make your own meals and use fridges , also free tea and coffee. It was bright and clean in kitchen and corridors . Are room was a good size with a king size bed and clean on suite. Plenty of off road parking aswell. Maybe a full length mirror in the room would be good for us ladies and the quilt cover was a little bit bobbly
- Miroslav (1/5): - Nothing The room amenities are inadequate and the toilets and showers are shared, which is inexcusable in this day and age.
- Londesborough (5/5): - The bathroom in the bedroom The staff

- Paul (10/5): A great place to stay - Great place to stay in Hull, not too far out and great value too
- Jordan (8/5): -
- Richard (1/5): Stay or No stay ! Hull has a wide range of hotels.Just don't go to Pickering Park Hotel - Nothing. Everything. Arrived at hotel to be advised they had overbooked. Despite booking being confirmed by Booking.Com and my arrival time confirmed by the hotel. Had 4 hours to find alternative accommodation before the reason for my visit, football match kicked off !
- Perry (8/5): Clean, decent place with helpful staff - Stayed many times, staff always helpful and welcoming Nothing really
- Paul (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location Downstairs room not as good as upstairs
- Geoffrey (5/5): -
- Ufuoma (1/5): -

- Mandjkingston (3/5): Noise levels. - Close to where we needed to be.
Parking
Good communication from staff Room next to kitchen. Loud n
oise from residents late into night.
Staff dealt with after a phone call at 2am.
Lumpy overly soft mattress
- Carl (9/5): Nice place to stay - Paul the host was warm and welcoming and helpful.
I did read reviews saying it can be noisy but it wasn't, It was quiet. Nothing.
- Dunkerley (9/5): -
- Philip (9/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Lovely comfortable room clean property was close to my family.
- Jessica (1/5): Basic and pungent - Location was good Upon arrival the check in was via phone and the person answering was abrupt and seemed confused stating we shouldn’t be there till 4pm, we checked book in information and it said 2pm.
We parked the car and there were people smoking weed in the car park, turns out they were also staying here. When we checked in to the room it was overwhelming the smell of weed and we were followed to our stairs by one of the people smoking weed. We tried to make light but also found hair within the bedding and in the end felt we couldn’t stay here as it wasn’t what was expected. We know it is a budget friendly option but it is also advertised as family friendly and i wouldn’t feel comfortable for a family to stay here. I initially contacted the property managers
On the day of our visit (we left within an hour and found a lovely hotel local for only £10 more than this!) and they said they would refund us, now after 3 phone calls with booking, one with OYO head office and multiple emails I’m being told no to a refund. This unfortunately is the first time I’ve had a negative experience with booking.com.

- victoria (10/5): Recommend this hotel! - Really clean. Friendly staff. Safe and secure. Great location. Everything was great 👍
- James (8/5): -
- Alan (8/5): - Kitchen was great. Hotel fine inside. Very happy overall. Only real issue was the check-in which was tricky for autistic, dispraxic people, having to call a remote number near a road, where traffic noise is very loud and then open a key box system with one hand whilst trying to listen to the person on the other end of the phone explain what the code was. Awful.
- Do_in_oe (3/5): Adequate - Friendly and pleasant. Was available to book in an emergency. A bit seedy. Black bed sheets!
- Jimbo3322 (10/5): - We needed a one night stay (getting ferry) and this hotel was Ideal. Cheaper than chips, lovely clean big room with two single beds. No ensuite in our room but the showers and toilets were very clean. Help yourself breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
