This was our third time visiting, and we continue to choose this property because of its excellent location and the overall value it provides. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great experience on the lake and look forward to coming back again soon!

Room 123 absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!! On same floor as pool and game room win for us for our 13 yr olds!!!!! Place is incredible and beautiful with amazing walk out balcony with lake view. King bed the most comfortable we have ever had!!!!! Front desk Staff here truly are wonderful and so nice!!!!!

- Resort786591 (10/5): Beautiful Views, Friendly Staff, Fun Stay - Once again, we had an amazing time with our friends and family (15 people total). We love the accommodations and spaces to gather together. This resort has made efforts to keep the experiences and rooms here up to date and fun. We’ve been enjoying Lake Delavan Resort since it opened. We were disappointed several years ago when things weren’t as nice as they once had been. Luckily, efforts have been made to make this spot even more fantastic than it was in its earliest days! Todd and his team are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
- suedR913BL (8/5): Room needs to be updated - The resort is nice. Small and quiet when we were there. Parts of our room were nice, but the one we had needed a major update. Peeling paint on the cabinets, grungy baseboards and bathroom. Appliances probably from the 80's.

- fromILtoIN (10/5): Lake, Sunsets and Amenities - Beautiful, quiet location on Lake Delavan that is convenient to Lake Geneva & Delavan. Great facility with friendly, helpful staff ... all suites with many amenities. Have stayed there 4-5 times and will return.
- Sandra (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem in Lake Delavan. Although it was a 15mn drive from Lake Geneva it was located right on the lake. It didn't have access to a beach however you could walk a few minutes to the public beach area. They did have a small dock for fishing however it's also busy with rental boats. The resort as beautiful, quaint and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went mid September and the outdoor pool was still open. It has a sister property and you are now to use some of their amenities as well. Even though it didn't have a restaurant the one located inside the other property was amazing. We are hoping to go back for christmas!

- Donnita (10/5): - The property was conveniently located on Lake Delavan and about 11 miles to Lake Geneva. Its the perfect lodging at a great price to enjoy two tourist towns. This was my second visit in one year. I highly recommend getting a room with a a lake view. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine is breathtaking!

All rooms, floors, hallways, elevator were very clean. This facility has no food service, but hey....it's Lake Geneva! All types of food service within a mile. We did not use the pool but it was used quite a bit by other customer families

- MarianneR_12 (4/5): Lots of surprises (and not great ones) - The Resort itself is nice enough but they need to get the admin end of things improved. Upon our arrival we were told we had a $500 no show charge which was untrue as my confirmation proved my dates of stay. We were also told upon my family's arrival that the condo I reserved was unavailable due to maintenance issues and we were being moved to a lesser nice room with a parking lot view. A note to others is there is no stove or oven which is normal but just an fyi. The pool is nice and the view from the back is lovely.

- Y6684HYbob (10/5): Perfect for 2 golfers - we were golfing at Geneva national resort and stayed at Delavan Lake Resort. Clean, updated and it had 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suites at a very reasonable cost. Downside no restaurant or bar in the resort.
- 74adama (2/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - upon arriving at the hotel room there was a foul order coming from the facets and the water was very cloudy and smelly, unsafe to use. I informed the maintenance personal and they were aware of the smell issue and never fixed the issue Stay away from this place, unless you like the strong smell of chlorine in the lobby when you check in. Much better places to say at instead of the place
- Nancy (10/5): - Our room was exceptional. Stayed in room 317 which had two bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchenette, and balcony overlooking the pool and lake. Our only complaint was the noise coming from the pool which started at 8am. A family swimming had a 3 year old screaming. Not sure if there are any policies in place to address this type of noise issue in consideration of the rest of hotel guests.

- Happiness10691943461 (10/5): Great Stay in 2025 - We came to Delavan for a family reunion. We had 3 rooms at Lake Lawn and 3 at Delavan Lake Resort. The room sizes at DLR were a better fit for a larger family in my opinion. Our 2 bedroom unit was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous lake. Sunsets here are spectacular! A great time was had by all.

- Brittney (6/5): - Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Several blinds were missing from both the bedroom and living room which made it difficult to sleep. Walls are super thin; I could hear a whole conversation that was being had by the room next to us. Kitchen didn't supply anything. Having only a microwave and no oven is a huge disappointment but i was aware of that during booking. The only good experience was being able to see the lake from our balcony and right by the lake.

- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great spot on Lake Delavan, quiet, clean and the 2 bedroom option was amazing. The pool and the pool area is super clean and the umbrella tables came in right on time. If you are looking to relax or traveling into Alpine for a concert, I highly recommend this spot. You can rent a pontoon boat and enjoy the lake too. Your are so close to Lake Geneva for a nice lunch or dinner. We opted for Pier 190. It was very good and we sat on the patio. Chloe was my contact and she did an amazing job. I can’t thank her enough!!
- thrbanker (6/5): Less than average - Bathroom needs updating and kitchen utensils are lacking. We had no folks and only 2 spoons. The folks were quickly corrected. The bathroom would not stay open and used a drawer to keep it open. The shower/tub was deep and difficult to enter. The entire room needs updating.

- Jeremy (4/5): - Check in I was put into the wrong room (booked a 2 bedroom and got a 1 bedroom). Eventually they figured out a plan B since the room I booked was not available but had to wait an hour for room to be cleaned. Billing was a mess and never got any true answers. After multiple charges, credit backs and charges again, the final payment was charged 5 days after leaving and checking out without any call/explanation, notice or heads up that a large sum was going to be drafted. When I went to make my final payment the day before checking out and looking to change the card on file, couldn’t do that as there was still problems staff couldn’t figure out. They said my balance was $0 but they didn’t see any payment history. Staff mention a new system was just put in so that could be the issues.

- April (10/5): Can’t wait to visit again! - We stayed in room 309. Very clean , very comfortable beds. Nice kitchenette, so much space, beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. Only complaint was master bath toilet runs nonstop but that can be resolved with an easy fix. Property is super clean! Pool was nice , not crowded . We enjoyed floating. Small opportunity for a little more attention to do detail around the pool in the morning cleaning would make it perfect. Staff was VERY nice. Complementary coffee was great . Will definitely stay again.

- morganjX2956AE (10/5): Lovely! - Lovely stay! Apartment was great - roomie and had a beautiful view. The indoor and outdoor pools were a good size and did not feel too crowded, plenty of room for the kids to swim and play. Will be back!

- Amylynne (10/5): - Spontaneous three day stay during the week. Love that there were all ages, families, couples , young, seniors, littles, teens staying at the property and never once encountered any rowdiness or rudeness. The property was pristine as was our unit. We especially enjoyed the large lanais and peaceful surroundings including water view and boat slips. Indoor outdoor pools both fabulous and hot tub was the highest temp it can legally be set at and was consistently toasty. Nice small game room with variety and something for all ages. Best pinball machine! Games are reasonably priced though we lost a little cha Ching in some machines and other guests had mentioned the same. Forgot to even mention it to Front desk. Overall value a 10 of 10. Would suggest a small market pantry with better choices than vending machines with microwaveable meals /snacks? Perhaps sell beer and or wine in the future but not a deal breaker. Plenty of retail nearby. The only downside was the chlorine or chemical levels for the indoor pool. Not sure if the chlorine levels were high or what chemicals were used. Having both a pool and spa at home I’m not sure what set off a bad allergic reaction after each use but for others with sensitivities I recommend wearing goggles and or not getting any water into eyes. Lastly, all front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and consistent. Happy to have found this little gem. Great value and highly recommend.
- Linda (10/5): - The front desk person was exceptionally nice and very helpful. We told her what type of food we were looking for at dinnertime, and she recommended 3 different restaurants to choose from. Both the indoor and the outdoor pools were kept clean! Lovley view of the lake!

We also loved having pool, hot tub, and game room indoors to use. And it's right on the lake! Staff were friendly too.

We were there for 4 days using the meeting space that was set up just as we requested. Rooms were clean and well stocked for our needs. We will continue to hold our events at the resort.

The Village Supper club is nearby, you can walk there, or there are so many other restaurants in the area. The indoor pool is nice and warm, hot tub was a great surprise. The pool area was clean, and the water temperature was great. The local establishments in the area are very authentic and a lot of fun to visit.

- Teamstar1 (10/5): Great Stay - 319 is my favorite room. Great view, king beds and it is beautifully decorated. The indoor pool and hot tub were fun. The building looks brand new. You can tell that it is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.

- Gintaras (10/5): - It's not my first time here, it's quiet, the place itself is wonderful and charming, always tidy, it seems that it has just been renovated, I don't know how they manage it, but it's very wonderful, I remember a year ago I had booked rooms, I called at the last minute to say that I wouldn't come because there was a big snowstorm and they gave me all the money in a humane manner. I will always stay here whenever I am on that coast.

Very close to restaurants and shopping area around Delavan Lake

We had a nice bottle of wine and watched the sun set over the lake! The fireplace was a big plus! We would definitely come back. They have an indoor pool that looked great as well.

- 475PaulB (8/5): Pleasant stay for fall colors. - Went up to Lake Delevan for the fall colors. view on the lake was great. property was clean enough. Make sure you bring your own usb charger. Nice places to sit outside and enjoy the view. Close to Geneva and some nice restaurants. also close to a handful of rustic roads.
- Guide258768 (10/5): Lakeside Luxury at its Best! - On top of the absolutely luxurious (full suite) room options and breathtakingly beautiful property, it was one of the only places in the area that permitted a one night stay, which was all our schedules could allow for our quick girls-weekend getaway. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the property was immaculately clean, modern, well decorated, and QUIET!! Felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves! Loved sleeping with windows open feeing the crisp fresh breeze off the lake and enjoying coffee in the morning by the fireplace. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return again someday!

- 3p50vs09u4 (8/5): Pleasant stay, but property showing age - 2 Bedroom unit was nice setting for friends getting together. Living room and small patio provided nice space to catch-up. Unit, common area and exterior are showing their age with rotting decking, stained carpeting, etc. Double queen beds were very firm and more than tiny toiletries would have been nice.

- guypan64 (10/5): The Pantano's Love Delavan Lake Resort! - We loved this place so much that we came back a second time within a month! We were here for our 30th anniversary in August and just spend five nights there this past week. The grounds are immaculate and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the pool every morning, which we witnessed. Of course, since the resort is right on the lake the bugs did find their way back into the pool. Did that bother us....absolutely not! Delavan Lake Resort is the sister property of Lake Lawn Resort across the lake, so you can go back and forth between the two. We met the GM Todd while we were there and were informed as repeat visitors you get a 20% discount on all future visits. Unit 129 came highly recommended by their staff and it was beautiful. Super clean and newly remodeled this year. We plan on coming back again before the winter and our family vacation next year will be spent at Delavan Lake Resort. Thank you to Todd and his staff for making our stay outstanding!!
