- Emyr (1/5): Price is not all-inclusive - Location - near Future Park Day 1 - may I have one extra pillow, please?......No, there are no extra pillows in this hotel. Ask again tomorrow = bad night's sleep. Day 2 - Yes, we have extra pillows today.......but you have to pay extra to use one. Really?? Shower water is warm - not hot - maybe hot water costs extra too? Ants in the room.....and in the bathroom? Couldn't find what attracted them. Saw the breakfast area - do NOT pay for breakfast. Go out and get a better breakfast elsewhere for 10% of the price. Despite a decent location, it's not much of a hotel if you have to pay extra to actually sleep there.

- Nicholas (7/5): Pleasant enough, I felt as though I was a welcome guest. - The hotel faces on to a bustling street, but my room was quiet and peaceful. The reception staff and house staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't work out how to use the television, but it was not something I missed.

- Yukiko (8/5): - 田舎町のホテルなのであまり期待していませんでしたが思ったより清潔感があり掃除やメンテナンスは行き届いていました。部屋はシングルルームとしては広く､ベッドもキングサイズで大きいし､長いカウンターがあり何かと便利で､快適に過ごせました。プールも小さいですがきれいです。アメニティは、シャンプー､ボディソープ､無料の水500ml2本で､大都市のホテルよりかなり少ないです。(ドライヤーは有料) バンコクからは離れているので観光用には不便ですが、コンビニやマーケットはたくさんあって買い物は便利です。日本人はいないしタイの田舎町を体験したい方にはいいですね。

- Hollingsworth (8/5): Very good - Super soft and comfortable beds. Spacious room and nice and quiet even though located in a major highway.
- Ethan (6/5): - Was a good hotel but first room had blood on the sheets, the staff were happy for us to change rooms. The wifi was terrible, so slow most of the time couldn’t load a website, everytime you lock your phone it disconnects and you have to reconnect via password and username given by front desk, they change the password to the wifi every second day so continuously having to go down to the front desk and asking for wifi password is a bit annoying. Other than that hotel was average but staff were friendly and the plus side to my experience.

To be honest there was nothing not to like, very comfortable special beds, lots of space in the rooms. very clean. really can’t complain!

- Michael (10/5): good stay - stayed 5 nights. pros - quite room, good ac, wi-fi worked well stayed connected, nice pool, clean room, friendly staff. had issue using hdmi port to watch movie on tablet. language was a barrier which we got thru to resolve the issue. only 60 baht to or from future park or major cineplex by meter taxi. cons- mosquitos but you are near water. can of bug spray when leaving your room does the job.
- Verified traveler (8/5): No Frill Stay near Future Park - The fridge in the room is big. Can't figure out how to use the safe, instructions in Thai only. Staff don't speak much English. Deposit is in cash only. Didn't issue receipt for my deposit. When storing my luggage the staff motioned me to leave it in a corner. No luggage tag not even the pretence of storing my luggage in a safer spot. Wifi is weak. Need to log on EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! The web site says walking distance from Future Park, IT IS NOT TRUE. It may not be that far but there's no walk pave to get there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - จองไป3ห้องพัก หนึ่งห้องเปิดทีวีไม่ได้ หนึ่งห้องไฟเสียดวงนึงบอกไปสองรอบยังไม่มาซ่อมค่ะ ห้องนึงประตูห้องน้ำก็เป็นรูเป็นแถบยาว แต่ไม่ยอมเปลี่ยน แก้ไขแค่เอาเทปกาวมาแปะ พนง.สื่อสารไม่ตรงกัน มันมี1ห้องที่จองแค่คืนเดียวค่ะ เลยถามพนง.คนนึงว่าห้องไหนคือห้องที่จองคืนเดียว เค้าเลยบอกว่าแล้วแต่เลย จะคืนห้องไหนค่อยเช็คเอ้าท์ห้องนั้น แต่พอวันต่อมาไปเช็คเอ้าท์ พนง.อีกคนดันบอกว่าไม่ได้ เค้าคีย์ไว้ว่าห้องที่เราจะเก็บไว้มันเป็นห้องคืนเดียว เราเลยจะขึ้นไปย้ายของมาอีกห้องนึง กลายเป็นว่าเจอแม่บ้าน(เหมือนจะเป็นแม่บ้านใหม่ เลยสื่อสารไม่ตรงกันอีก) ก็งงว่าแม่บ้านมาตรวจห้องนี้ทำไม เลยถามไปว่าตกลงเช็คเอ้าท์ห้องนั้นได้เลยใช่มั้ย แม่บ้านบอกว่าได้ (เราก็นึกว่าเค้าวอร์คุยกันแล้วว่าโอเค) พอลงไปที่ล็อบบี้ กลับบอกว่าไม่ได้ กลายเป็นว่าสื่อสารกับแม่บ้านไม่รู้เรื่อง ทางนั้นก็เลยเป็นฝ่ายจัดการย้ายของให้เราแทนค่ะ เพราะเรารีบไปทำธุระ มีคืนนึงที่ไม่ได้นอนพัก พอกลับมาแอร์ในตู้เย็นเหมือนจะตั้งเป็นละลายน้ำแข็ง(เราไม่ได้กดนะคะ) กลายเป็นว่าน้ำนองพื้นรอบตู้เย็นเลยค่ะ ของบางอย่างที่แช่เอาไว้ก็เปียก ดีที่รอบๆไม่มีของมีค่าอะไร แต่พอโทรบอกพนง. เขาก็ส่งแม่บ้านมาเช็ดอะไรให้เรียบร้อยค่ะ
- Tan (6/5): A no frill hotel - Pro: Friendly hotel staffs, the room is spacious and clean, hotel is near to Future Park Rangsit, food centre is just next to the hotel, 24 hrs convenient stores , friendly neighbourhood Con: hotel Wifi is slow or no connection at times, lots of mosquitos at lobby and the room door is not secured, toilet flushing is out of order Overall this is a no frill hotel but comfy to stay
