• Ou (10/5): - 宿泊日数が多いということで、シングルのお部屋がアップグレードされて、ミニキッチンや洗濯機のついたお部屋に泊まれました。 前回、宿泊した時にもアップグレードしてもらいました。 お部屋の掃除がきれいにされていて、ホコリや汚れが残っているところは全くなし。 快適に宿泊できました。

• Ou (10/5): - 10連泊だったので、お部屋がアップグレードされて、ワンルームアパートのようにミニキッチンや洗濯機が付いた、とても広いお部屋でした。 建物自体は、くたびれた感が否めませんが、お部屋はリノベがされ清潔感がありました。 また、この部屋に泊まるために、函館に来たいと思います。

The hotel location is about 500m away from Hakodate JR station, but there is a tram station within 2 mins walk (Matsukazecho station). There is a few convenient stores within 300m and a MaxValu supermarket (Cheap foods, snack & almost everything) in 5 mins walk. A McDonald restaurant is just across the road (the hotel provided us two JPY200 vouchers). At the lobby, the hotel provided Free Tea/ Coffee/ Sakae (Japanese beer), Snack & Instant Noodle (self service). The staff can speak English & the service is good.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - サウナ使用ができなかった。部屋の中等での下足禁止の使い分けが明瞭でないというか、理由がはっきりしないと感じた。 トイレが狭いなと思ったがこの料金設定なら仕方ないかな。大浴場の洗い場の水の流れが髪が詰まっているのか悪くで水溜りができて、気持ちよく体を洗ったり出来なかった。 無量のレンタサイクルはとっても重宝しました。もっとこの点をアピールしてもいいのではないでしょうか。

• LAN-HSIANG (10/5): 友善丶經濟、便利。 - 飯店位置便利：函館站步行10分鐘內可到，小丑漢堡、大門橫丁丶函館朝市均可步行。飯店斜對面和隔一條街均有付費停車場，自駕便利。 飯店設施完備：前台在2樓，提供無料的咖啡、泡麵、點心、各種沐浴乳、以及沐浴鹽丶熨斗等供取用，有付費洗衣機，以及無料可以只脫水的洗衣機，貼心方便。 服務品質：友善丶樂於助人。 客房：入住雙人雙床房，床略軟，枕頭可以，房間略小，廁所是正常商務旅館的小廁所。房間只有一盞LED燈泡照明，以及一個床頭燈，照明略顯不足，加上設施略久，所以會有老舊的感覺，其實房間清潔乾淨。 它有不同的房型可供選擇，以價位來說是經濟實惠，下次入住想要選擇不同的房型來入住。
• Jérémy (8/5): Bon établissement pour budgets serrés - J'ai aimé... la situation géographique proche du tramway et de nombreux restaurants de poissons et fruits de mer, l'accueil du personnel (sans doute peu habitué à recevoir des touristes étrangers et particulièrement serviable), le côté désuet (mais charmant) de l'établissement, la "boutique" face à la réception (possibilité de choisir parmi différents articles de toilette, appareils électriques, boissons et snacks). J'ai trouvé que c'était une excellente idée. J'ai moins aimé... la décoration très triste de la chambre (gris) et l'étroitesse de la cabine de douche.

• Neko (10/5): 宿泊客のニーズに応えるホテル - 部屋は清潔で宿泊費は安いし、ホテルロビーにはウオーターサーバーをはじめ、必要なものをあれこれと揃えてくれています。滞在中シーツの替えがないのは苦痛でしたが、ガウン型のパジャマは毎日替えてくれるので可とします。ユニットバスも狭小、共同のトイレも狭小なので大柄な人には無理かも。なんと宿泊中に大浴場がオープン！マッサージチェアも無料で使え、旅の疲れが癒えました。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 電動サイクルが借りられるコスパとロケーションの良い宿 - 駅前から東に大きく曲がる市電に沿って300ｍほど直進した松風町に宿はあります。空港シャトル、JR、市電、市バスなどからとても便利な場所です。近くにマックをはじめソールフードとも言えるラッキーピエロ（ハンバーガー）もあります。 この宿で感動したサービスが三つあります。1.電動レンタサイクル無料。私はこのサービスで五稜郭や元町周辺など、ほとんどの場所を踏破しました。2.おつまみかカップラーメンが一つ無料。ちょっと小腹が空いたときには助かります。3.朝食用に朝マックの￥200券が無料。すぐ目の前のマックでマフィンセット頂きました。家族連れの方には子供用の遊具などの貸し出しもありました。新しく始めたからかもしれませんがホテルの従業員の方も実に誠意をもって応対していただきました。ゲストハウスのドミトリー並の低料金でビジネスホテルのシングル部屋と上記のサービス付きという実にコスパのいい滞在が出来ました。次の機会があれば是非また利用したい宿でした。
• Marvin (8/5): CP值高的飯店 - 離火車站大約700m，機能方便，而且坐落於居酒屋區，晚上不會沒地方逛。 價格便宜實惠，以這價位來說CP值非常高。 櫃台服務人員服務態度很好，問地點直接印地圖出來給我；雖然沒訂飯店早餐，還是送了我們對面麥當勞的早餐券。 房間大小還ok，但浴室真的是太小了。然後沒有洗衣機。

• 呑み鉄一人旅 (4/5): 安かろうで、それなりのホテル - 気ままな一人旅であれば、リーズナブルです。値段通りのホテルです。誰かに気兼ねなく旅をして、ホテルは寝るだけと割り切る方にお勧めです。
• Terence (8/5): - Cheap and cheerful hotel/hostel. One of the staff was very helpful in providing us information about a good onsen in Yunokawa. Easily accessible from the train station. Room was a good size, only problem was that it stank of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room.

• Jaspet (2/5): とってもチープ - オーナーが変わって、さらにチープに。 部屋に入るトゥインルームのはずなのにベッドの上に２段ベッド 異常な圧迫感。 これはなんだ!ペンションの４人部屋なのか? 邪魔になってカーテンが閉めることが出来ない。 天井照明しかなく明るすぎるか真っ暗か！ キチンと内装が出来てから泊めなさい。

• TZU-CHIANG (10/5): 舒適乾淨的房間 - 飯店位在松風町附近, 旁邊有麥當勞, 離函館站走路5分/市電2分都可很快到達. 單人房間不算大,但不會擁擠,行李箱打開也還有走道. 床餔舒適, 房間也乾淨, 只是浴室對我來說有點擠. 空調是真的可以設定的,早上還有鴿子在窗旁敲窗子. 下次仍會選擇這裡.
• moomin (10/5): 깔끔한 객실과 친절한 직원 - 혼자 편하게 이용한 곳입니다 비좁은 공간이지만 푹 잤어요 소음도 없구요~ 방과 욕실 모두 좁아서 불편할 수 있는데 1박만해서 괜찮았습니다 하코다테 기차역 코앞은 아니지만 캐리어 들고 이동하기에 무리없고 노면전차 타기 편했어요~ 체크아웃하는 날 짐보관 요청드렸는데 흔쾌히 응해주셨고 덕분에 하코다테 여행 잘 다녔습니다:)
• Nelson (6/5): 近火車站 - 離火車站很近，行路5-10分鐘，但設備簡陋，我們住的時候很少其他人入住，但勝在便宜，落腳放行李沒有什麼要求的是不錯的選擇
• Keisuke (8/5): 安くて立地条件よし！サービスにも満足！ - 素泊まりなので特に宿泊先にこだわりはなく、安くて立地条件がよかったのでこちらにしましたが、ホテル側のご厚意で部屋をシングルツインルームからシングル三台の部屋にグレードアップしていてくれました。シングルベッドに子どもと一緒に寝ようと思っていたのでとても助かりました。また、事前にチェックインは何時になるかメールでいただき、こちらからの質問にも親切迅速に返答していただけたこともよかったです。目の前の駐車場は６台分しかなく満車でしたがすぐ近くにも安いコインパーキングがありました。また函館旅行の際には利用したいと思います。

• Liz (10/5): 靠近車站地點方便 - 地點靠近車站跟朝市，走路都能到。市電跟公車站也都在附近而已。 房間比想像中大，而且乾淨，設備稍微老舊一點但不影響舒適度。唯一的缺點是浴室有點小，洗澡時衣服沒地方放，其他都很完美。
• yuka (8/5): 函館駅に近く、何をするのにも便利なホテル - 建物や設備は決して新しい物ではありませんが、それが気にならないくらい従業員の方（フロント）が素晴らしいです。 事前のメール、アーリーチェックインの対応、とても助かりました。4歳の娘を連れての旅行、ツインルームでお願いしていました。いつも通り添い寝だろうと思って部屋へ行ってみると、簡易ベッドが。函館の街を歩いて、疲れた体をゆっくり休めることができました。 「クリスマスですから」本当に素敵な、ありがたいプレゼントでした。
• pui ying (6/5): 十分狹小的房間 - 房間很小, 房型係窄長方形, 双人床很小, 只是大單人床少許, 廁所,浴缸及洗水盆係分開3個空間, 廁所也十分小及狹窄,腿長的人坐在馬桶後膝蓋近乎碰到廁所門 ..冷氣夠強, 酒店距離JR要行10-15分鐘, 我們去時是下雪的冬天, 在雪地上拉着行李箱到酒店分外覺得酒店離車站好遠...

• Michael (8/5): Nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel - Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Für normale Ansprüche ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und auch die Zimmergrößen sind gut. Jederzeit wieder!

• francesco (6/5): Ok for the price - The size of the room we were given was decent but the bathroom was slightly too small with the toilet almost in front of the door. The staff was ok but we didn't enjoy breakfast. Overall it's ok for the price we paid but don't expect too much.
• Zoe (8/5): 離涵館駛近 - 兩人房間小，空調系統只有暖氣。浴室與廁所是分開的。如果不在意空間，價格算滿划算的。離涵館駛及朝市近，坐平面電車也很方便。整體還算乾淨，房裡有小型電水壺跟冰箱。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good budget hotel and super nice hotel staff - Hotel staff was very professional and super kind. The hotel is very close to Hakodate station. The hotel is very old, so it is not for everyone. The price was very reasonable for the area.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff members we saw were all very nice, so this review is not a reflection of them or people who clean the room daily. The hotel was good enough just for staying overnight. It worked out ok for us, but there were some safety concerns. There were not enough electrical outlets; too much use of extension cords made us a little nervous. The room appeared clean on the surface but there was a little too much dust was accumulated where we can't see right away (which we had to discover when we were looking for more outlets). I suppose there are and will be many foreign guests at this hotel; I think certain safety-related information should be translated into English. (For example, that certain windows must not be opened.) I really like Hakodate and wanted to like this hotel, so I hope this is helpful.

• Chacco (6/5): Good hotel and close to the station - Clean and kind staff. Walk distance from the main station and the tram. Good location. It will be nice if the room has instant coffee and tea set. Reasonable breakfast. I enjoyed staying there.
• Aki (8/5): Cool hotel close to all amenities ! - Had a great time enjoying very fresh seafood at the morning market! Good walking distance from hotel to experience izakaya dinning too!
• Vikram (8/5): Better than expected! - I was fortunate to get a free upgrade and had a huge room with three beds and a small dining area. However, despite having a non-smoking room you could still smell cigarettes especially in the morning. Bathroom was fine. Local area wasn't too bad, had a very cheap supermarket across the road. Hotel staff don't speak much English but certainly tried their best to help out. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend if you don't mind the smell of cigarettes.
• from canada (2/5): Worst than a motel - Room is very dirty. Lots of carpet stains. Bath tub hasn't been cleaned for months. We didn't bother taking a shower. There was a half empty bottle inside the fridge. I did mention all these concerns to the hotel staff. They don't seem to understand English very well. Expedia is ruining its reputation by including this property. I don't have much faith now with their 3 star rating
• Verified traveler (4/5): Small room-even for Japan. - We stayed all over Japan during our trip. This hotel's rooms were quite small even compared to our rooms in Tokyo. The customer service was great. I just wouldn't choose to stay here again.
