Guest Reviews
- Richard (10/5): -
- Darryl (7/5): Overall, the stay was great, - Perfectly placed on the water and close to the boat ramp because I’m a fisherman All the cabins should have air-conditioning no matter what conditions for heating and cooling
- Ella DEMPSIE (7/5): -
- Brooke (10/5): A perfect stay for our snow trip - Was a great caravan park with a little shop and drying facilities for after the snow. Loved the bunny rabbits everywhere and the location to selwyn was perfect.
Staff were very nice and gave some great tips and info.
The cabin was perfect with electric blankets, air con and plenty of space.
The cabin had all the cooking facilities we needed which was handy because the trip to Cooma at night was a bit of a worry for food!
- Enda (9/5): -
- Sushil (9/5): Excellent stay with lake view and polite staff. - Location Nothing
- tony (9/5): -
- Jane (8/5): Pleasant - The view and location to go fishing with our boat. The floors were very dirty . They needed to be swept and mopped.
- Paul (9/5): Ultimate fishing trip digs. - At check-in our accommodation was explained and I was offered the option of an upgrade for a small increase which was so much more comfortable for three of us, the park was quiet, right on the lake with lots of birds and a well stocked shop.
- Steven (10/5): - Great service
- Zoë (10/5): Great value for money - Polly was extremely accommodating and the property was great value for money Nothing. It was great.
- Danielle (5/5): - Great staff- friendly and helpful. Great Location. People staying in the room next door were noisy and inconsiderate. We also did not enjoy walking outside in the cold and rain to go to the toilet 🥶
- Mario (8/5): - Not to far from Adaminaby and 0nly 40 minutes to Selwyn Snow Fields
- Harpreet (8/5): It was nice near the snow. Quiet area with lots of rabbits nature atmosphere was peaceful. - Near the selwyn vally There was no internet . Kids were bored in the evening when it was dark
- vicken (10/5): -
- Chao (9/5): - Good place for short stay
- Mischa (9/5): Great - We loved the location to the lake
- Lauraine (2/5): Will never stay here again. - Lakeview. Rabbits. 2 bedroom house. Heating- portable heaters in a freezing cold box. Heating needs updating. Water pressure- it took 18 seconds to fill a 600ml water bottle from the shower head with the head removed- we did not shower for the 3 days. Light switches filthy. Tiny and freezing bathroom. Power outage due to huge storm bringing down trees in the park onto their power lines- family sick from the freezing cold night that was. No toiletries nor hand soap. I get that it is snow season but at $600+ per night I would have expected more.
- Paul (8/5): great - location was fantastic it was al good

- Alice (8/5): Very good - NA - lovely spot on Lake Eucumbene. The Manager, Polly, was very friendly and helpful - it was great that she had a little shop on site to get a few treats.? The accommodation was as expected
- Lauren (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mario (8/5): - Nice and quiet location, comfortable beds, great heating.
- Biranavan (7/5): Great views, excellent facilities, price could be better. - Great location next to lake, amazing views.
Bungalow room was cosy and well equipped, heater was a lifesaver.
Toilets/showers were very clean.
Rabbits were cute and made the place feel lively. The shared barbecue needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as it was unusable due to rust and grime. We did not have time to clean it as we arrived at night and we had planned to BBQ on our first night but could not due to above. Some of the utensils and tableware were broken and need to be replaced.
Granted it was snow season but still slightly overpriced for a caravan park.
- Askar (9/5): Superb - Very cozy, and good location for the Selwyn snow resort Toilet and shower outside
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (10/5): I will return - Beautiful outlook

- Robert (7/5): Good location and very clean room and kitchen and showers -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The view of the dam from the cabin
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): A beautiful gem. - The location is breath taking. Maybe a bit more pest control in the rooms.
- Helene (7/5): Good showers! - quiet location. exceptionally quiet visitors. Shop was handy. Laundry useful. toilets and showers relatively clean. Area lighting was good. Electric blankets appreciated. My car space was adequate but very steep. Inside common kitchen, fridges etc very clean. Friendly staff member. Steps well marked for all ability access. Good shower nozzles and nicely heated building for dressing etc. television adequate for the room size. Shelves and hanging space very useful. Bedding suitable. Pillows good. sheets clean. the whole ground was hilly which was poor if you had walking issues or didn't want to walk in the rain to the toilet or kitchen room. Showers were dirty each day. Only hot water tap worked on one of the days in the main toilet building; cockroaches in toilet building would benefit from baits or long life gel/poison. It was not clear on booking that there was no sink or water in the room, so it was a long walk over steps and grass to go wash your hands or go to the toilet in the middle of the night. I may have missed this when booking. Also, the kitchen was "just outside" as advised by staff but there were steps and you had to carry everything to the kitchen, including dishwashing items as none were provided in the kitchen (but provided in the room for you to carry individually each day); surely the management could afford one bottle to be placed in kitchen for communal use. BBQ was dirty / did not try to use. Mattress appeared to be of sponge/latex type (no internal support) and felt quite thin. My daughter loved the bunk bed. Lighting handy within room.
- Marketa (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and clean room.

- Mcandrew (6/5): Fabulous stay! We will be heading back in March 24 - Fantastic location
Great staff, Polly was really helpful and very friendly
Equipped kitchen although a little tired
Great shower
Warm heating
Comfortable bed The cabins are old and require a little more TLC
Nothing that couldn’t be resolved with a regular deep clean
The cooking utensils need replacing ASAP to a more commercial grade
- Scott (4/5): Disappointing - No power on arrival, Gas heater not working then was replaced, I had to do the disconnection. The replacement wouldn't turn off, so needed to disconnect each time to turn off. No Hot water for 24 hrs.
Should have been offered a discount on the spot.
- John (8/5): Good p[lace to stay in Old Adaminaby. - Our Cabin had a good view over the lake. It was clean and comfortable if a little old. Nothing
- Sheldon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erni (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (5/5): Nice Amenities block,a place for fishermen. - Lake view.Camp kitchen was close by. It’s the most expensive Tiny cabin I’ve ever stayed in. I would suggest the price should have been halved. No running water or sink in my cabin.Yet I have a kettle?Double bed was uncomfortable.Really outdated toilet block.
- Nathan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dalia (2/5): Didn’t match the expectations…toilet inside the bunglow is very dirty. - Like the lake view Common bath area
- An (8/5): good - the view pricy for winter
- Rami (1/5): Bad -
- Tabassum (4/5): - The toilet needs a renovation badly. Toilet basin tap water should come up with cold and hot mixture not separately cold and hot.
The bunk beds matress protectors needs wash badly. They are very dirty at the moment. Living room sofa needs a urgent replacement
