I did not have breakfast as loads of choice close by. Good location but there is better in thr area.

• MattwalesNorthWales (6/5): Not everything it was cracked up to be. - Relocated from Roseland Sweet hotel due to maintainance issues. The location of this hotel was less convenient than the one we booked. Room was larger though but only contained a whirlpool bath so the quick shower we needed didn't happen. The sleet quality was fair but the A/C blew directly onto the bed making it a little chilly. Breakfast was ok, but not free as stated here (230,000 each) staff were to preoccupied in closing it down (9.30am) to provide that personal service Not a bad hotel, but could've been so much better

• Verified traveler (8/5): 胡志明日本區高CP值飯店 - 住宿環境不錯，服務相當貼心，房間清潔，地點很方便，附近餐廳及按摩相關店家很多，早餐也算豐富多元，而且早上五點半就開始供應，對客人很方便。一個小缺點是晚上附近熱鬧，有時候很吵會影響睡眠品質，但整體而言還算很不錯的飯店。

Couple minutes walk to the new subway, connecting directly to Nguyen Hue and the Ben Thanh market among other stops (though neither were a far walk). Japantown (/ red light district) right around the corner. Room got kind of stuffy because AC would stop running when you left with your key card. This was fine in December, but I would not enjoy in the summer. Still worth it though for the exceptional rooftop views! Almost took an evening dip in the pool but ended up napping up there instead haha
• 76izabellec (10/5): Great stay - The hotel is well located with lots to do around and the breakfast is really good, Ken and Ti welcome us and were really helpful, we we are definitely coming back! Main tourist attractions are walking distance. We also booked a Cu Chi tour from the hotel.

• Tomoyuki (8/5): 上級ビジネスホテルですかね - washletがあったことでこのホテルを選択しました。今回はホテルでまったりととも考えていたので、プールSideの雰囲気も多少は考慮したはずなのですが、ホテル側からの写真等では実はそこまではしっかり把握できていなかったので、自分の責任でもあるのですが、こんなにプールが狭いとは想像していませんでした。プールSideでゆっくり本でも読もうかと思っていたのですが、そういう雰囲気ではありませんでした。そこだけが残念でした。 周辺の雰囲気は、多種多様な食事どころが揃っており、また、ドンコイ通りへも歩いて数分なので十分満足でしたが、リゾート気分を味わいたいのであれば。。。。でした。

The hotel checkin staff told me that usually rooms with a window require an extra charge. That alerted me on the level of place this way right away Holes in my bedsheets. The bathtub is quite slippery when you shower, so I definitely do not recommend elder people staying here Air conditioning was good and bed was comfy. Bring your own toiletries though, and shampoo and shower gel if you can. No gym. So I went out for a run and got shin splints because the roads are so broken. It’s cut center so you can see a lot of the city while jogging. Luxury boutiques are a street away! The staff try hard to help. Sometime a bit too hard - they kept asking all of us to leave them a 5-star review on TripAdvisor There is one thing you get from their service - they alert you of the scammers nearby If you’re solo and a dude - stay here for a cheap price and convenience. I wouldn’t bring my family though
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location - Good location. We had to change rooms as the first room they gave us had a strong smell of smoke. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was varied and very good. Location was great to visit the key areas of District 1. Rooms were very small and tight, bed was firm. Road noise was not noticeable even being at the front of the hotel.

• Isabel (10/5): Amazing! - We had a lovely time here. The room was a good size and comfortable. The other hotel facilities were great especially the rooftop pool and spa. Ken and Simon were amazing hosts and looked after us very well. We had a lot of requests and they answered them all and helped us settle in and enjoy our stay. The Swedish massage was also a highlight. Great spot very well located within the city with lots of food and sightseeing destinations within 10-15 min walks

You can walk down to the market within about 15 minutes going past many of the attractions. The staff in the hotel are very friendly when I walked to check in I was immediately given a nice cold refreshing drink it was really good. The room was nice clean, great Wi-Fi in the morning the breakfast was excellent. A lot of choice with an omelette station for eggs omelettes pancakes service was great. The only thing I found was the coffee was not very warm, but besides that everything else was perfect. I left my bag there for an hour when I came to pick it up, they gave me another cold refreshing drink even though I checked out, I would highly recommend this hotel , great location great price great service I congratulate the general manager for good standards

• BenT3220 (10/5): Back Again after 4 years - I returned to Roseland Centa after four years of absence due to the pandemic. I enjoyed the convenient location with many food options nearby and a short walk to the shopping area. The rooms were clean and neat, but I encountered a problem that I had noticed before: the toilet ventilation sometimes carried the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The staff were very courteous, honest and attentive, from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaners. I would like to thank my cleaner in room 308, the restaurant manager, and Nancy and Tai at the front desk for their excellent service.
• g02290800 (10/5): ROSELAND CENTA IS SO GOOD - I came to Ho Chi Minh City for four days and stayed here for three days. I feel very good, especially the service of the hotel. Every service staff is very kind and caring. The location of the hotel is very good. It is also close to Japan Street and convenience stores. The room is very convenient. Clean and comfortable, I will choose to live here again next time

• davidmK7800LH (2/5): Awful experience from start to finish - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We have been travelling Vietnam for four weeks and everywhere we have stayed have been very nice... until we got here When we arrived we were shown to our room which absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. We complained and they did change our room for us however the new room wasn't much better but we decided to put up with it as we couldn't be bothered to move our bags again. The room was average and was very dark with no exterior windows. The pool is also dirty. Upon checking out we were greeted with a bill for 300,000 VND because a small hand towel had some make up on it. They hadn't even tried to wash the towel which makes me question whether they even wash the towels in between guests. We argued with the receptionist who spoke very little English and asked to speak to the manager who conveniently wasn't there. After about 15 minutes of arguing using Google translate they agreed to reduce the price to 150,000 VND which is still ridiculous price for a tiny towel in Vietnam. We agreed to pay it and leave else we would've missed our flight!
• Newplaces6272 (10/5): Great Stay in District 1 - What a little gem. Great location in District 1, affordable, attentive and professional staff, area filled with great restaurants and nightlife. I did not try the Spa, but when I return in two weeks I will stay here again. Rooms are small , but clean and very comfortable.
• kongberg (10/5): Really good business trip stay at Roseland Centa - conveniently located in District 1 - The service here is impeccable. Long was my contact and he made sure I had a great stay at the hotel. He is very thoughtful and always offering to help. The other members were also very gracious. If you prefer Asian breakfast, you will find a really good spread (they also do omelettes and have a good bread section). Only small issue I had was the smell of cigarettes sometimes in my room.
• AnthonyGPhnomPenh (8/5): Ideally located for Enterttainment and Lovers of Japanese Food - This is smack in the Japanese section of HCMC, with japanese restaurants, massage spas, and trendy bars. The hotel is pretty good and attentive staff and a upper scale 2 star, Rooms are small, but very nice. Remote on TV is impossible to figure out and shower is fit for dwarfs, otherwise it does the trick.
• conor_kelly91 (8/5): Relaxing and welcoming stay - Great location, centred around many restaurants and bars. Far enough away from the night club streets that you won’t be bothered by noise. Very welcoming staff and the rooftop spa was fantastic on the hotter days.
• shanamoreira (10/5): Family holiday - The staff at this hotel were sensational . Friendly helpful with any thing we asked . The manager was very informative and helpful. The restaurant staff Paul , Steven , Bee and Chijm were always greeting us and super friendly to me and my children. The bartender in pool bar made me the best cocktail to date ! Great spacious rooms good location highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious too.
• 1990ESEG (8/5): Well located! - This was the first hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. It did overall end up being the smallest room out of all the hotels we stayed in, but not really an issue as we were out most of the time. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room with windows as we hadn’t booked one, so we did. We were only on 2nd floor so weren’t really going to open window due to the amount of scooters and pollution from street. Additionally we had a hotel opposite which had a big flashing ‘Happy New Year’ sign which was lit all night and shone through the curtains. I would say the upgrade not worth it. The breakfast was fine, fair bit of choice. Swimming pool is very small, photos exaggerate slightly. However not really an issue as it was a cute little terrace away from the hustle and bustle on the streets and enjoyed a late evening dip and drink. The hotel is well located in District 1 with lots of nice restaurants and bars around it.
