The same one could say about the pool area and a nice location of the hotel. 1. Breakfast from 7 to 9 AM, what means a wake up call during vacation in order to get some breakfast. 2. No decent coffee for breakfast you would expect being in Vietnam (but you could get a good one in a coffee shop at the same hotel). 3. Very shabby free hotel bicycles (but you can get the better ones from the hotel for extra money).

Nhưng có một điều khiến mình cảm thấy không hài lòng, là việc phân biệt đối xử của nhân viên quầy rượu. Cô này yêu cầu nhóm trẻ nhà mình phải giữ trật tự ở hồ bơi, vì sẽ làm cho khách tây ở đây khó chịu. Cô này nói khách tây đến đây là để nghỉ dưỡng, bọn mình làm ồn như vậy khiến họ không nghỉ ngơi được. Mình phải nói thêm là trong suốt hơn 1h nhóm trẻ nhà mình tắm ở hồ bơi, khách tây vẫn tắm nắng, và thỉnh thoảng xuống bơi. Đây chỉ là góp ý nhỏ của mình, còn lại các dịch vụ đối với mình là tốt/.

Die Bilder sehen top aus, allerdings war das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand (Risse in der Wand, Bilderrahmen kaputt, kaputte Handtücher, fleckige Bettwäsche...). Ebenso gab es den in Booking ausgewiesenen Wellnessbereich so nicht und auch das Gym war eher schlecht als recht. Für den Preis der Unterkunft war das leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

- Adina Maria (8/5): Good hotel worth the money. - The hotel is 100 meters from Hoi An Memories Show location and about 15 min walk from the Old Town. The pool was nice and clean and the family room was really spacious. We had 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90. Could have been more clean upon arrival. I think the floors haven‘t been cleaned at all. Breakfast ok- some fruits, some bread, some eggs. Nothing fancy and not too much to choose from. Just basic

Large swimming pool with its surrounding ponds of Koi Carp make it feel v tranquil and calm. Great location, a 15min walk along the river from the old town. Beautiful big rooms. Spotlessly clean.. we had top floor balcony overlooking the pool. Recommend asking for this if you book the deluxe suite! Nothing!

Breakfast is organized poorly, probably because it ends at 9am so people arrive at 8:45 at the same time. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var ok, men sakana grovt brød og meir variert pålegg Hotellet hadde sykler til utlån. Men dei var heilt ubrukelige. Kjeden hoppa av, og hadde svært dårlege bremser. Dei var rett og slett farlig å bruke

Nice for couples. - I really enjoyed staying at this hotel despite reading reviews which led me to think of lousy breakfasts, damp rooms and other tiny gripes. In truth, the breakfast was great and more than adequate. The rooms were not damp but it will require aircon in the warmer seasons because of the humidity. Nice balcony, not a noisy pool. The beds were great, quiet at night, no noisy neighbours. Room cleaning excellent. Staff at main desk receptive to requests. We used the bicycles and they did the job but there was someone about to adjust them before riding. Good to very good food options nearby. All services available. Short walk to the city center, by the river, can cycle to beaches. I like bigger coffee cups at breakfast to reduce refilling every gulp. Never found the tomato sauce.

The shower didn't have a glass door to separate from the rest of the bathroom, and the floor got wet everywhere. There is no elevator to the 3rd floor, and it was tough to carry down heavy suitcases.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to the ancient town and the river, which made sightseeing very convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and well-located stay. Breakfast buffet variety could be better
- Thi Qui Chau (10/5): - Lovely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with a stunning pool, good cafe and lovely garden and fish ponds. The location was perfect for us, close to the river, from which came an occasional nice cool breeze, and walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was very good, but not outstanding. The staff were super friendly, helpful and competent. The bathroom facilities are starting to show their age as was the floating wooden floor in the room, but they were fine and serviceable. Our stay was very, very comfortable. We would definately return to this resort without hesitation.

- Lara (9/5): Por el precio excelente, podrían mejorar y cobrar más - El entorno, la habitación amplia, la zona de la piscina era muy linda, el desayuno estaba bien Mucha humedad y una limpieza no muy buena de la habilitación, nos dejaron una nota que decía que las aguas pequeñas eran gratis y después nos la cobraron. La ubicación está okey pero es un poco alejada del centro (15 minutos caminando)

- Agnieszka (9/5): - Piękny hotel w spokojnej okolicy, super utrzymana zieleń w obiekcie, wystrój cieszył oko. Ogromne pokoje, świetny basen. Bardzo pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Dostępność bezpłatnych rowerów była bardzo przydatna - nie były one jakiejś super jakości ale spełniły swoją rolę, pojechaliśmy nimi 5 km na plażę Ao Nang i także nimi wróciliśmy :) Była bardzo długa lista kar, jeśli coś zostanie uszkodzone, przydługa jak na pobyty w innych hotelach, takiej jeszcze nie widzieliśmy. Raz zapomnieli dać nam ręczników, musieliśmy się dopominać ale to drobiazg, bo w końcu dostaliśmy :)

Mỗi năm chúng tôi đi du lịch vòng quanh thế giới khoảng ba tháng và tất nhiên đã trải nghiệm cả những nơi rất tốt lẫn những nơi kém hơn. Dưới đây là nhận xét của chúng tôi về khách sạn của quý vị. Nhân viên lễ tân có năng lực, rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Vị trí của khách sạn theo đánh giá của chúng tôi là hoàn hảo. 5/5 điểm. Phòng rộng rãi, được trang bị tốt với tiêu chuẩn khá cao. Tuy nhiên có mùi hơi khó chịu, có thể khắc phục bằng cách đặt thêm một máy hút ẩm nhỏ. 4/5 điểm. Khu vườn, hồ bơi và toàn bộ không gian xung quanh rất tốt. 5/5 điểm. Bữa sáng có thể được cải thiện đáng kể chỉ với một vài thay đổi đơn giản. Nhân viên thì hiền lành và dễ mến, nhưng còn thiếu sự quan sát và hiểu biết về dịch vụ khách sạn trong giờ ăn sáng – thật đáng tiếc. 3/5 điểm. Thái độ thờ ơ của chủ khách sạn đối với khách là điều hoàn toàn không thể chấp nhận được. Việc sở hữu và trực tiếp điều hành một khách sạn, nơi bản thân cũng thường xuyên có mặt, đòi hỏi tinh thần phục vụ cao để khách cảm thấy được chào đón. 2/5 điểm. Đánh giá chung: 4- (bốn điểm yếu).

- Paul (9/5): Awesome staff, beautiful pool area, amazing value. - Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was beautiful and clean, dining room was immaculate and calming. ALL STAFF, without exception were awesome, full of smiles, chat and helpfulness. The Reception staff were super smiley, provided us with a vase on request, the housekeeping were efficient and always left us fresh towels. The maintenance man, working around the property was always smiling, even at 11pm when I bumped into him! And the morning breakfast crew were amazing, especially the male "head" guy, full of smiles, greetings and a little bit of chatter. The staff organised Hoi An Go electric cars for us on the first night until we got the App! We arranged an early check-in for Xmas morning, which was no problem, and we left our cases in reception on the last day. For anyone reading this, there is a snicket out of the back of the hotel to Nourish Vegan restaurant, around 100m walk, which is beautiful food and an amazing environment for brunch. We walked the long way back to the hotel having not seen the back entrance. There are a few restaurants near the hotel serving Vietnamese or Western foods, and the Electric Hoi An Go cars, take maybe 5 mins to the market and 10 mins to the old town, costing 50,000VND and 100,000VND, which was around $3 or $6 (NZ) for us at the time, which isnt even enough to buy a cup of coffee, so great location for the hotel, and there is a mini-market near, aw well as nail salons, barbers, shavers, cafe's etc nearby, so you can spend a day at the hotel or in the immediate vicinity quite happily. Some of the paving was slippery after rain with algae on the slabs, and the polished marble corridors look amazing, but were slippery underfoot after the rain, particularly the shaded sections around the pool.
- Maik.S (7/5): Nett aber für uns nicht wieder. - Die Lage ist super. Personal sehr freundlich. Dusche war und WC war sehr gepflegt und relativ neu. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Viele Tiere und Insekten im Raum. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach sehr schlecht und mit wenig Auswahl.
- JK7 (10/5): Loved the stay - super clean, spacious room and great value - The room was very spacious and had a balcony. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really loved staying here. It’s a little far from the night market (about a 15–20 minute walk), but it’s easy to rent a bike or use Grab. This was the best room I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam - super clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. It had all the facilities you could need, even small thoughtful touches like an umbrella. The breakfast options were quite limited and average. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.
