Co trzeba, to było, choć wszystko wyliczone tak, "aby się nie zmarnowało" i nic ponad to. Ogólnie nieprzytulnie. Może to ze względu na szaro-biały wystrój pokoju. Personel pomocny, ale powinien się więcej uśmiechać i nie sprawiać wrażenia, że jego głównym zadaniem jest pilnowanie gości.

- Marina (6/5): Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmässig Bei Ankunft und Koffer unterstellen,musste ich dringend auf die Toilette,fragte ob ich mal schnell gehen kann,das wurde mir verweigert.Ich musste zusehen,daß ich in der Nähe eine Toilette finde,bevor es schief gegangen wäre.Ich hatte danach starke Unterleibschmerzen.Das habe ich noch nie in einer Unterkunft erlebt und wir waren schockiert und hätten uns am liebsten gleich was neues gesucht,aber war ja schon bezahlt.Das Zimmer war auch sehr laut,da es an der Strasse lag.

Afgesloten privé parking groot pluspunt. Ontbijtruimte zag er donker uit. Wij hebben bij de supermarkt aan de overkant zelf ontbijtspullen gehaald en in de keuken van ons appartement ontbeten. Was prima.

Die Kinderspielecke hat unserem Kind gut gefallen. Die Tram ist laut, aber zu ertragen. Das Wlan hat gar nicht funktioniert. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Kind gereist und hatten den Bildern vernommen, dass Wohn- und Schlafzimmer getrennt sind. Das war leider bei uns nicht der Fall, so dass wir ab 20 Uhr sehr ruhig im Apartment sein mussten.

Nie było absolutnie niczego, co mogłoby mi się nie podobać podczas pobytu. Wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania, a nawet je przewyższyło. Die sehr geräumige Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet wie beschrieben, sehr entgegen kam uns der Aufzug im Altbau. Es war alles sehr sauber und beim Frühstück hat uns nichts gefehlt. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Und das Fernsehen hat eigentlich keine Internetverbindung, dass wir kein Netflix angucken konnten. Schöne große Zimmer, TV, kleine Küchenzeile, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten bequem und schön groß ). Wir buchen wieder dort beim nächsten Besuch, allerdings nur ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, die Straßenbahn ist wirklich extrem laut und unangenehm, über Nacht daher leider nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich zu schlafen.

Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, a w sali śniadaniowej znajduje się kącik z zabawkami - to świetny pomysł. W podwórzu dostępny jest bezpłatny parking.

Nie zauważyłem tego to fakt, moja wina, ale po przybyciu zorientowałem się, że zaszła pomyłka i chciałem zamienić pokoje. Pomimo mojej prośby obsługa nie zgodziła się na zmianę pokoju, pomimo że ten z sypialnią był wolny i w tej samej cenie. Po mojej wiadomości zmienili cenę pokoju z sypialnią o 40zł i tym argumentowali odmowę. Chyba nie tedy droga, robienie z klienta "głupka" to nie najlepszy sposób na rozwiązywanie problemów. Wystarczyło napisać, że zaistniał błąd cenowy, lub błąd bookingu. Można było to załatwić, ale się nie chciało. Niesmak pozostał. Do innych wad można zaliczyć: Brak lub zepsuty termostat w kranach, ciężko ustawić ciepła wodę. Raz leci gorąca, raz zimna. "Latajaca" deska klozetowa.
