- Pawel (8/5): Good for the price - The staff was very friendly, and Alessandra was very helpful from the beginning. The location was very good, just outside the old town. It was about a 10-minute walk to the market and a 25-minute walk to the bus/train station. Checking out at 10 AM wasn't ideal, but I can't complain as we were aware of this. The rooms were good and clean, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. When we left the hotel, the bags could only be kept until 3 p.m. It's difficult when your flight is late. That's the only thing I could complain about a bit.

The bathroom outside the room. It is a very clean and comfortable bathroom but it was a little bit uncomfortable when you wanted to take a shower or go in the middle of the night.

- Eva (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, zentral und schön im Stil von Veronas Altstadt - perfekt - Alessandra ist eine wundervolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich um alles und das spürt man in dieser schönen Wohnung. Mein Zimmer war großartig, geräumig mit allem was ich benötigte, das externe Bad neu und perfekt. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche, in der man sich Kaffee oder Tee zu jeder Zeit machen durfte und morgens frühstücken, war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine kleines Frühstück benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Veronas Altstadt kennenzulernen. Die Arena in Kürze zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit dem Bus kommt man sehr nahe vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft. Ich durfte meinen Koffer noch bis zu meiner Abreise unterstellen. Ich würde immer wieder zu Alessandra sehr gerne nach Verona kommen. Vielen Dank !!!

It also says that there are only stairs, but there is a small elevator that we were able to fit two suitcases and a person in so that was very helpful.

Each room has a private bath, but remote. You get a robe to wear to the bathroom. Our room was huge, with Juliet balcony and excellent natural ventilation.

- Tobias Köpke (9/5): Ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Appartment direkt an der Etsch und fussläufig in die Stadt. - Die Pension liegt sehr ruhig und direkt am Fluss. Sie ist sehr zentral und die Altstadt ist in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Empfang von Allessandra war sehr herzlich und sie hat uns alles erläutert. Auch hat sie uns ein paar Tips gegeben, wie wir die Sightseeingtour planen können, damit es effektiv ist. Vielen Dank für alles.

We were lucky to find street parking right outside the B&B (and paid €10 per night thru the host for use of a parking permit), otherwise we would have been in a car park 500m away. Alessandra (our host) was really helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and whilst the bathroom was away from the bedroom it was exclusively for our use so we could leave our stuff in there. Breakfast was basic - tea, coffee and packaged cakes - but we had brought our own milk and cereals with us so we had that; crockery and utensils are available, but there are no cooking facilities.

The rooms are spacious with classic furniture that is a perfect backdrop for visiting Verona. There are cafes nearby and all city highlights are within walking distance. The whole traveller experience is thought of in every small details down to having automatic lighting when you need to go to the kitchen at night so you do not stumble in the dark. The host was kind and generous as well, ensuring that her guests were well cared for.

- Elyse (10/5): - A wonderful bed and breakfast in Verona! The hostess was very kind and helpful. The area of town the B&B is in is very walkable and close to popular attractions. Everything was clean and as a female solo traveler, I felt very safe. I would love to stay here again!!

- Alex (8/5): Very good - Great location near to city centre, bus stop close by to get to the train station. Host was very nice, and flexible with my late check in time. Room was more than big enough for one person for a few nights, and the amenities were good. Despite the instructions, I couldn't get the TV to switch over to the digital/streaming options so ended up just watching the Italian channels, but not a deal breaker!
