Christine (6/5): Bring ear plugs! - this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. I know the times were wrong on hotels.com.

Nixi (9/5): Good apartman - We were in a well-equipped, clean, comfortable ground floor apartment. The owners are relaxed and helpful, and there is private camera-monitored parking for guests in the closed courtyard. The view is nice and it is quiet.. Parking is provided, but they parked not only in the designated parking spaces, but everywhere in the yard! If they parked in front of the coachman, you could look for who parked there! So, if you want to travel by car every day, parking will be difficult. But as I saw, it was the same in other apartments.

Wioletta (1/5): - Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się że nasz pokój został wynajęty komuś innemu. Obiekt nie poinformował nas o tym wcześniej. Nie odbierali telefonu ani nie odpisywali na wiadomości. O 23 zostaliśmy bez noclegu z dwójką małych dzieci. Cała Saranda była zarezerwowana, musieliśmy odjechać godzinę drogi aby znaleźć jakikolwiek nocleg. Pani zarządzająca obiektem VILA ALVIN totalnie nas zignorowała, w ogóle nie pomogła rozwiązać problemu. TOTALNIE NIE POLECAM!!!
Sara (5/5): - Os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestáveis. Um amigo do meu grupo cortou-se e um funcionário levou-o ao hospital público de mota e trouxe-o de volta ao hotel. À volta do hotel existem muitos restaurantes bons, cafés e supermercados. A distância do porto é cerca de 20 min a pé sempre a direito. Não houve serviço em nenhuma das 5 noites que ficámos. Não houve troca de toalhas e estava sempre a faltar papel higiénico. Alugamos 4 apartamentos e quando chegamos colocaram-nos apenas em 2 apartamentos. O que quer dizer que 3 famílias tiveram de partilhar um apartamento. No 3° dia disponibilizaram mais um apartamento para evitar que pessoas tivessem de dormir na sala. No penúltimo dia obrigaram-nos a sair do apartamento grande e disponibilizaram 2 pequenos. O que quer dizer que nos deram um trabalhão a mudar constantemente as coisas de sítio. No fim fizeram um desconto de 160€ que não compensou de todo o desconforto causado. Além disso, o estacionamento é pequeno e estamos sempre a ficar bloqueados por outros carros. Mas é relativamente fácil estacionar na rua. A praia mais perto é privada e não há espaço na areia. O trânsito para sair de Sarande é péssimo, aumenta sempre 30 min a qualquer trajeto.

Tout était impeccable — l’appartement était extrêmement propre, bien équipé et offrait tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour confortable. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, la terrasse était agréable pour prendre le café le matin ou se détendre le soir, et la machine à laver était un vrai plus pendant un séjour plus long. Tout était vraiment au top et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Parking petit mais compréhensible pour cette ville .

Maximilian (6/5): Great appartment in extremely loud surrounding - The apartment was comfy, modern and well equipped. Also except for the shower really clean. Everything was reachable on foot in a few minutes. Great restaurants nearby. Due to enormous amounts of noise from outside it was not possible to get ANY rest unfortunately. There is basically no soundproofing. There are 4 or 5 dogs in the neighbouring gardens who will literally bark 24/7 nonstop and once one of them starts, all the others will join in. It felt like living/sleeping in an animal shelter :( I contacted the owner about this and he spoke to the neighbours but it only helped for a few hours. Additionally there‘s a very loud group of small kids which played Football every day right under my balcony for hours. They were constantly yelling and often fighting or crying. This made my stay unpleasant after all since it was my holiday and i would have liked to get some time off.

Hade bokat en vecka men stannade 4 veckor. 5 minuters promenad till stormarknad och små butiker och bagerier och serveringar. Till strandpromenaden och centrum går man på 20 minuter. Saranda är en pärla. Jag hade ca 25+ hela oktober!

Google Maps took us to a different location and the owner kindly picked us up and showed us the right way to the hotel. Sarande is full of one-way streets and it was the rush hour. Another great advantage is the private parking which is very significant if you travel by motorcycle as it is safe and secure. I highly recommend the place.

Lejla (10/5): Amazing stay in Sarande and in Vila Alvin and apartments - Our stay in Vila Alvin were beautiful.The beach was so near the Apartments,that was great.The beach is great ,with beautiful clean water,water like cristal..Apartment is so clean and the furniture elements in vila Alvin was new. There are 2 air conditioner in our rooms.We also have a new kitchen..We have a terrace with sea view.The owner Irina is so kind and good person.When we arrived to apartment Alvin she wait for us and she bought a water and a beer..That was great.We have a lot of towels.Our stay was the best in Vila Alvin Sarande. Everything was great and good.

Andreea.bogdan (10/5): It was the perfect choice - Great location in Sarande, within walking distance from shops, stores, bars and tavernas, but not in the middle of the crowded area, which was perfect for us. Our 3 bedroom apartment had a large terrace with an awesome view over the sea and Corfu island. The apartment was really nice, clean, comfy beds, AC in every bedroom and living room, it looks even better than in the pictures. There is an inner yard with a parking lot, which was a real blessing, since finding a parking spot in the streets is impossible and honestly not safe, considering the way people drive around there is pretty careless and chaotic. Although there aren't a lot of parking spots, the hosts will guide you and if the parking becomes too crowded and you'll have to block other cars, you can leave them the keys and they'll take care of untangling the situation. The host is very nice, helpful and fast responding, we communicated smoothly on Whatsapp for everything we needed. When we arrived, the AC in one of the rooms was not working and they came and fixed it right away, they helped us with ordering a taxi, they recommended places to go, really good and nice people. Everything was perfect, maybe just finding the location was a bit tricky as the pin on Google Maps wasn't really in the right place and it kept indicated to drive in the opposite direction on a one way street, but some locals helped us and we managed to find it eventually.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would come back for sure.

Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice host. I missed booked an apartment and everything was solved ASAP. The apartment was very clean, tidy, big and comfortable. There was a private parking behind the fence for the car.
Niita (10/5): Excellent stay - We had a really lovely experience at the property. The place was very clean and well maintained and had all the facilities needed in an apartment. We stayed in apartment, which had a fridge, a microwave, washing machine and all the utensils we needed. The owner of the property was himself really nice as well. Really loved the place. If I visit Sarande again, I will definitely stay here.

Ismajl (10/5): We recommend the place, it satisfies the need for a quiet vacation. - We had a great experience at Vila Alvin. The staff is kind and warm welcoming. They have private parking. And they have a cute dog that loves people. The property is all good, it's just the road that takes you there that's pretty much Ike most of the roads in the Albanian Riviera (poor roads).
