Sólo que al ser un idioma no conocido por nosotros, habían muchas cosas que no entendíamos y no habían instrucciones de algunos electrodomésticos, por ejemplo, nunca supimos como utilizar la cafetera.
- Leon m (10/5): - Had everything we needed, very well equipped, clean and spacious.. stunning sea view, the host was super helpful and even collected us after giving us all the information we needed to find our apartment.. I have nothing negative to say, the accommodation was as expected and more! Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.. Also there's a store literally two minutes walk from the apartment with all you need. The accommodation was on a hill so if walking it can be a little tiring, but without that location we wouldn't have had the views .. And it is a small sacrifice worth having and no fault of the owners at all ,just keep it in mind

Każdy miał balkon lub taras. Apartamenty są na górce, co dla jednych może być utrudnieniem aczkolwiek dla Nas była to dobra forma ruchu. Przepiękny widok z apartamentu. Bardzo blisko jest sklep - Studenac😊

- Roman (10/5): One of the highlights of our stay was the boat trip to the island of Brač, which Ivan and Anna kindly organized for us o - We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The rooms are very spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. There is plenty of space, which was perfect for our little child—he could safely crawl and play around the floor without any issues. The layout with two separate bedrooms was very convenient, especially since we were traveling with my wife’s parents. It made our stay comfortable for everyone. The hosts, Ivan and Anna, are amazing people who left us with the best impression. They were very welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights was the outdoor grill right next to the apartment. Cooking a barbecue there while enjoying the stunning sea view was unforgettable and incredibly relaxing. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with family, great hosts, and an amazing location!

- Gabs (6/5): Not bad, but equally not great. - Date of stay 04 October 2025 for three nights. The apartment is in a decent location on the outskirts of Omis, about a 15 - 20 minute, albeit up a hill. The apartment itself is nice, very spacious with pretty much everything you'd need and I remember the beds being more comfortable than they looked, but nothing special. I had a balcony which gives a great look over the sea and I was lucky enough to witness the sunset on two occasions. The decor in the apartment is odd and mismatched, the bedrooms, and bathroom in particular, looked old whilst the kitchenette and living area looked more modern. I did not receive check in instructions prior to arrival and no one was there to greet me. I had no internet or phone coverage so could not contact anyone to let them know I had arrived. During booking I had been told that I would be staying on the ground floor, after 15 minutes wondering what to do I found an empty apartment on the ground floor with the key in the lock, the place I stayed at previously worked on the same basis, so I assumed it was for me. However, it didn't look like it was ready for someone but I settled in anyway. An hour later there was someone at the door, when I answered a man asked "Who are you?" I replied with "Who are you?" He said was the host and asked if I had a reservation. It would have been better if this was his opening line. I explained the situation and he told me I was in another apartment two floors above, so I moved all my stuff up. The water in the kitchen was cold and in the bathroom it was warm at best, which was unpleasant when having a shower. There were no free toiletries, as stated in the property advert. After re-reading the advert there are several other facilities listed which are not provided. If there is something you specifically need I would contact the host prior to booking. At one point another guest knocked on my door and said the washing machine in her apartment was not working and the host told her that she could use mine. I had no problem with this but I do feel the host should have asked me directly instead of letting the other guest do it, I think this was rather unprofessional of him. The bathroom was a bit unclean, some mould on the ceiling and on the shower head, which I find particularly gross and the shower head holder was broken. Some of the towel holder fittings were loose and I was wary of breaking them and being charged so I hung them elsewhere to dry. It felt like the host cuts corners to save some money, which is fine, but not when it's at the expense of his guests.

Das Apartment ist mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und vom Balkon hat man einen formidablen Blick auf das Meer und das malerische Omiš. Dieser Ort macht den "echten" Beverly Hills durchaus Konkurrenz. ;-) Alles bestens, nichts zu beanstanden.

- Oleh (10/5): - Отличный новый дом ! Есть место для парковки машины. Большая и удобная квартира . Хорошие и удобные для сна кровати. Большой телевизор и отличный интернет. Но самое главное - это умопомрачительный вид с балкона!!! Хозяева этого прекрасного дома Иван и Аня живут в пентхаусе наверху , поэтому любые проблемы или позднее заселение решаются очень просто ! Единственное что нам не удалось так это поужинать впятером на балконе любуясь красивейшим закатом ... Так как балкон не настолько велик . Но в остальном всё прекрасно и мы остались очень довольны !Каждый день мы выбирали новый пляж и ехали туда ! Наши самые любимые пляжи это Тучепи и Макарска . Однозначно рекомендуем это прекрасное место !!! Желаем Ивану и Ане процветания и всего самого наилучшего!!!

Quite a climb from town centre up to the apartment but for this you are rewarded with stunning views. Very close to the Starigrad Fortress walks.Ivan the host was lovely and did inform us that if we had co tacted him prior to arrival he would have collected us and taken up to the apartment. Our terrace did not really get much sun (possibly due to late season/October)

- Nadiia (8/5): - Прекрасный вид на море с балкона, именно он сгладил многие недостатки. Хозяин был приветлив. Нас заселили не в те апартаменты которые мы выбрали. Хозяевам стоит задуматься об обновлении мебели и кухонных предметов (старые и поломанные ножи, наполнение кухни очень примитивные) Постельное бельё низкого качество и/или изношенное временем. Жидкое мыло для рук нам принесли спустя сутки. Можно включить в сервис при заселении бутылку воды, это тот минимум который каждый путешественник оценит по достоинству.

- Piotr (10/5): - Apartament nr 5 bardzo przestronny z pięknym widokiem na zatokę. Byliśmy w 3 osoby i było bardzo komfortowo. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba na krotki jak i na dłuższy pobyt.

- Anna (10/5): - Przestronny apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze, góry, Starigrad. Lokalizacja jest też bardzo dobra. Spacerkiem ok.10 min.i już jesteśmy w urokliwej, starej części Omiša. Do ładnej plaży mieliśmy bardzo blisko po schodkach w dół. Natomiast powroty z plaży wyrobiły nam dobrą kondycję ;)) Apartament jest duży i wygodny, jest w nim także pralka, zmywarka i wszystko co potrzeba na dłuższy pobyt. Właściciele są bardzo mili i gotowi do pomocy. Polecamy serdecznie!👌

- Małgorzata (9/5): - Wygodny duży apartament z dwoma sypialniami. Wyposażenie kuchni pozwalało na przygotowanie własnych posiłków. Łazienka z wanną i pralką. Największym atutem był duży balkon i piękny widok który wynagradzał uciążliwą wspinaczkę po schodach. Właściciele byli bardzo mili i kontaktowi. Podejście z plaży to około 300 schodów, daliśmy radę ale dla kogoś może stanowić to istotny problem.
- waldeso (8/5): - Ústretovosť a ľudský prístup pána majiteľa. Taktiež vybavenie apartmánu bolo na dobrej úrovni. Krásny výhľad na mesto. Lokalita je blízko mora ale je to dosť vysoko. Takže to nie je vhodné moc pre malé deti. Ale ako vysoko sa apartmán nachádza sme vedeli pred príchodom, takže to samozrejme nie je vina ubytovateľa. Apatmán sa nachádza vo výške 70 m nad morom, takže výstup od mora po 335 schodoch je super tréning, ktorý nemusí vyhovovať každému.

- Tjerk (10/5): Top locatie en verblijf! - Locatie, voorzieningen en grootte appartement, gastvrijheid. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren altijd beschikbaar wanneer het nodig was. In de maand mei is het hier ideaal qua temperatuur en rust. Deze hoek van Kroatie is prachtig. Het bubbelbad was ook heerlijk. Wij zijn echte badliefhebbers en zoeken de accommodatie uit op de beschikbaarheid van een bad. Eigenlijk niets! We misten hooguit enkele keukenartikelen die het extra compleet hadden gemaakt.

- Melanie (10/5): Gorgeous view! - Wonderful view! Spacious, comfy beds, kind host. Better to have a car because it’s quite a walk up from the old town. But the old town is wonderful and cannot be missed!
- Sumaya (9/5): Wonderful Host and Beautiful View - We had a lovely stay! The view from the house is beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and attentive — he welcomed us personally, explained everything clearly, and even offered to pick us up from the city center, which was incredibly helpful considering the steep uphill walk back, even late at night. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. There were no significant downsides. The only minor issues were the bathroom shower door and the water drainage, which could use a small repair. However, these did not affect our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for its comfort, the beautiful view, and the host’s exceptional hospitality.
- Anniina (7/5): Good - The host was nice, he carried our luggage. The apartment was clean. The host didn't tell us that the air conditioner has a timer our how long we can keep it on. Therefore we couldn't use the air conditioner on the second night so it was horrible to sleep since it was a really hot day/night.

- Eli (10/5): Beautiful views and cosy apartment - I could not recommend this place more! The apartment was spacious, homely and even bad a jaccuzi bath tub. The balcony views were stunning. And we loved having the kitchen facilities, especially as we are both plant based and the vegan options in town were limited. Genuinely could've stayed to live in this apartment 😊 we loved it so much. Thanks for such a great stay.

- Vidović (10/5): Stunning view, fresh air and extra blue sea - The hosts are very professional and at your service all the time, they would even take you to the city center by car without extra charge since the street is very steep and not suitable for inexperienced drivers. There is private parking for guests in front. The apartment is spacious and the furniture is very nice and new.. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and I enjoyed it half of the night. Omis is a wonderful destination, because of the hills, the Cetina canyon and transparent extremely blue sea. I was sorry I couldn't stay longer.

Beach only 400 metres from the apartment. Also shop near apartment and restaurants. Ivan was very helpful for booking taxi or renting car and motorbike. Recommend this apartment. Lovely place 💞 Happy Bday Ivan 🥳🎂🎁 25th June, we will celebrate our Bday. Can't believe we have same date of birth 😄🥂

The apartment is located on a hill, which never bothered us, as the walk to and from Omis centre was lovely. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing! The whole stay was perfect - great apartment, fantastic view, all required equipment including washing machine and dishwasher ( tablets also provided) , comfortable beds, place to park car, the local shop was 2 minutes for any needs like snacks and drinks. The old town is in close proximity and do not be afraid that the apartment is on the hill - the walk is beautiful and easily reachable. One more time - the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We spent so much time in the mornings and evenings just sitting on the balcony, sipping drinks and watching the sea. Nothing - all was perfect
