- Pinky901 (10/5): An amazing part of our trip to Nashville! - We are having an amazing holiday in Nashville. This hotel is fabulous. Clean, has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Nashville and is about a straight mile from all the action! We have walked in and out a few times and it’s no trouble. Breakfast is fresh and offers lots of options. The waffles are so tasty and it’s so much fun getting to make your own. The endless supply of tea/coffee and ice cold water is just what you need. All of the staff have been so helpful and a special shout out to George who was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Extra charges, “security deposits”, parking charges not obvious at booking. Parking expensive and difficult to figure out. Breakfast was very limited and of low quality.

Plus there’s a self-park garage next door & the poss - Negatives: — The coffee in room was poor quality and the powdered creamer was confirmed that the hotel wasn’t at all interested in spending a dime on the extras. — The soap, shampoo, etc, provided was the tiniest amount possible. For two people to shower, we add to pound the baby-sized bottles to get every last dribble. Would it have broken the bank to provide normal size hotel bottles?

The extra pillow in the drawer was stained and I did not use it but it was not a big deal at all because the pillows on the bed were clean.

- Ingalls (10/5): The staff made our stay in Nashville even greater than we expected. - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was so very spacious and close to downtown.
- Monique (8/5): Nice Location - Breakfast was okay, there were a lot of ppl, so you did have to wait for food to be refilled. The hotel has an excellent location where you can walk to get other food and drinks. Paying for parking when the bottom parking lot they do not own was almost empty.

The parking is literally fifty dollars PER NIGHT and you have to walk down sketchy stairs case to get to the actual hotel, no elevators from the parking deck area. The hotel was $200 more when I got there vs my quote I got online to reserve my room.

- Hayley (6/5): Fine but disappointing. - It was fine. Bare necessities were functional. Mediocre to begin with, and then all the amenities seemed to have something very wrong with them. Mini fridge wasn’t cold enough to be safe to use, machines in the gym were broken, valets were not present during stated open hours, coffee at breakfast was bad even for hotel coffee, etc. I was trying to book something a little upscale but it was nothing special and just felt like a waste of money.
