- Alyson (10/5): - Love this hotel
- Alyson (10/5): - My room was super clean

- Alyson (10/5): - I love this property
- Ellen (6/5): - I liked the king size bed in the junior suite. I originally requested the deluxe suite, but when I found out, I was in a smoking room. I asked online if this could be changed to a non-smoking room. Which they did as soon as I got there, however what they failed to tell you is that all of the deluxe suites are smoking rooms And there are no non-smoking rooms at that level. All the non-smoking rooms are upstairs and they are smaller rooms so in this case, I did not get what I paid for, but they gave me a choice to choose the room I paid for or to choose a lesser room that is non-smoking. I chose the non-smoking room. I’m not sure what it was, but I was allergic to something in that room and woke up sneezing both mornings. By the second morning, my head was all stopped up, but I would be fine during the day on Saturday so I think it was something in the sheets or towels. The other problem with the room was that the shower does not drain and you end up with a puddle outside the door and you’re standing in water when you finish your shower.. Other than that the room was clean and I had everything I needed to complete my stay.
- Shinita (6/5): - This is a motel not a hotel. I had an occasion over the weekend. I shared this location with family guest so that we could all be close when getting dressed for the occasion. We were upset that is was a Motel not a Hotel. My brother was able to cancel because he booked with Expedia however, he is still waiting on a refund....My sister couldn't cancel and receive a refund so she stayed, because she booked with a different site. The rooms I was given were good enough for what I needed and ok for a Motel. My sister was given a room downstairs and when she went in, it smelled of smoke. She went to the front desk and was given a room on the second floor. While there two police cars came and sat by the front office for a while then they left. There is a Walmart and some fast food places in walking distance.
- Paul (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in years. Dirty, lumpy bed, cheap foam pillows, shower drain clogged, horrible towels.
All sorts of sketchy things going on on-site.
Stay away.
I don't know who they paid to get their Excellent rating, but clearly it was worth the money.
- Kashon (6/5): - Mid
- Demontre (10/5): - Everything was perfect.
- Shannon (10/5): - Quiet and convenient
- Kimberly (10/5): - Was okay
- Yakemia (8/5): - Good stay recommended
- Antonio (6/5): - Unsafe
- Andrea (2/5): - Has great ratings so I was VERY VERY disappointed. There are NO amenities and the rooms were extremely dirty. We requested a room change and the new room was even dirtier. There were hairs all over the beds, pillows and bathroom. Graffiti on the sink…
Yeah definitely disappointed but staff was very sweet and polite.
- Barbara (2/5): - We did not wond up staying here because there was no elevator and i had my 90 year old mom with me. The hotel said they would refund but i may need to contact expedia for the refund. No one has contacted me back as of yet.
- Alexandra (10/5): - Everything was good except walls are too thin and you can hear everything from upstairs and both sides next door.
- steven (8/5): - The staff was great. Very polite and courteous. The only thing we did not like was the TV. There is no way to link a cell phone to the tv other than a usb cable and that would only allow us to view the photo gallery on my phone. Bluetooth technology came out years ago. Its time to upgrade those televisions Bella!
- Kristi (10/5): - I hosted an elderly couple here and they had a very comfortable stay. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely book here again.
- Marlon (10/5): - The bella hotel is very nice
- Keondra (10/5): - Loved this room!! Can’t wait to book again! In the center of EVERYTHING!
- Ora (10/5): - This property was a bang for my buck and everyone was so nice even the housekeepers. I would book this place every time I came to Houston
- Branden (10/5): - Everything
- Audrieanna (10/5): - Comfortable shower was everything
- Shaniqua (10/5): - NA
- Verified traveler (10/5): - NA
- Monique (2/5): - When I got there they said they didn't have no available rooms that I wanted so you waste my time and you lied
- Isaac (10/5): - Very clean nd quiet
- Tj (6/5): - The property and management do an excellent job. It's peaceful, modern, has a stove, refrigerator, sink, and 2 microwaves. Looks like it is situated close to where everything is.
My only comment is that I set the stay for tonight and this is the 2nd time in a week the reservation pulled up a 2 day stay. Like Expedia but perhaps there is a software issue. I've kept everything watchful after it occurred yesterday. Going on a 3 week trip with hotels needed every night and concerned about having to double check every night to make sure my bank account doesn't shrink exponentially.
- Duwayne (10/5): Business Trip - Have stayed here many times. Staff is nice and room cleaning is very responsive. For the price it is a great deal.
- Maxwell (8/5): - It's a very nice property and a lot of shopping strips and food places around
- Jesus (6/5): - The room was not what I expected it was in bad condition and it was the second room because the first one I asked for had broken blinds and smelled bad and toilet had burnt marks overall 5.5/10 hotel they should update the pictures
- Alexander (4/5): - Every red flag in my head was going off when I arrived to check in and there was like 3 or 4 women behind the glass staring at each other whispering in what seemed like a secret conversation to figure out which room to put me and my fiancee in and that alone made me wanna just not check in at all. Room did not look anything like on the website, there was numerous damages in the room on walls, broken overhead microwave replaced with a smaller microwave that just made the room look cheaper and a chord that barely reaches the outlet but a kitchen/sink counter that wasn't set up to have a microwave on it so it got in the way of cooking on the "stove" which was hooked up to a timer you would have to keep turning to keep the stove on almost as it you had to insert quarters into it to buy more time to use it and the stove itself worked but not well considering I had it on low but the burner was still cooking like if it was on high but the cherry on top of the bs sundae was the fact there was no lever on the bath spout to turn the shower on (it had been broken off) and when I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work either) they sent a CLEANING LADY to assess the damage rather than send out a maintenance man (they said there weren't any available but maintenance men are supposed to be "on call" for situations like that) .. bear in mind EVERYTHING could have been avoided if someone had looked at the freaking room prior to renting it out.
- karthikeyan (10/5): - no utensils in the room, locks are damaged, no lift to 2nd floor, room is good and clean, good bed had a nice sleep.
- Margarito (10/5): - Nice place to be. Great helpful staff
- Duwayne (10/5): - needed a room with good wifi and easy access to the local area. Price was great and the staff is always helpful. I've been there before. Also close to different restaurants.
- Gwendolyn (8/5): - The property was nice. I would have given it a 5 star however, it doesn't have a swimming pool and when they came to tidy up the room, they took the linen and didn't replace them. I had to go retrieve some fresh linens from the cleaning crew.
- SHLOMO (2/5): - Neglected
- Tangee (4/5): - This property is a drug dealing, hourly rental for prostitution property. Please DO NOT book here
- Misty (8/5): - Nice
- Kristine (8/5): - Spacious room. Bed is comfortable. The towels and sheets were clean but it had a few stains(rust?) in them. The fixtures (faucet, shower) needs maintenance but I cannot really blame them. The water is full of minerals/hard water so minerals collect very easily on surfaces , shower head, faucet. Maybe invest in a water softener or have a good bathroom cleaning solution for hard minerals
- Jessica (6/5): - Definitely not what your expect when looking at the pictures
- Latoya (10/5): - Wow
- Mirenda (8/5): - The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping let herself into our room while we were in there. When she knocked we answered. This was at 10:30am, and checkout wasnt until 12pm.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Hotel in a not so great part of town - The room was really nice, modern and clean. The kitchenette and refrigerator seemed new and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and check in was a breeze. I would definitely book here again. Cons- the common shared hallway reeked of urine, it was pretty quiet during the day but at night there was a lot of riff raff, but it was a Saturday night and im guessing its popular because its actually nice considering the area its in.
For some units i think people were living in them- they had little kids sitting in the halls, kids in the parking lot playing ball near the cars. Kids kept knocking on the door and running away. The last night i was there -there was a large dog laying in the staircase - it looked like it was dying and would not move- the owner probably just left it outside and went back into their unit. We ended up using the opposite staircase to avoid having issues. Again the hotel itself is nice, and the owners have done a great job keeping it up. Its just in a bad location- it shares the lot with a Canes and a Wendy's that stays busy. This hotel should consider a 2nd location further north. The price was fair for the accommodations, but I would not bring my children here again.
- Gilmore (4/5): - The room that was given to us was to dark. No direct sunlight not enough space to eat bathroom need renovation. It is not sound proof. You can listen to the next room from where you’re at.
- Delbra M (10/5): - Room were spacious and beautiful. Beautiful bathroom and big kitchenette. Would recommend and revisit if in the area again!
- Julie (8/5): Nice rooms-good price- a few challenges - The room was awesome. Clean, updated. Really well decorated. Nice large room. I really like they layout. I thought it was a great value. The bed was comfy, nice linens, really classy looking room.
The not so good; I came back from my conference in the afternoon around 3 for a quick nap and found my bedsheets and all the towels gone. I was told that they strip the bedding and wash everything, then bring them back when they are done. I’ve never, ever stayed anywhere that did housekeeping this way. 2 hours later, after I was promised that they would bring them up, mynroom was finally made up. No coffee pot, but it did have a microwave and nice fridge. The location doesn’t have stairs, so I had to lug my bags up a flight. When I stopped by the office to check out, i rang the bell, was told someone was coming, but I finally left after a few minutes when nobody came. Overall, the room was comfy, very nice, clean and spacious. The challenges with the outside facilities and housekeeping style would prevent me from staying again. Location was really close to WalMart, restaurants, and Aldi’s. The busy highway it’s on made it a challenge to exit.
- Clydess (10/5): - Nice
- Amanda (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay no complaints
- Amanda (8/5): - Was very nice had a good stay only problem was someone in the housekeeping department entered my room two mornings in a row without knocking or anything while me and my husband were sleeping they need to talk to her about that we could have been undressed or anything
- todderrick (10/5): - Great place to stay. Love it
- Peter (10/5): - The management was super helpful! They carried my bags to the second floor with no problem.
- Dusty (2/5): Dirty and moldy - Moldy ceilings, shower didn’t work properly, cigarette holes all through the blankets, floor was dirty, soda or something was all over the door so it was sticky.
- Guadalupe (2/5): - When we got there there was too many roaches in the room. We stay there two nights and we probably killed about 25-30 roaches very disgusting. The othering that I said a lot was hing going on in the hotel which makes I'll Kings of people show up to that hotel
- Elianna (10/5): - My stay was excellent, the room was super comfortable and employees were very nice and friendly.
- Azalia (10/5): Nice and easy - I stayed in the Jr, it was nice and clean, staff was super nice and helpful. It was safe for me and my baby to visit family, for the night.
- Hope (10/5): - They were able to allow me to check in early and the room was what I was expecting
- Yunique (10/5): - amazing property
- Eric (8/5): - Approach with caution. It is a cool design, way better than the Motel was originally, it does miss the mark. The big one was the A/C couldn't keep up with the Houston heat, when we got to the room the thermostat was set at 65 and said the room temp was 80. Bathroom fixtures were a little 'gritty'. Crazy that during check in the counter has the thick plexiglass with the tray at the bottom to slide your id through. Good mattress, and that goes a long way. Overall it did the job but we won't go back.
- Thomas (8/5): - Quick and efficient check in. Nice feel to the room.Interestingly different take through out the property..
- Jovoid (10/5): - It was amazing
- Kamariah (8/5): - Loved the shower, needs better mattress
- Jorge (10/5): - Definitely booking here again for a night.
- Erica (8/5): - Nice
- Guillermo (10/5): - I LIKE THE AREA AND THE PLACE WAS GOOD
- Brandi (10/5): - I enjoy this hotel every time I come it’s so calm and welcoming and I love the friendly staff
- Nicholaus (8/5): No English - Everything was okay but most of the staff can not speak English so if you need to ask for something it may take a moment to find an English speaking staff member.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cleanliness - It was roaches in my room and the staff (the man) was rude
- Martin (4/5): - Restrooms shower dirty
- Whitney (6/5): - I visit the property over the weekend and wasn’t pleased with the property at all. Our door wouldn’t lock, so the following morning they agreed to give us another room. When I requested for the room they had just did a shift change, I had to explain the issue over numerous times. Their was no urgency and the desk clerk said we have cameras
- JESSICA (10/5): Awesome! - Very updated, giving NY vibes. All white linen. Large showers have a glass wall into room with a shade you can pull down with shower heads all around the shower. Regular rooms have concrete flooring while Jr. Suites have carpeting. Mini fridge hidden in cabinet. Sliding barn doors into the huge restroom! Overall beautiful and in a location near restaurants and Walmart.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Great place for the price!
- Troy (8/5): - It was fine and convenient for my stay. I would return.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good from far.....far from good - When my wife and I first booked this place, judging by the pictures and reviews, looks like a great modern and chic hotel. We booked a non smoking studio suite for the awesome rain shower(at least from the pictures). When we got there, check in was super easy, checked out the room and found it to be disgusting. Reeked from someone smoking not just cigarettes' but marijuana as well. The barn door covering the doorway to the bathroom was broken, it was leaning and not even covering the doorway correctly. After trying the shower, the whole bottom basin just flooded up and didnt drain. Not to mention, my wife went to put some of our drinks in the fridge and a small roach came out from under it. When we went and told management about the room, they told us that the studio suites were all smoking when clearly on their sign in the lobby that those were not. They were able to accommodate us in a junior suite which was much better. Non smoking, did not smell, 8/10 for cleanliness. How it should of been. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
- tyler (10/5): - Great modern hotel and an excellent price!
- Courtney (2/5): - First of all I'd like to say that the property itself is extremely taken care of inside the room that I was given when I booked through Expedia was not very clean the lights didn't work by the bed the door did not lock and I expressed all this to the guy at the counter and he said that I had to go through Expedia to get a refund this was all within the first 45 minutes that I checked in mind you so I did not try to argue with him I asked him if he can move me to another room he said he also is an hourly establishment and that he might be able to move me in an hour so that means that I wasn't going to get a refund and or I wasn't going to get my room moved so I just left with no refund and I had to get another hotel room so I'm out of expense for the night twice. I don't know who to express my concern to Expedia because I feel like they're the ones that needed to have refunded me since I booked through them that's why I don't book through y'all very much I only go through booking normally because they're the only ones that have ever given me an option for a refund at all this is bull and I will never stay at this establishment again because of this specifically number two I will never use Expedia again this I was not even given a chance to get a refund or nobody even contacted me to let me know that they were going to even try to give me back half of my money I paid for a room that I could not even use.
- Jesse (10/5): - Property was close to many restaurants and businesses.
Right off the highway and easy parking.
- Jayla (10/5): - Best hotel in North Houston. Everything you will need for your stay food places, stores, gas stations, even a emergency center… the staff is perfect highly recommended.
- Nirges (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back
- Cameron (10/5): - Great stay! Unbelievable stay for the price we paid.
- Jessica (10/5): - Good
- LaTric (6/5): - Property looked clean but we did encounter a roach. It is conveniently close to restaurants, fast food, local shops and Walmart.
- Mark (10/5): - It was a great experience
- Roxanne (4/5): - Sock was found under bed cover sheets that’s was definitely not mine.
- Fern (8/5): - Room was excellent except for two things. The a/c took a while to cool the room and the drainage for the shower might’ve been clogged up… but other than that I highly recommend this place
- Tawanna (2/5): - The staff was rude they didn’t wanna give us towels and the air conditioner was leaking and made the carpet wet they didn’t even have a blow dryer in the room
- Patsy (2/5): - The hotel staff barely spoke English. The room was not clean. I had to wear shoe cause stuff kept sticking on my feet. Remote control for tv had not battery; so we weren't able to watch tv. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Very unsatisfied with this place:(
- Hoang (6/5): - Friendly staff but not enough water in the toilet!
Upper sto
- Robbie (10/5): - Me and my daughter Bella love staying at hotel Bella. She get to see her name spelled all around the hotel.
- MrsLakinya (10/5): good location - The stay was friendly good staff cleanliness was good and it was in a good location for food and stores really didn't have to go far for what i needed
- Didar (10/5): - Amazing amenities
- Symone (10/5): - I love hotel Bella, I will definitely book again
- Calvin (8/5): - everything else is okay, The blankets had burn holes in them. And the Hotel did not provide the hairdryer, other than that the room was clean.
- Simon (10/5): - The location was great and the interior was very modern and comfortable
- Shenita (8/5): - Our room didn’t have not 1 mirror in it. Which is crazy. You can’t see your face while brushing your teeth, or washing your face. A woman can’t come her hair or put on make-up , or even see what her outfit looks like before leaving to go out which is soooo NOT GOOD!!!
- A (10/5): - Clean staff nice.
- Balazs (10/5): - The room it was so modern and cool, no carpet but we liked it!
Missed the mirror from the bathroom and the showerhead not worked perfectly, but eveything else it was nice!
The night audit guy don't like to say anything but understood anything what we asked and gave those :))))
- Maurilio (10/5): - Everything I love
