- Polly (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and clean. - When I first got there the young lady at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room. She was so kind. She had tried to call but had my number wrong. Long story short, she got me into a room. I wish I could remember her name. It starts with “D”. It was a nice hotel. It’s an extended stay so there’s no breakfast. I’ve been in the hotel business so I knew that when I booked. Anyway, I was really impressed with that young lady. She was awesome!! I was satisfied with everything.

- Florian (3/5): Gross bathroom, friendly staff - Staff was very nice, easy parking Found hair all over my bathroom, pee on the toilet seat. I asked them for cleaning supplies so i could clean the bathroom myself. The rest of the room looked fine but it looked like the bathroom wasn’t even touched which is probably the most important part to clean. The staff them selves were absolutely amazing. But the bathroom situation just wasn’t acceptable to me, i would have cancelled it and got a completely different hotel but it was like 5pm on a Friday and everything in the area was booked. I chose this hotel cause they had overall positive reviews and a good cleanliness rating, was pretty dissatisfied with my personal experience. Again, the staff was great.
- Brandon (7/5): it was a great but wish people would respect alot of different travelers - It felt a studio apartment. all the amenities worked and felt really comfortable had vending machines that were well stocked and ready to go in case you didnt want to uber eats and had laundry facilities the staff could have been more friendly and helpful instead of rude the lady the checked me in was nice but grabbing food for myself a different employee was very rude and disrespectful because i never staid there before

- Lee Pelton-Smith (1/5): No customer service number to call for problems and they don't care if they make a mistake - They refuse to rent to anyone traveling with a Tim Smith. Apparently if someone does something wrong with the same name as you, then you're banned even if you have never stayed there. And they won't tell you that until it's check in and then they want to charge you to cancel the reservation. Plus they had no room cleaned when we got there so we had to come back every hour just to find out 4 hours later that my husband couldn't stay there, when he had never stayed at a uptown before.

Room is very spacious and the staff goes above and beyond from welcoming check-in to check-out.

I’m a female who stayed there for 3 months and I ALWAYS felt safe. The TV went out for like 10 days. They were trying to get someone out but took forever! Other than that….it was PERFECT!

- Lee Pelton-Smith (4/5): - Close to the expressway and shopping The roaches, the drugs, the loud banging at all hours of the night. Our room was extremely invested with roaches and no matter how clean we kept the room we still had trouble with them. There was the constant smell of weed coming through the vent and walls, plus at all hours of the night people would slam doors, and bang on the walls. We would talk to the front desk about it but nothing changed. We left because according to them the price they told wasn't the real price because they told us that we owed over 600 dollars in late fees. Also the whole time we were there we never got any housekeeping then they yelled about how the carpet looked.

Not to mention we paid for amenities we didn't get, like a couch and a working TV in our room I didn't like the fact there wasn't have their TV in there working and then they don't want you to be downstairs watching TV that's silly.

Also the hotel did nothing to help. It was several cameras and no footage with working cameras. Several cars and trucks were damaged. Very nice and clean well kept
- Camille (10/5): - I cannot say enough good things about this property. From check-in to check-out, I was received with a spirit of genuine hospitality and felt cared for. The property, parking lot and outdoor spaces are tastefully decorated, safe, well-lit, clean and well-maintained. There are loads of restaurants and stores, within walking distance or a very short drive. The price for my week-long stay was very competitive and it was perfect for my needs.
- Shinault (8/5): not too happy on the housekeeping situation and not being able to get what i need during the week - The Hotel is clean band some good staff I didn't like that on Wednesday when they went to clean my room, the person that cleaned my room only did my bed and the comforter wasn't changed. I know because the one on the bed the first night when I checked in had a stain and it's the same one. Didn't clean the floors nor vacuumed nor cleaned my shower. The housekeeping was not good at all. I work every day and I'm not there during the housekeeping hours, so I can't get toilet paper and ect, when I asked for toilet paper when I return from work, I was told no I couldn't get any because they said I only get it on Wednesdays my cleaning days. I disagree with that. I'm paying weekly and I should be able to at least get toilet paper and clean linen and clean towels.

Jordan and Natchelle were the only two employees that even tried to help! I Was woke up at 0900 sounded like the police trying to get in, because of a bag of trash in the hallway and them knowing I worked night shift! Nice facility’s nice location! Just not very Customer friendly! Will not be staying here again nor will anyone from my company!

- Todd (2/5): Pics looked ok but covered up the truth - This is an extended stay hotel which I was not aware meant the some of the people actually live there short term. On our first night we were woke up at 4:00 am but our neighbour yelling and cursing at his other neighbour. The walls are so thin that he might as well been in our room. On a couple of occasions I had to kill cockroaches in our room. The carpets in the hall way are stained all over the place and are in desperate need of replacing. The staff were nice to us even allowing us to check in early. Had I had experience with extended stay hotels, I never would have stayed there. I thought they were simply called that for people who were looking to stay somewhere for a week or two while on vacation.

They denied my request said the housekeeping room was locked. I inadvertantly forgot my used towels sitting at the front desk. The staff member on duty called me at 2:30 am to say if i didn't come get them they would call the police and kick me out. Made no sense. The manager on duty was not present at the property and was on some sort of an ego trip. He instructed his staff behave in ways that were absolutley unacceptable for any business in hospitality. They forced me to leave the property the next morning, refusing to add another day to my stay. In the rush I left some property in the room, I noticed when I checked into my next place as I had a flight to catch the next morning. When I called the same staff member said I could only come get my property with a police escort. They kept my personal property. Worth at least 3-400$.

- David (9/5): It was great, besides I'll be stay the rest of the month here. - The bed and pillows are excellent. The towel rack needs to be anchored correctly to the wall. Stairs need to be swept, vacuumed and install some sort of deodorizer, as well as the hand rails need to be cleaned.

- Jacqueline (1/5): Bad - I did not stay here because when I arrived the woman at reception said it was only a weekly accommodation and I couldn't stay one night. This was at 7.30 pm and I had arrived from Ireland, on my own, and could not phone anyone. I asked to be connected to the wifi so I could what's app my friend but she did not allow me to. Luckily there was a fast food restaurant near so I asked them could I connect to wifi and they allowed me. The money had been taken out of my account and after a lot of dispute and emails with booking.com , it was returned to my account 9 days later. Booking.com should not have this accommodation on their site.

There was nothing in the app that said you had to arrange late check in and even if we did they don’t check in after 7 pm! We had to drive around looking for a place that took dogs being tired and frustrated.
- Christian (1/5): Don't trust them they are a scam and they are full of s*** they will not reimburse you your money - They tried to charge me five times I have proof and when I got there they told me that it was not a one-night stay it was an extended stay so I opted out and left 20 minutes later they tried to charge me five times for one night stay I didn't Extended Stay that I never stayed at This place is an international internet scam they don't even do one-night stays but they will try to charge you up to five to six times if they can get the money off your card for the room you never stayed in only reserved
- Dave (1/5): Read the events that occurred, I am considering litigation over a hotel stay, a first for me. Wow. - The Hotel refused to honor the booking.com confirmed reservation, attempting to force me to stay for a minimum of 7 nights, instead of the 4 night reservation. I provided BOTH the booking.com and uptown suites confirmations in response, to which the clerk told me I could either pay for 7 nights, or I would have to leave the premises. I literally was tossed out without a room, 300 miles away from home, at 9:30pm after a 5 hour drive. I was in shock. Had to drive around for 48 minutes, before finding other accommodations at double the price. I have been a business traveler for 41 years, have never experienced anything like this. I truly feel I was defrauded, certainly bait-and-switched in my view, just not sure whether booking.com is falsely including this property in its listings, or the property is just defrauding guests by attempting to force them into longer, more expensive stays upon arrival. What I DO know for certain, is that they showed me the door, late at night, stating that they did not care what I had received from booking.com,etc, the clerk telling me he was also an attorney, knew the law, and did not have to honor anything from booking.com. When I asked to speak to a manager, the clerk threatened to call the police instead, claiming he was the only agent of the hotel I needed to talk with. You can't make this stuff up. Unbelievable.

No concern to accommodate a mother and child exhausted and needing to sleep.
