Housekeeping staff we attentive and very polite. As were there porters. Used the hotel Golf Cart a couple of times to go down to the other end of Soi 8. Ideal location to Nana Train station and lots of bars and restaurants. These was confusion as I thought we had booked and paid to have breakfast each day. I was told we didn't. As it turns out - it was a blessing in disguise as the breakfast provided was by a separate company and was not of a very high standard for the cost they wanted to charge.

- Craig (9/5): The family enjoyed their 2 day stay - but breakfast was not worth the fee they wanted to charge. - I booked an additional room for my partners family to visit us for the weekend from Isan. Gym, Pool and Sauna were good. Location was convenient and walking distance to Nana Station and lots of bars and restaurants. Housekeeping staff courteous and did a great job. Hotel had golf cart to transport customers to the other end of the street, but details around who and when could use it was not explained. Room was booked and paid for to include breakfast for 3 adults and 1 child. There were 2 children - aged 9 and 3. The 3 yo hardly eats - hence why no booking for her. Apparently, the restaurant is separately owned to the hotel and reception staff were reluctant to solve an issue. The family were given only 6 vouchers for breakfast, but it wasn't explained that those were to cover 2 days. So, the family used 5 vouchers the first day and could not find the 6th voucher come the second morning. Both restaurant and reception were not prepared to compromise and all the family to have breakfast on the second day. Silver lining, they were able to get a heap of much better-quality food for a fraction of the price just down the road.

- Thomma (9/5): Gehobene Klasse mit viel Platz - Gehobene Klasse Zimmer. Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Zimmer Sauuber, Sehr gute Ausstattung was man in der Klasse auch erwarten kann. Ausstattung: Badezimmer: Badewanne, Duschkabine, WC, Waschbecken. Kücke: Waschmaschine, Herd Ceranfeld 2x, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck, Großer Kühlschrank on Top kleiner Gefrierschrank, Microwelle, Waschbecken. Wohnraum: Großer TV, Kleine Couch, Großes Bett, Esstisch 2 Stühle. Und jede Menge Platz für Kleidung. Es gab ein Vorkommnis dessen Klärung noch Aussteht! Momentan Mai 2026 wird gegenüber dieses Zimmer Gebaut.

- Dirk (9/5): Verschiedene Erfahrungen innerhalb einer Woche. - Wenige Tage zuvor waren wir in dem Hotel für einen enttäuschten Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war nicht clean und es war kein Safe ( wie eigentlich als vorhanden angegeben ) vorhanden. Auch das Personal der Reception war alles andere als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir ließen die Koffer aufgrund einer Weiterreise dort für 4 Tage gelagert. Bei diesem Aufenthalt war es wieder wie gewohnt in vielen Buchungen zuvor. Wir bekamen ein sauberes und leicht renoviertes Zimmer im 8. Stock. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Bei diesem Aufenthalt war alles wieder ok.

The buggy service was inconsistent and unreliable. Room lighting was poor and some lights weren’t working. Noise when people closed their doors. Although we weren’t affected by it, note that there is a construction site next door.

We booked the family suite which was spacious, swimming pool, sauna, gym, steam room all in good condition. In the family room minimal cutlery and plates for afternoon teas snacks and cakes. Around the swimming pool extra caution as it is very slippery. Again no tea or milk provided for British travellers so we had to go and buy it from the shops, same at breakfast.

- JAKUB (5/5): - Lokalizacja hotelu to jej największy plus. Blisko metra, parku oraz terminalu 21. Dostęp do basenu też na plus. Hotel stary, pokoje mocno zużyte. Ciężko było ustawić klimatyzację na komfortową temperaturę. Pokoje średnio czyste, grzyb w łazience i nie działaca spłuczka w toalecie.

- Ingebrigtsen (5/5): - Hyggelige rom og en svært sentral beliggenhet som gjør oppholdet enkelt og praktisk. Dette er uten tvil den dårligste hotellopplevelsen jeg har hatt i hele mitt liv. Betjeningen fremsto totalt uinteressert, lite profesjonell og direkte arrogant. Den ene ansatte i resepsjonen var så opptatt av mobilen sin at hun knapt orket å løfte blikket, langt mindre yte noen form for service. Den andre var regelrett frekk og hadde en holdning som ikke hører hjemme i servicebransjen. Det toppet seg med at ingen tilbød hjelp, til tross for at jeg ankom med tre kofferter og måtte bære alt selv opp til sjette etasje. Sengen var som å sove på et steingulv, og kjøkkenet manglet dessuten en del nødvendig bestikk, samt ingen kasseroller eller stekepanne.. Så skal du lage mat her får du først gå til anskaffelse av kasseroller, og stekepanne 😅 Dette er rett og slett pinlig dårlig og fullstendig uakseptabelt.

- May (2/5): - צמוד למלון בונים עוד מלון , אתר בניה מטורף מקיף את כל המלון , רעש חזק החל מ-8:00 בבוקר. זה ממש איכזב אותנו ולא יכולנו לישון בשקט. פיגומים ומלא עובדים תאילנדים על הביניין. החדר בסדר יש מקלחת טובה ומזרון טוב . לא הייתי חוזר .
