- Abhijiit (5/5): Average stay in an old property located at an amazing spot - It’s an old property at an amazing location giving you great views. But staff and cleanliness was average. After Hoi An this was like hitting a bump as staff was kind of not to supportive and seasoned rather then being considerate and accommodating.

Then the staff did not provide enough towels, toilet papers and water bottles. Not enough mats as the there was water spreading out from the bath tup when you use it. To get the hot water you have to run the taps for 5 minutes. Buffet was mostly Vietnamese food.

The pool area had rusted and damaged furniture with broken tiles around the pool. The walls in stairway leading to pool and bar were filthy dirty. I wouldn't keep my dog here. The pool area has sunbeds lined up right behind one another, leaving no room to move, and there is standing water on the neighbouring roof. The “gym” is tiny—you can barely fit inside—and the carpet was dusty. Overall, these issues do not match the price.

- Melanie (10/5): Loo with a view. - Amazing breakfast. Largest selection so far during our one month bouncing around Vietnam. Tip: ask the staff for bacon and they will bring you some... Don't know why they don't set it out but it's delish. The view from our room was awesome. It's been mentioned before but... The way the bathroom is set up just does not work... on so many levels. The bathroom is wonderfully large with a giant glass wall being the only thing that separates it from the main room... with a sliding glass door so you can move between bedroom and bathroom. How do you get any privacy, you ask? Well, I'll tell you how...There are ginormous blinds that you manually roll up and down using a pulley system (it takes some time and effort). Unfortunately, the ginormous blinds completely block the sliding door, so you must pulley them back up to exit the bathroom, then pulley them down again to do your bidness privately. If you're old and wee a lot, and don't appreciate company whilst doing so, this is not the room for you. If this isn't an issue for you, you will enjoy a lovely view of the ocean from your throne! Win! Win!

- Amy (8/5): Great value for money - We had a junior suite which had the most incredible ocean view. The room itself is clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is a bit odd, and could do with some more lighting around the mirror. The location is amazing if you want to be near the beach and lots of restaurants, bars and local shops. Also the staff are wonderful. The gym, pool and bar area could do with some TLC.
