In case of a group reservation of 6 beds or more the minimum stay is 2 days, a 100% nonrefundable prepayment of the total price is required. When booking 6 beds or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. All other terms and conditions have to be discussed directly with the Hostel.
Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.
Key collection for apartments and check-in takes place at Basztowa 15/10.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Muntean Razvan (6/5): It works fine for a quick night, but don't expect an elaborate stay. - The breakfast spread was a bit of a mixed bag, offering a decent foundation but feeling quite limited in variety. On the savory side, the options were very straightforward: a basic selection of ham, salami, and cheese, paired with bread. While it got the job done for a quick morning bite, the selection was tight and desperately cried out for some fresh vegetables (like cucumbers or tomatoes) to break up the heavy, salty flavors. The saving grace was the beverage and cereal station across the room. Having access to hot coffee, tea, and cereal with milk provided a much-needed balance and ultimately rescued the meal from being entirely one-dimensional.

- Joanna (5/5): . - Lokalizacja Coś co w ofercie przedstawiają jako śniadanie. Jest to chleb tostowy, salami i kiełbasa żywiecka, żółty ser, masło. Są jeszcze płatki owsiane, kukurydziane i słodkie kulki.
- Yuliia (7/5): Погане ліжко, все скрипить - Привітний персонал, не було проблем з гарячою водою, чиста постіль, наявність кухні, велика простора кімната, чудове розташування. Ліжко дуже не зручне, хитається, скрипить, прогнуте в середині, подушка дуже тверда, спати нереально тяжко на такому дешевому ліжку. Постіль потрібно заправляти самому, відсутній рушник. Скрипуча дерев'яна підлога по всьому хостелу. Нормально виспатися перед літаком неможливо. Неадекватні правила, наприклад, є окрема ванна кімната, але сушити волосся в ній з 11 вечора до 6 ранку заборонено. Як для мене це нікому не потрібне правило, оскільки все так рипить-скрипить в тому хостелі, що від сушіння волосся точно ніхто не прокинеться, бо й так спати не будуть. Ціла зв'язка ключів, і потрібно запам'ятати який ключ що відкриває, такої кількості ще не зустрічала.

My recommendation would be to add curtains to the beds, especially in the mixed gender rooms. Three showers for a 40-person hostel is not very convenient at times.

- Chaewon (6/5): - 건물 5층에 위치한 가성비 있고 좋은 위치 그리고 간단한 무료 조식까지 제공되는 호스텔. 건물 자체와 시설이 좀 낡은 감이 있는데 전체적으로 괜찮습니다. 각자에게 잠금 가능한 케비넷이 주어져서 괜찮습니다. 머리 맡에 콘센트가 있습니다. 직원도 친절해요~ 전체적으로 크기가 작은 호스텔입니다. 화장실과 샤워실은 공용입니다. 남녀 혼숙 방에 커튼이 없다는 점이 좀 아쉽습니다. 방문에 잠금 기능이 없어요. 체크인하면 침대 커버 받아서 직접 끼워서 사용해야 하는데 제 커버에 커피 얼룩 흔적이 남아있더라고요. 제가 머문 6인 혼숙 1번인가 2번 침대 (아래층)의 콘센트가 작동안 안 했습니다.

Za każdym razem mogłam w spokoju zasnąć (okna dobrze wygłuszone oraz goście, którzy szanują ciszę nocną). Pomimo pełnego obłożenia, dostęp do zaplecza sanitarnego swobodny. Zaplecze kuchenne w pełni wyposażone. Po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaż i odebrać po kilku godzinach :) Brak

Em geral carece de mais cuidados com a limpeza/manutenção dos wc's (bolor, lixos), cozinha (chão imundo logo às 07h00) e quartos (teias de aranha, falta de ventilação durante o dia, cadeiras instavéis) O pequeno-almoço começa às 08h00, é muito tarde para quem tem pick-ups de tours à mesma hora.

Ключі отримала за чіткою надісланою мені інструкцією. Нагріла чаю і розігріла вечерю прямо в кімнаті. В номері чисто, ліжко зручне. Сніданок принесли смачний і теплий прямо в кімнату. Дякую персоналу готелю. Нічого, хіба що трохи дорогувато.

The staff is not nice, except for a girl that was usually in the evenings, the only one that at least said Hi. The other ones, seems they are upset when you ask for something. The breakfast is not really one (if you expect more than bread) i never ate there. If you are looking for a hostel vibe (plans, what to do, people to get along with) this is not the place. People barely say hi to you, also it is mix-aged. I was in a room with an old woman.

- Francisco (5/5): - La ubicación es buena Los baños son muy chicos y muy pocos para semenjante cantidad de camas. La cocina es muy chica y no llega internet y no hay otro espacio para poder estar que ese o la habitación. Es malo el lugar la verdad. Solo si no podes gastar más está bien pero si podes un poco más mejor ir a otro lado.

- Любовь (8/5): Очень приятный хостел около Старого Города - Расположение отличное! Вид из окна пятого этажа просто изумительный - на парк и Старый город. Рядом есть магазин и кафе, а также трамвайная и автобусная остановки. Завтрак обычный, без изысков, но достаточный, чтобы с утра никуда не выходить. Чай, кофе, сахар в наличии.В кухне есть все необходимое. Сама комната на две двухъярусные кровати компактная, есть запирающиеся шкафчики, стол, стулья и даже книжная полка (?). Матрас очень удобный, постель чистая и свежая, подушка маловата, правда, расположение нижней части кровати низковато. Но в комнате стоит очень неприятный запах. Я открывала окно на постоянное проветривание и только тогда можно было комфортно себя чувствовать. Туалетные комнаты достаточно чистые, душевые кабины тоже. В душевых есть фен, но он слабенький. На ресепшн работают очень приветливые девушки - милые, вежливые, профессиональные. Устранить запах в комнате. Заменить фен.

- Lyndon (8/5): A good place to stay fir a few days in Krakow; I would return. - central location near to main station and old town; all walkable. Excellent breakfast for the price. Good wifi. The showers and toilets need a little updating.

Kontakt przy łóżku i szafka zamykana na kluczyk dały mi dodatkowy komfort. - Uśmiechnięta i miła obsługa, czystość, wygodne łóżko, dużo miejsca po prysznicem i szafki na rzeczy żeby nie zmoczyć ich podczas prysznica, zamykane szafki dla każdego gościa w pokoju. Jedyny niewielki minus to że są tylko dwie toalety.

- Stanislav (3/5): Serious bed bug issue – avoid until professionally treated - I am writing this to warn other travelers and inform the management about a serious hygiene issue. During my stay, I discovered multiple bed bug bites on my neck, hands, and arms. The bites are extremely itchy and appear in characteristic clusters and lines, which started appearing after my first night here. I have included photos of the bites as evidence. This is a significant health and safety concern. Bed bugs are not just a nuisance; they require professional extermination to ensure they don't spread to other guests' belongings. I strongly advise the management to close the affected room immediately and hire a professional pest control service. Until this is resolved and a certificate of treatment is provided, I cannot recommend staying here.
