• Atefeh (1/5): Avoid this hotel - The hotel was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and despite staying for 6 nights, the staff refused to change our towels unless we paid extra every single night. This is basic hotel service and should already be included. We were also misled about parking. Before arrival, we were told parking would be free, but once we arrived they suddenly demanded €10 per night. It felt very dishonest and misleading. The biggest issue was the city tax scam. Our booking clearly stated that the city tax would be €42, but the hotel charged us €52 instead and insisted that we pay in cash. No proper explanation was given for the extra amount. The staff were unhelpful and only seemed interested in charging extra money whenever possible. Overall, this hotel completely ruined part of our trip. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and booking somewhere more professional and trustworthy.

• Rita (1/5): Schifo - Non c'era la colazione, inoltre ho saputo dopo che ho prenotato, prima che arrivassi in hotel,che gli asciugamani ogni tre giorni li cambiavano . Io ho soggiornato con mio figlio di 7 anni ed è stato estremamente difficile. La TV non funzionava , ho contattato la reception ( anche se non ho conosciuto di persona nessuno, come se fosse un hotel fantasma pieno di telecamere) non mi ha risolto il problema. Sono stata i primi due giorni che il condizionatore non emanava aria calda. La persona con cui mi sono scritta mi ha dato indicazioni su come fare e sono riuscita,ma lui non è venuto per niente. Addirittura voleva farmi cambiare stanza pagando un supplemento in più perché la stanza era superior ed io avevo economy,ma ciò nn vuol dire darmi una camera che faceva schifo , l' asciugacapelli era vecchissimo ed a stento asciugava i capelli a mio figlio visto che erano corti. Sono dovuta andare da un parrucchiere per farmi uno shampoo, la doccia non ne parliamo stra vecchia ed arrugginita . Niente , non lo consiglio nemmeno al più peggior nemico.

Az új manager nagyon arogáns, és a korábban jól műkodö hotelt tövid időn belül sikerül lenulláznia… az alkalmazottak menekülnek.
• Tuza-Göncz (6/5): Már voltam korábban többször itt, de sajnos az új vezetőséggel elindult a szálloda a lejtőn… - A Superior szobák modernek Még a Superior részleget is sikerült lehúzniuk.. nagyon sok spórolási szankciót vezettek be, így a folyosón a fotocellás ajtót és a klímát kikapcsolták így a galambok ki-bejárnak , ettől elég büdös az átjáró, és tele van galambtollal. Ezen gurítja keresztül az ember a bőröndjét.. majd a keréken viszi be a betegséget a szobába!… szerintem nagyon higiéniátalan!

• Tuza-Göncz (5/5): A Manager váltás óta rosszabb a szolgáltatás minősége, mindenért extra pénzt szeretnének.. az economi osztály minősége - Már többször szálltam meg ezen a szálláshelyen csoporttal. A két recepciós kolléga nagyon kedves és segítőkész.. Korábban minden rendben volt, de az utolsó 2 foglalásomnál olyan problémákba futottam bele, amit sem itt , sem máshol nem tapasztaltam! Általában 6 szobát foglalok. 2 szuperior szobámban nem volt 2 napig törölköző.. egy elnézést.. holnap majd lesz-szel elintézte a Manager. A következő alkalommal a megszokott kapszulás kv-főzőből kifogyott a kapszula… és hiányzott a bekészített előre csomagolt tusfürdő.. testáloló is.. jeleztem a hiányt.. másnapra a kávéfőzők is eltűntek a szobákból. Korábban meg tudták oldani , hogy a kofferokat ott tudtuk hagyni a repülőfép indulásig… ezt most már csak 50€ ellenében szeretnék.. Sajnos Manager váltás volt.. és egyre rosszabb szolgáltatást kínálnak egyre drágábban🤗 Mi már biztosan nem megyünk ide jövőre.. pedig 2 éve ismerem a helyet😥
• Emerson (8/5): - The staff was very helpful and friendly! It was easy to find and check-in and check-out and they're walking distance from some restaurants and mini-markets. You definitely feel like you're staying in a neighborhood instead of a high tourist place. They also have a cat that lives on the property or nearby and was SO cute. We weren't allowed to have food in the rooms, which is understandable, but made for a kink in some of our plans like the late arrival and early checkouts. But I get it's for cleanliness reasons.

Garibaldi tér jobban mondva onnan az Alibussal eljut a reptéri a reptéri busz a Stazione elől megy a reptér felé. Ha valaki fakultatív programra megy a Starhotels Terminus elől tud indulni. Folyamatosan küldték ha, nem érek oda este 21:00 óráig akkor plusz eurót számolnak fel. Meg sosem kaptam ilyen emailt egy szálláson sem. A repülőm késett 40 percet és a végén taxit kellett fognom, hogy odaérjek. Távolság van a reptérről. Egy koszos szék volt a szobában rettenetes volt, ágy kényelmetlen. WC egész éjszaka folyt nem mehetett használni.

• Thomas (7/5): Ach ja :-) - Die Inhaber bzw. das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind ein wenig zu früh angekommen und konnten unser Zimmer noch nicht beziehen. Wir durften allerdings bereits dort parken. Der Parkplatz in der Garage war übrigens kostenlos. TOP! :) Bewertung für die günstige Zimmervariante: Die beste Klimaanlage ever. Sehr gute Betten. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, aber das Badezimmer war tatsächlich eine Katastrophe. Zwei Sterne hin oder her. Das ganze Bad war sehr stark abgenutzt und sanierungsbedürftig. Der Duschvorhang hat keinen Nutzen. Nach jeder Dusche wird das Bad überflutet. Hinweis: Es gibt auch bessere Wohnungen in diesem Hotel. Das sind die Bilder, die man hier hauptsächlich sieht. Zu beachten wäre auch, dass es generell kein Frühstück gibt. Die Bilder deuten jedoch darauf hin. In keiner Variante gibt es eins und ist auch nicht gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Die Darstellung ist leider irreführend. Anmerkung zur Umgebung: Die Gegend ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich wohl. Zum Zentrum, das ca. 6km entfernt ist, fährt eigentlich ein Bus, aber das ist immer eine Glückssache ob er auch kommt. :-/

• Olivier (7/5): Une solution pour une nuit d'attente. pas trop loin de l"aéroport. - La qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité des différents personnels rencontrés. L'enjeu était de ne pas être trop éloigné de l'aéroport : objectif atteint. Les efforts faits pour compenser l'absence de petit déjeuner servi sur place mais une option plus roborative à quelques pas de l'hôtel. L'accès au centre ville n'est pas simple. Les bacs à douche mériteraient une rénovation car il est quasiment impossible de ne pas inonder l'espace dès lors que vous utilisez la douche (tout petit bac et pas de paroi rigide.

• Matas (7/5): Good - Upon arrival the hotel administrator spoke very fluent English, which was a relief in Italy. The room had a nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Were offered complimentary cookie and tea with coffee. The air conditioning in our superior room was above the door which was a problem. It took a big while, over 4 hours for the room to barely cool down, should be on the wall closer to beds, or TV. The refrigerator used its time to cool our drinks, but after a goodnights sleep it eventually cooled down.
• Jarkko (1/5): Tiny Dirty Room, No Wi-Fi, and You Can’t Even Eat Inside - The hotel was located in a fairly nice area. There were several restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient. There was also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with easy access to the city center. A good location, especially for travelers without a car. The hotel room looked nothing like the photos we booked from – it was honestly shocking. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned, and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The walls were covered in stains, and the shower was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room itself was dark, cramped, and extremely small, which made the whole stay feel unpleasant and suffocating. In addition, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay. The hotel rules stated that eating in the room was not allowed – a very inconvenient and strange rule for travelers. We were also required to leave our car keys with the hotel staff, which felt odd and made us uncomfortable. And to top it all off, we saw a giant cockroach in the hotel yard, which only reinforced the overall impression of uncleanliness and poor maintenance. Overall, this accommodation was a huge disappointment, and we cannot recommend.

• Muriel (8/5): - The hotel was clean except that its far from the city centre and only R5 bus runs through it. Anything you need like more toilet papers or shampoo you can ask. They dont have ice machine but they gave us ice packets they made themselves.
• Abigail (4/5): - Good hotel for a quick stay. Not top notch but had what was needed and you can’t complain about that. It was decently clean and the receptionist was nice. Two things that were iffy about the room was the fact that the shower flooded out of the bathroom and into the main room, thankfully it was all tiled floors. As well, the locks seem to all be the same, so somebody else (another guest) around check in time made a mistake and unlocked our room at a horrible time. Be careful about that. Naples on the other hand is not a great place to stay, at least not on a budget. If you’re expecting a nice stay, put in the money and find a location down by the waterfront. The area this hotel is in is disgusting, garbage everywhere, and the transportation is so unreliable. We unfortunately left in the early morning of a big football game and our taxi didn’t arrive (the receptionist was kind enough to book us one, but did warn that it may not arrive), so instead we had to walk an hour on foot to the airport after already walking an hour on foot to the hotel from the train station because the bus never showed up. If you’re down for the risks, this is a good place for a quick stay, but if you want to enjoy yourself maybe put in a bit more money for somewhere nicer. Also check the football schedule lol
• jarvis (4/5): - This property is NOT what it seems on the site. It’s bait and switch at its finest. They sell you what’s in the photos but give you something different. They have basic and superior rooms. The site makes it seem like the only difference is the size of the room; but that is not true. My room looked like it was from the 80’s. Broken and stained furniture, missing tiles in the bathroom, tissue stuffed into cracks in the walls of the shower, hair everywhere, no elevator in the building, you name it. The site says breakfast is included (in the room). They have photos on the site with tables of breakfast but beware: they stopped this during COVID in 2020. The check in sheet says “NO food is allowed in the rooms” & they give you two muffins per stay. The neighborhood did not seem “dangerous” to me, but I’m from Oakland… however when I asked a tourist what bus to take to get to my hotel, her reply was “why do you stay there? No tourist go to that area cause it’s not safe. I never even go there and I’m from Naples…” There were police moving through the streets the three days I was there but I thought it was normal. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk clerk & her only reply was “you should have booked a [better] superior room.” I would have done this if I saw the photos of the basic room online but there arent any. Also the view you get is of a nice brick wall and older ladies hanging laundry on the patio. I ended up canceling the remaining days & I’m fighting for a refund
• Patti (8/5): - It was quiet, clean and as shown in photos. I would stay again.
• Josh (10/5): Great modern room. - Room was modern. Staff friendly - close to airport. Loved this room. Stayed at a different room the following session we booked a day later and room was terrible - room 101 did not like, not modern, shower wasn't great and no remotes for aircon.
• Mika (4/5): - Too much noise came from the hallway and from outside. You could not get the room to be completely dark. The shower area was small and the plastic curtain stuck to your skin while showering. There were fireworks outside on several nights. Two stars is a fair rating.
• Sheikh Danial (6/5): - The property was affordable and only 15 mins from the airport, which was perfect for using as an overnight stay. Angelo was very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. However, it did not match the photos and was very run down. The blinds did not close and shower drain not sufficient for a shower longer than 1 minute before it started to flood the bathroom. Walls were all water stained and furniture stained/cracked. Needs a major revamp.
• Sudeesh (4/5): - Not a place you want to stay even for a night. I booked thinking it was closer to airport, but it costs like £20 plus for taxi. Not clean, area was noisy, rooms were like made of paper where we can hear others even breathing forget about the loud snoring & talking kept us awake.

No hay recepción 24 horas si llegas más tarde de las 20,30 te cobran un suplemento no fue mi caso pero así nos informaron está cerca del aeropuerto, tiene gasolineras cercanas un restaurante bueno justo pegado al hotel. Volvería sin duda
• Sandra (1/5): Bad - The entire room had a foul smell. The room was cramped and very dated. The noisy heater turned on and off every few minutes.
• David (6/5): - Maybe if you get a 'superior' room in the better side of the hotel, you would be reasonably satisfied. But avoid the 'economy' rooms. The pictures on Expedia certainly make the hotel look much better than it is. The is one pizza restaurant a couple of door down the street, which is excellent, but that's it. The area around the hotel does not appear to be that safe, but the pizza place is full of families, so I guess it can't be that bad.

Doccia senza porte a binario, asciugacapelli inesistente, ci hanno lasciato uno a mano appeso, con rischio di contatto con acqua. Pavimento del bagnp post doccia, uguale ad un lago. Pareti fatiscenti con segni di zanzare uccise e presa corrente non funzionante. TV minuscola e pure non funzionante. Una notte da incubo. Expedia dovrebbe rivedere la presenza di questa struttura sul suo sito. Delusissimo da EXPEDIA!

• Ho (3/5): Don't expect a great stay, but if you have to stay in this area for a short time, it's ok. - -It's cheap compared to other hotels around -Location is close to airport -Hotel is old so room and everything has not been refurbished in a long time (some pics posted on Booking.com page were misleading definitely not as nice in person) -Heating was weak, almost none existent (kinda cold - stayed in Jan time) -Cleanliness was just ok -Not very soundproof can hear people through corridor
• Alexandra (7/5): Good - The hotel room was really nice and the beds were comfy The heating was switched off before our arrival and the windows were left open so it was really cold the first day. Next day the cleaning service left the windows open again...
• Penny (10/5): - The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place.
• valerie (10/5): - This is classed as a budget hotel, but overall I’d give this 5 stars - the staff are by far the best I’ve met, Gaetano on reception was exceptional, helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. We were even given a what’s app number if we got into difficulty/lost etc ! Housekeeping was also very good. The hotel lobby & staircase remains authentic which is really pleasing. The hotel is situated outside city centre, but on a good regular bus route (R5). Area around hotel is diverse and local with some good restaurants & take out options.
• Alix (6/5): - The hotel itself is a little suspect.... room was freezing, water bowl from the toilet would not stop running and making a noise. Floor tiles broken, a tv half connected to the wall and would hit you in the head if you are taller than 5'6". That being said.... the staff for checking in was amazing, very helpful, supportive and genuinely nice. Not sure I would stay again.

• Melanie (10/5): Amazing staff, beautiful room! - We booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport. Because of the price, we weren't expecting much but they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, extremely clean and beautiful. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing, very friendly and helpful. By far, the best accommodation we had in our 11 day stay in Italy. Loved everything! Absolutely no complaints!

• David (10/5): I could have shelled out for a better room but I was just staying for a great weekend - Basic room but very clean in historic building. This I think is a family business and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Also multi lingual and tolerant of my attempts at speaking Italian. Very understanding when I caused the shower to overflow. The pizzeria next door did totally amazing pizzas! The shower tray overflowed and flooded the room.
