Um atendimento espetacular, proativo, que nos auxiliou com o Transfer e estacionamento, que foram super prestativos e solícitos, nos indicando, inclusive, opções de restaurantes na cidade. O café da manhã preparado sob medida e no horário solicitado, onde comemos como se estivéssemos realmente em um palácio. A localização espetacular, ao lado da Catedral de Siena e nos permitiu aproveitar ao máximo o pouco tempo que ficamos na cidade. Absolutamente nada! Foi tudo perfeito.

I chose yoghurt and fruit, croissant, juice and coffee. My husband opted for the cold cuts, meat and cheese platter, cakes. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated room and dining room. My husband enjoyed the roof top terrace. Tiny thing, but maybe refillable glass water bottles in fridge and not plastic bottles.

La struttura è molto bella e arredata con gusto, anche nei particolari. Staff puntuale e gentilissimo, colazione à la carte. Raramente mi capita di dare un 10 al rapporto qualità prezzo, ma in questo caso è assolutamente vero. Dei tanti alloggi frequentati nel centro di Siena, questo è sicuramente il migliore.

The service was exceptional from start to finish—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Each morning, the breakfast was delicious with fresh, high-quality options that made a perfect start to the day. The views from the rooftop terrace were absolutely spectacular, and the location was unbeatable—right in the city center and just a short walk from the breathtaking Siena Cathedral. Staying here made it easy to explore everything on foot while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Siena and would gladly return again.

Anche lo staff è stato molto cortese, comodo il fatto di poter entrare con la macchina per lasciare i bagagli e poi parcheggiare al garage a 5 minuti di distanza a piedi.

Hasta una terracita en la parte - El desayuno te lo tienen servido caliente en una mesita privada, a la hora que previamente escogiste! Todo muy delicioso! El Hotel está en el centro de la hermosísima ciudad, sin embargo es muy silencioso y puedes dormir sin ruidos.

• Andra (10/5): O comoară în mijlocul Sienei! - E o adevărată comoară în mijlocul Sienei! Din momentul în care intri ești întâmpinat de o atmosferă cozy și te simți ca acasă. Ne-a plăcut tot decorul care era autentic ca pe vremuri într-un stil luxuriant, camerele foarte mari , spațioase, baia este foarte mare și bine dotată, iar piesa de rezistență este view-ul de pe terasa suitei direct spre orașul Siena. Micul dejun ne-a fost servit pe terasă. A fost divin!
