• Huang (2/5): Convenient location, but disappointing handling of failed check-in and poor follow-up communication. - The location was convenient. The hotel required a card authorization for the incidental deposit, but this could not be processed with my foreign debit card, even though the same card worked for a normal contactless (tapping) payment and had sufficient funds. Cash deposit was not accepted, and I was not offered a practical alternative to complete check-in. After I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to request a refund or partial refund for the unused stay, I waited several days but received no reply.

• Kyla (4/5): Staff was amazing, however money is best spent elsewhere if possible. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They literally made the stay worth it. The shower head was great. Beautiful lobby The beds were definitely not queen sized. The room was tiny. The elevators are tiny. We were locked out of our room after the first night (I paid for 2) and had to go down to front desk to get let in. You can only access the property by swiping your room key. Not worth over $1,000 for 2 nights at all.

• Laurie (1/5): Nasty NASTY JUST NASTY AND THE EMPLOYEE DONT CARE . - Where do I start!! 1st, the front desk was rude very rude, 2nd the room was not clean it was just fluffed to say " I did clean the room" no microwave in the room, had walk upstairs to get to the main room, no soap in the room, the mattress should had been out the window year ago just nasty, 3rd breakfast was nasty food was left on tables, counter, no refilled on any items, 4th parking $40.00 for 24 hrs??? I will never stay here again, and I will let my friends know. I would like my money back plus this isn't just me other gust felt the same way. All I can say is.... Save your money Don't stay here even if it's the last place!!!

• Radek (7/5): - The room was just OK, comfortable enough for one night stay. The floor was quiet, bed and sheet very comfy. Enough outlets for charging our devices, which was important for us :) We had no direct window but some kind of shaft - that had the light on 24/7 so it was not 100% to get dark in the room overnight. The breakfasts are a bit unusual for us Europeans, but US classics. But the one-time use plates and cups is not environment friendly, sorry :(

• Gabrielle (8/5): We checked in and I asked if I could have a lower floor because I don’t do elevators (they have stairs but you can’t go - The inside was very clean and nice. Parking was a little odd but I get it because it was on a busy street. Parking across the street in a lot for $38 for 24 hours though wasn’t bad at all! Not a bad walk to the hotel either.

Hotel je moderno opremljen ako se nalazimo u 1983. Buffet ima, ali hrana je vrlo upitne kvalitete. Izbjegavati u širokom luku, osjećam se prevareno, a nismo malo platili hotel. Pogled je bio na ništa.

I did this booking through Booking.com and I did not know it was $100 deposit and I’m not too text savvy so I had to take money off one card and put it on another card and he helped me out to do so I really appreciate it this time and efforts That bottle of water was five dollars, and the complementary breakfast was very cold even though they had it out in heaters it still was cold and the eggs were clumpy

• Eugen (1/5): Very good - Good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. I've booked this hotel five times, and everything was fine. On the sixth try, not only was I not allowed in, but I was actually kicked out. This happened after the manager changed. I was left with a serious bad feeling, and I still haven't received a refund.

No AC in the room No Hot water in the room Staff was very rude Bathroom was not cleaned Shower head was rusted with crust hanging off it. Staff gave another guest our room key and they walked in while we were laying in bed. When complained to the hotel manager he was dismissive and didn’t fix the issue. Front desk staff was rude and aggressive made it hard to use the front lobby amenities since we were scared to run into him
