- sato (9/5): また泊まりたい！ - 全体的に大満足でした。 スタッフさんは丁寧、親切。 ロケーションも土地勘がなくても分かりやすいく、駅近。 コンビニは目の前。 部屋は、掃除が行き届いており快適に過ごせました。 スーパーアリーナまでの送迎もあり、とても便利だと思います。 予約は、素泊まりプランでしたが、 イベント参加の有無の連絡をくださり、スーパーアリーナ までの送迎プランに変更してくれました。 が、強風の為電車が大幅に遅延し、送迎の時間までに到着出来なかったので、当日キャンセルした所、再度素泊まりプランに変更してくれました。臨機応変に対応して頂き助かりました。 翌日も強風の為電車が遅延してましたが、線路沿いに建物がある為、電車の行き来を確認出来たのでとても便利でした。 是非、また利用したいです！ ✳備品の部屋着の着心地が良く、寝やすかったので販売してほしいです。 部屋が若干蒸し暑かったので 冷房又は送風を入れたかったが、今は暖房のみの設定しか出来なかった。 浴室の出入り口が、高く感じた。入る時は気にならないが 出る時は以外と段差があるので気をつけて出入りしました。

- Marcin (8/5): This place looks, feels and behaves like a usual Japanese business hotel. - The room was clean, comfortable (even if a bit small) and had all the necessary amenities. Apparently there is daily cleaning too. The price was elevated, since it was the Sendai Tanabata festival season. The staff didn't speak a lick of English, although somehow I managed just fine.

- Sandra (5/5): Passable - I was gladly surprised when the staff did not insist to show them some ID when I said I lived in Japan. Many hotel don’t know / knows but don’t care that it’s actually illegal to ask a foreigner their ID ( passport and zairyu card) when said foreigner is saying that they are currently residing in Japan with a proper visa. Also, I could not book a non smoking room so I had to book a smoking room, but the staff gave me an air purifier. Thank you for this! Even tho they provided an air purifier, the room smelled absolutly bad, but since I am the one who booked the smoking room I think it can’t be helped. Also, the train is really near so you can hear it clearly.
