- Mohd (3/5): Slightly Poor - Near Amanjaya Mall 1.Staff nevel explain during check-in that parking fee need to pay by customer during ask for car plate no.if no, why hotel request my plate no? And during check-out, he explain that hotel already placed the info inside the lift which we check in late and dont expect to read all the info inside the lift plus carrried my baby. 2.Never explain that late check-out will be charged.

I appreciated the staff on - Located in a conveniently accessible area close to the nearest shopping mall, restaurants, and retail stores.đ No laundry bag was provided. The room faced the foreign workers' hostel bedrooms and bathrooms, which was not a pleasant sight, and the pillow was not up to the hotel standard.

- Zen (2/5): Terrible place! - That is is within reach to our purpose location of our trip from Johor. Room was also quite clean. I canât do my work because WiFi was down. Have to call receptionist downstairs using my own mobile because they removed the cable to the hotel phone in the room! So the room phone is just for display. Back to the WiFi unavailability, they mentioned that the manager has just informed the service provider and will take days to fix back the connection. Meaning that they are so laid back that they actually knew that the WiFi has been down for very long and since nobody made a complaint, the hotel didnât do anything about it! Room was not equipped with towels and room slippers. Yes it looked clean but after walking around the room barefooted for a while, our feet were black with dirt! No eating place or convenience stores open 24hrs available around the hotel. No housekeeping came to our room to clean daily. Staff wasnât at all trained and professional. Doesnât look safe at night with suspicious men (and women!) loitering outside the hotel. We finally checked out one night earlier to find another better accommodation next doors down. 3 nights staying there is simply enough!!

- Susilawati (8/5): Nice and comfortable. - The room was comfortable with enough space for us to perform our solat (prayer). The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The shower was really nice and a pair of toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. The hotel was near to a shopping mall and there were a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. A box of tissues in the room would certainly be helpful.

- Farah (2/5): Very poor - I really had a bad experience, I booked this for my fiancée. First they only accepted CASH for deposit, then the room card is not functioning at all! Went down to a receptionist and no assistance, he asked us to try use the key instead of helping us upstairs. The room aircond is in poor condition, no fan also. The car parking had to pay separately. The area also very jammed everywhere! Not recommended!!!!! Please

- Zlsb (8/5): A Place To stay Worth for every Ringgit.. - The room interior, the unique creative walls, the toothbrush given a better quality vs others of same star rating or even vs higher star rating. Car parks are available a lot.. Could clearly overheard neighbors conversation.. Maybe not quite sound proof.
