• Tiew Tuan (10/5): Nice apartment at good location - Location is very convenient. Walk to waterfront that has nice playground for children. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at restaurants and cafe under the apartment. Staff is amazing. Nothing we didn't like.

• Donna (8/5): - The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. Location was great. I will definitely book again when next in Rockingham. The main bathroom shower head needs replacing as it just squirts water from the centre . I did turn the position for a spray but it doesn’t work. Towels were thin I think they’re due for retirement.

• Valerie (10/5): Loved our holiday at Rockingham and only 45 minutes from home - This was our 3rd stay at Spinnakers. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The apts are fabulous for a family stay. The location is perfect right opposite the best beach, short stroll to all restaurants and bus at the door stop for a trip to the shopping Centre.

• Kirsten (7/5): Convenient and functional, but the noise, limited view, & lack of kitchen basics took the shine off. - Great location for beach access and nearby shops, and the parking was excellent. The apartment was practical for a family stay with good air conditioning plus handy extras like a vacuum, mop and bucket, clothes steamer, and laundry facilities. Checking in was easy and the apartment is very secure. The “ocean view” is mostly a side view from the balcony, with the main outlook over the carpark/side street. It was noisy at night from people and vehicles, and early mornings a refrigerated van idled in the carpark for 10–15 minutes 3 out of 4 days we stayed there. The hot water system near the kitchen/laundry was loud and had a noticeable gassy smell, and the kitchen was very bare-bones with no basics like salt/pepper and missing key utensils (large knife, spatula).

• Sarah (9/5): - Absolutely gorgeous views of Rockingham Beach. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed/s. Smart TV, lovely balcony with outdoor seating. Free parking onsite, Close to a number of lovely restaurants (Rusticos right downstairs), would definitely stay again. It's a bit noisy at times, not a huge turn off, unless you want complete peace and quiet. But it is something to be expected given location. There's much talking and laughing as families picnic and car's/motorbikes and such coming and going. The weather was gorgeous, there were markets on so it was very busy. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though. I loved it

• Jane (7/5): We enjoyed the visit to Rockingham. The sunset were amazing. - Roomy and pleasant in appearance. Close to restaurants and cafes. Car park was ridiculously difficult to park in as it was against a wall in a very bad dark corner. We decided to park on the street instead. Damaged bar stools was left in the apartment, it was pealing the seat cover. Very old noisy fridge.rattling all day and night. Street noise was very bad lots of loud vehicles all night long most night and buses stop right out the front. Tea bags were too few. Street lights are right outside the apartment and the blinds are inadequate. It was like day time all night long. The three camping chairs left in the apartment were all broken.

Communication via text from Heather was fantastic checking on our arrival and check in instructions was easy. Definitely stay again and recommend to others.

They were able to accommodate very late arrival times and the instructions to enter the building were detailed with photos for clarity. Our stay was short but given the opportunity I would book this place agan.

Feel that the kitchen and laundry could have better quality dishes, cutlery, etc, as considering it is a luxury apartment it is stocked with very cheap goods. Additional linen and towels would also be ideal. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again, highly recommend.

The kitchen was light on equipment which wasn’t a huge problem for our two night stay, but any longer and if you wanted to cook you’d be a bit disappointed. Some nice matching coffee mugs and wine glasses would take this apartment from an 8 to a 10 out of 10.

Mattress in main room needs to be replaced - it is very uncomfortable. Shower heads in en-suite need a good clean or something as the water pressure is terrible.
