• Stan Thain (10/5): Very happy traveller. - It was the perfect place to stay. The host, Claudio was incredibly welcoming and helpful and was always quick to answer any queries. The room far exceeded my expectations with even a small balcony and the location was simply perfect. Only a short 25 minute walk to the Centro Storico via either San Zeno or Porta Palio. Both routes offered lovely scenery and something worth seeing at every corner.

• Luisa (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Ottima posizione nonostante non fosse in centro, servita dai mezzi ma non lontana da tutte le attrazioni anche a piedi. Pulizia sia nella camera (cestino svuotato e letto rassettato ogni mattina) , che nell’area comune, dove Claudio lascia a disposizione degli ospiti, snack, frutta,caffè, acqua fresca e un frigorifero diviso in scomparti per ogni camera. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera più grande con il balcone e questo è stato apprezzato tantissimo. Una nota di merito va alla comodità del letto, mai dormito così bene in vacanza. Meraviglioso!!

The bed was super comfy - mattress and pillows! Coffee and snacks provided in communal area. Bus stops right nearby - useful for train station. Walls were very thin, so you heard pretty much everything going on in the next room! For me, it was around a 30min walk to the arena, so a little further out.

The room was large and clean with quiet a/c. Bathroom equipped with toiletries and towels. And the added bonus of a large balcony. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the ground. Even though the location is out of the city centre, it’s only a 10 minute ride on one of the many buses that serve the area. It was very quiet even after the game. Nothing, although the lift up to the third floor was a bit claustrophobic!!

Some rooms share a bathroom, but that is clearly indicated when booking. The room we booked was exactly as advertised and we had no complaints!

• Dilek (10/5): 100 % Empfehlenswert - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkplätze, kostenlos. Zu Fuß kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen und benötigt keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Am 2. Tag wurde unser Zimmer aufgeräumt. Wir waren positiv überrascht als wir zurück kamen. Alles wurde wieder gesäubert. Der Raum war sehr groß und wir hatten noch einen Balkon dazu. Am Abend konnte man sich gemütlich raus setzen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Trotzdem durften wir uns Kaffee etc. Nehmen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns gleich alles detailliert erklärt. Da wir zum ersten mal in Verona waren hat er uns gleich ein Stadtplan gegeben und die Sehenswürdigkeiten markiert. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben wie wir am besten unsere Route gestalten sollen. Es war sehr hilfreich. An seinen Plan haben wir uns auch gehalten. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem. Nichts :)

• licia (8/5): Bene ma... - La struttura si trova all'interno di un condominio residenziale. È un grande appartamento suddiviso e composto da una zona comune e cinque camere. La sua posizione è buona, in zona Stadio, a 20 minuti circa a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e dal centro di Verona (San Zeno-Arena). Il proprietario ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. -Purtroppo nel regolamento è consentito fumare nel piccolo terrazzino della zona comune dove si potrebbe fare colazione e se come nel nostro caso condividete la struttura con dei fumatori si trasforma praticamente in una zona per soli fumatori a discapito di tutti gli altri, inoltre la nostra camera era confinante e soprattutto la mattina purtroppo sentivamo l'odore. -Non c'è insonorizzazione

• Emma (10/5): Perfect stay in Verona! - We were a group of three friends and had an amazing experience at this accommodation in Verona. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and had a large, beautiful balcony. The host, Claud, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and things to see in Verona. He was very understanding about our late arrival and kindly arranged for us to do a self check-in, which was very convenient. The location is perfect – just a short walk to both the city center and the train station. Everything went flawlessly, and we highly recommend this place! :) -

The hotel is inside a residential building, there is an elevator, so not a problem with luggage. The host was very helpful, suggested what to see in the city. Nice view from the room. It was good to have a communal kitchen area with chilled water, snacks, and access to using the fridge if needed. We also liked the balcony space adjoining our room to sit out in. The lift and daily room service were greatly appreciated. Although we were aware beforehand the property was a 30 minute walk from the centre, this would have been OK in cooler temperatures. However in view of the heat, we needed always to get a bus to and from the centre. However, not too much of an issue once we got our bearings. Taxies were also reasonable after midnight following the opera.

Frühstück ist eigentlich nicht inbegriffen, trotzdem konnte man sich kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser nehmen kleine Snacks und Obst standen ebenfalls kostenlos bereit, man musste somit nicht hungrig bzw. ohne Frühstück aus dem Haus - ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder. --
• Krzysiek (6/5): Ogólnie świetnie ale upewnij się że masz pilot do klimy - Ogólnie całe mieszkanie było super, w dzień gospodarz bardzo pomocny, wszystko wyjaśnił i pokazał jak dostać się do miasta i co zobaczyć. Noc była tragiczna. Było bardzo gorąco, a nie było w naszym pokoju pilota do klimatyzacji. Pisałem do gospodarza ale nie odpisał. Klimatyzacja była w pokoju ale bez pilota. Straszna noc, mega upał. Tak to wszystko super
