The hotel and room were beautiful with a gaziantep historic charm. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying here. I would suggest adding your arrival time and asking for assistance on finding the hotel. We had a worker help us, which made it much easier to find the hotel. Everything was perfect

• Aidan (10/5): Location, comfort, warmth! - THe location is fabulous - right in the old quarter, with easy access from the nearest carpark (300m away). Easy to roll suitcases... reception was lovely and welcoming, and the room was perfect. Family of 4, we took to rooms, as we have older teenage children.

• Maryna (8/5): - Без проблем поменяли номер, т.к. мы брали с раздельными кроватями, но мы были не в сезон. Мы жили на последнем этаже с симпатичным видом на крыши города. Отель находится в пешеходной зоне. Т.е. надо где-то оставить машину, прийти на ресепшн и потом вам скажут где находится паркхаус в котором можно оставить машину. Не забудьте взять потом талончик, чтоб не платить.

Personal hat auch auf Sonderwünsche (spontane Zusatzbuchung und weitere Person) super reagiert Einzig die Sprachbarriere ist etwas hinderlich, da generell in der Region wenig Englisch vorhanden ist. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Hunde, die mit Hingabe morgens um 05:30 Uhr den Muezzinruf begleiten. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

• Alexey (8/5): - Расположение отеля отличное, для тех, кто хочет жить в сердце старого города в аутентичном доме. Не пытайтесь подъехать к отелю на машине. :) Очень понравилась сама атмосфера со внутренним двориком, пещерой под отелем и прочими Антепскими штучками. В большом сетевом отеле вы этого всего не прочувствуете. В остальном вода была горячей, из кондиционера дул холодный воздух, завтрак был достаточно разнообразным. Могу отметить только отсутствие парковки и самой возможности подъезда. Пришлось топать с багажом. Для меня это не было проблемой, но для людей не столь мобильных может быть тяжеловато. В остальном пожаловаться не на что. Ну может чуть дальше от крепости, чем хотелось бы, но зато в классном старом доме. :)

Im neuen Zimmer funktionierte der Minikühlschrank nicht.Wurde nicht behoben.Die Bezahlung im Unterkunft wurde fehlerhaft ins System gegeben.Bei Check out zeigte ich den Beleg und verlange ein Rückruf vom Verursacher.Der Rückruf wurde nicht getätigt.

• Kemal (5/5): The quality of stay was poor due to very small family room and the bathroom which needs to be renov. - The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach most of the places you want to visit by walk. I rented a family room but the room was very small for family accommodation. Bathroom was not clean and needs to be renovated. I stayed 1 day less than my booking but I could not reach booking.com because it is not working in Turkey. Also hotel manager said that due to room is booked via booking, they can not compensate the less stayed day.

I travel SO much, and people as kind as him are so rare. Wish I could remember his name. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Typical Turkish breakfast, very rich and a lot of things to choose. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. I really loved this place. Thank you The only reason why I gave 9 start instead of 10 is that it can get very noisy in the evening My room was looking the courtyard and many people were gathering there at night. I think it shouldn't be the gathering place as the room windows are just there and it's really noisy (and I'm very noise tolerant, by the way). But I asked please the guys the keep it down and they deed. Communication is the key.

Very cold welcome, they sent me to a far far away room, below ground without wifi signal in the room and without keys to lock the room. I asked for an other room with wifi they told me hotel full ... They asked me to wait 5 min until I got my key room. 1 hour later, nobody came. I went to the reception where I saw the checkin guys laughing and smoking in the streets. I asked to speak directly to manager ! I explained situation and by miracle, I could change room. Hotel full was clearly a lie. The hotel bought the entire street and have plenty of rooms, maybe they should concentrate on customercare

• Mehbubali (8/5): Very good - Although the hotel is located in an area that is unreacable by vehicle...in about 200 meters of walk you are in the hub of restaurants,bazaar and trendy shops. Very quiet and clean old town area I think the hotel should give out info on their location , it is unreachable by vehicles...and what is the alternative . I understand that most hotels are cutting down cost due to raising cost , but do not compromise cleanliness , it is very important for your customers. Would I stay here again? YES I would...because the manager and staff are very helpful and will seriously help you with any reasonable compliant.

• Ayhan (4/5): - I was gonna choose Ibis Hotel, instead we chose a traditional Konak type but there are hundreds of inconvenient things that they don’t care and take reaction for. The only good thing was the first impression of the accommodation. Other than that, the bed was inclined. No way to sleep comfortable. We requested a cleaning after first day but they didn’t clean our room at all and they put lots of lie and excuses for it. The bed sheet had ball formation all over. The toilet flush was stuck and I needed fix it by removing the lid and stuff myself. The parking is free but don’t think it is right front of building. At least they are sending bellboy but pretty far due to its limited structural neighbor. Breakfast is horrible. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t have butter during our stay at all. The excuse was Sacrificing Holiday. Pretty funny. All of the markets were open. The breakfast salon has limited silverware and one single poor lady has to take care of everything because they don’t have working dishwasher and equipment. They put salt in an exposed plate that everybody touches. Unacceptable at all. Rooms were dirty. Probably they never do deep cleaning ever. Staff were nice but management was horrible horrible horrible. I don’t recommend at all.

Tek bir sıkıntı yaşadık, sıcak su kesildi ve banyoda maalesef köpüklü kaldık ancak gece vakti olmasına rağmen tamiri için usta çağırıp uğraşmaları ve yarım saat gibi bir sürede çözüm sunmaları iyiydi. Memnun kaldık.

Konsept guzel calisanlar iyi niyetliydi yatak temiz banyo temiz ambiyans guzeldi ama mini barda sadece 2 su baska bisey yok banyoda dusakabinden heryer su oluyor isitmasi problem ama onun disinda gidilir yani
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Konumu şahane, hizmet güleryüzlü ve ellerinden gelenin en iyisini sunmak üzere çabalıyorlar. Odalar minimal ve konforlu. Yerel dokunun ortasında, her şeyiyle güzel, sevimli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı
• Güngör (8/5): - Otele girişte ilk sizi karşılayan personelin sıcaklığı, özellikle Özkan Bey' in ilgi ve alakası sizi tüm sıcaklığıyla kavrıyor. Antep de nerelere gidilmesi gerekli tam bir şehir rehberi gibi yardımcı olması Antep'den seyahatimin güzel geçmesinde katkısı inkar edilemez.Beni bir konuda yanış yönlendirdi ki yüzüne de söyledim, beni kebapçı diye lokumcuya gönderdi. Etten lokum yapıldığını ben Antep te gördüm :) Bu tatilimi Taş Konaklar konaklama şeklinde planlama yaptığım için, beklentilerimi de lüks oteller seviyesinde tutmadım. Bu sebeple benim beklentilerim oldukça yerine geldi diyebilirim.

• Mehmet (10/5): Fiyatının üzerinde kaliteye sahip - Çalışanların sıcak kanlılığı ve bizlere yaklaşımları çok güzeldi. Odalar ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı zengindi. Tarihi sokakta yer alması nedeniyle aracınızı 250-300 m ilerideki katlı otoparka koymak zorundasınız. Ama bizim için herhangi bir sıkıntı olmadı.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Bu Fiyata ve özelliklerde yine Tercih edebilirim - 3 kişilik Aile odası olarak (sabah kahvaltı ve otopark) iyidi. Oda bakımı birazdaha iyi olabilirdi ve duvar boyası rutubetli biraz dökülmüş. Bu fiyata Aile odası olarak bu özelliklerde yine tercih edebilirim.
• Ronald (4/5): Maybe great if you're Turkish otherwise no. - Very difficult place to find, had to get assistance from several people as it is up a very narrow laneway off a main street. Parking had to be arranged in a lot some distance from the hotel which was a concern. On check in we could not make eye contact with the attendants. They did not speak English and whenever we asked a question they looked at each other and mumbled a reply in Turkish. On check out we mentioned that we did not know about breakfast arrangements and no one had told us. The manager pointed to a sign in Turkish with the breakfast times and said "this is a Turkish hotel". Definitely felt unwelcome. The room was filled with flies, very thin walls with noise of TV coming from adjacent room and arguing going on in the terrace area.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Genel yörük - Odalar çok soğuk rutubetli ve havasızdı klimayı sıcak bırakıp birkaç saatliğine çıktığımızda odamıza izinsiz girilip klima kapatılmıştı döndüğümüzde donduk.kahvaltı kötü çalışanlarla iletişim kurmak zordu
• AYSUN (8/5): - G.Antep’de konakta kalmak otantik oldu. Konağın konumu da tarihi merkeze çok uzak değil ve yürüme mesafesinde ,hafif bir yokuş var ancak ônemli değil. Yakınındaki Oyuncak Müzesi ve Atatürk Anı Müzesi’ne mutlaka gidilmeli. Odamızda ilk girişte temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı vardı ama söylediğimizde hallettiler. Akşam odamıza çay ikramları oldu. Teşekkür ederiz
• Selen (10/5): Gaziantep turumuz - Çok güzel bir bölgede çok güzel bir otelde kaldık. Antep’e gidecek herkese Zeynep Hanım konağını öneririm gaziantep oyuncak müzesi ve atatürk’ün kaldığı evle aynı sokakta . Biraz uzun bir yol ama antepe kadar gelmişken urfaya doğru ilerleyip halfeti ve göbeklitepeyi görmeden dönmemelisiniz. Biz önce zeugma antik kenti sonra zeugma müzesini gezdik, müzeyi kesinlikle kulaklıklı anlatım alıp gezin her mozaiğin bir hikayesi var, Antep de livas ve kastelleri gezmeyi unutmayın. Kaldığımız otel öyle merkeziydi ki heryeri yürüyerek gezdik. Soğuk havada gideceklere önerim yanlarına kalın yedek kıyafetler almaları çünkü geceleri çok soğuk oluyor.
• Ebru (10/5): Keyifli bir konaklama - Otelin konumu çok güzel.Müdürü Fethi bey misafirlerle yakından ilgileniyor ve bir sorun karşısında hemen çözüme ulaştırıyor.Çalışan personelde kendinizi evinizde gibi hissetmeniz için elinden geleni yapıyor.Teşekkürler
• Beyza (8/5): Gayet güzel - İlgili personel ve temiz bir otel. Konum olarak yürüme mesafesinde çoğu yere. Bey mahallesinde bir konak olması eski tarihi dokunun içerisinde konaklamak çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı da açık büfe olarak yeterli aslında sadece bittiğinden ekleme yapılabilir. Odalar sıcak ve temizdi.
• Hande (10/5): Şahane - Hizmet, müşteri ilişkileri, kahvaltı, lokasyon, yardımseverlik, misafirperverlik, fiyat performans, kısacası her şey mükemmeldi.
