• Julie (7/5): For a short time it’s a fine place - A small room suitable for travelers who need to head back to airport only the location gets confusing a little for the taxi drivers. Its not at all sound proof as we could not sleep at all before our flight back to our destination as there was lot of disturbances next door with loud music.

• RudeBoy Muza (8/5): Overall, everything else was very good and I enjoyed my stay. - I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were good, and the service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the listing mentioned that hot water was available, but unfortunately the solar heater was not working during my visit. It would be better if this is properly maintained or informed in advance.
• Aliyèc (4/5): - The main entrance to the building was nicely decorated and there was a sitting area on the second floor. The rooms were dirty, Including the beds and bathrooms. The window didn't have an opening and the blinds didn't open, whilst the Aircon wouldn't change temperature or mode so it was either really hot or really cold in the room making it uncomfortable. The location was quite far out from Colombo, around 90minutes walk to the centre, and we struggled getting tuktuks/taxi's, with them being empty and answering no to accepting our job. There were two main staff on shift at the hotel, 1 of whom was polite and acknowledged us in passing. Whilst the other staff member was unhelpful and at times rude. Overall it wasn't a good experience but was a last minute option as our original booking fell through.

• Daniel (5/5): If you want privacy & peace, not the place to go for. - The location was easy for me. There was a bad odor as I came to the room that didn't dissipate the entirety of the time I was there. Mainly originated from the bathroom. 3 cockroaches, gekkos and other bugs appearing every now and again in the span of 2 nights was not fun. The blinds simply just fell off when simply trying to lift it up. There was very little sound proofing to the room. Someone walking from the stairs nearby could be heard, conversations outside our door were very clear and audible, which was highly uncomfortable given I booked this stay for some privacy. This site mentioned 24h front desk service, which I found to be untrue, as I ordered food late into the night, and despite ringing the bell multiple times, no one showed up. This led me to having to open the door myself with the keys that happened to be laying behind the desk, and getting the food myself after locking up, as if it were my own premises.
