- Raja (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful home! - Close to Tirano train station. The house is in a great location surrounded by the beautiful mountains in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The interior and the exterior of the house is extremely beautiful; neat, clean, organised and very tastefully decorated. The owner Nadia and her family are very helpful, friendly and gracious. They were very easy to communicate with and they answered all our questions with great speed. Nadia and her family are the epitome of true Italian hospitality. They are beautiful people. It’s a pity that we only stayed there for one night. This is a place where you can spend a few days to chill and relax and rejuvenate. Thank you, Nadia, for everything. We wish to come back again. Everything was perfect

Beautiful apartment with lots of fun decorations; definitely feel like a sweet home :) Nadia is super friendly and the apartment is in very good condition, clean and cosy, with a refreshing garden. Breakfast is nice too, we like the apricot jam particularly. Thank you a lot Nadia for being a great hostess! We will recommend it to friends.

The apartment was so quaint and charming which was exactly what we wanted to experience. It was extremely clean and cozy, with french doors to an outside patio off the kitchen and living room. The views were gorgeous and it was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and the beautiful town of Tirano! We'd definitely go back again. Amazing!!

- R8665WGcristinap (2/5): Worst ever - Still in shock after a couple of nights in this place called " bed and breakfast", without breakfast, without TV, without cleaning the following day, without providing. (medical) assistance after a bad fall in the bathroom, without giving any fiscal receipt, just asking for cash with the excuse that pos doesn't work. On arrival, we. said that there would be workers on the sirte for 15 minutes, but that had prolonged to nearly 2 hours, including our part of the villa. The owner came in whithout our consent. , nor asking, without a reason like cleaning. Worst experience. ever . Maybe the department of hospitality should investigate and. also regarding the payment in cash without proper receipt. I had a bad fall in the bathroom because lacks in regulations, thus people do not get hurt or even worse. I do not wish anybody to have such experience. It is called bed and breakfast, but there is no breakfast, no TV, no warm welcome and so on...

- konstantinosd965 (8/5): The Casa Dolce Casa apartment house was very nice with excellent service - The Casa Dolce Casa apartment house in Tirano (Lombardy, Italy) is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes far away from the train station (start/end of Bernina Express). The apartment was a big one (3 separate rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and it was fully equipped for preparing food and breakfast (e. g. refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, oven, etc.) and the propriety owner Nadia offered exceptional service by explaining everything we have asked for with a friendly manner. The apartment was very clean, the value for money was relatively good, and the location very good (not far from the city’s center), but the heating system was weak. In conclusion I was very satisfied with my stay at Casa Dolce Casa Apartment House and I will stay again next time I will be in Tirano (Lombardy, Italy).

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 非常に見つけにくいが、28の文字が書いてある建物のインターホンを押すとスタッフの方がすぐに出てきてくれる。 室内はとても広く必要十分であり、バスタブもヨーロッパにしては大きめなのである程度体を伸ばせる。 室内の一部に掃除が行き届いていない気もするが、大きく気になることはなかった。 調理器具(特にコンロとか)を利用するなら、部屋の案内時に教えてもらったほうがよいと思われる(日本と大分様式が異なる)。 駅からのアクセスもよく、スタッフの方の感じも良かったのでまた利用したい。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is very clean, confortable and centrally located!!! The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a nice patio. Nidia, the owner, goes above and beyond to your needs. We were able to check-in early and allowed us to leave our bags in the property our scheduled train departure time. Very convenient!!! The train station is about a 8 minute walk. Make sure you take the underground tunnel that connects the train station with the bus station. From the bus station is only a 5 minute walk. We hope to stay in Casa dulce casa next time. Thank you Nidia!!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We stayed there for 2 nights. This was quite badly managed and no one bothered. It seemed like it was a property owned by a family running a hotel or something but this definitely was a hotel as it was touted. The kitchen was quite dark, the fan extractor was not working and after telling them they just ignored it. It was advertised with "Free Buffet Breakfast" but the owner texted me saying the breakfast was not free... Also, it was in the kitchen - some longlife prepacked croissants, longlife bread a cartoon of orange juice for 6 people! I checked again on my confirmation and it was supposed to be Free Buffett Breakfast which I expected to be ready every morning... But the owner, Nadia, wanted to charge me on top of over £400 for 2 nights for 6 of us (2 were children). Other points : Kitchen was quite sparsely furnished (only 2 pans for 6 people. Microwave was not working properly It advertised as full size fridge - there was only a half fridge. The freezer was not working at all. No TV - to be honest it was not advertised. No sign of 'staff' during our stay. Very bad and never again there.

- Simon (10/5): Friendly, quiet and well-located - We were given a warm welcome on arrival. We had the whole of the first floor to ourselves, although it wasn't quite clear if that would the case if other guests were staying. Tea, coffee, toasting bread and cakes provided for breakfast. Only grumbles are that the water in shower could have been hotter and there was no curtain/blind on the roof window in the small bedroom. All in all very good!

- Sam (10/5): Quiet location with warm welcome - Super warm welcome from Nadia. House is located in a quiet residential area. The train line runs not too far from the house so you may hear the train passing through once a while but it's not that loud. Room and the shared toilet were very clean. Nadia was kind enough to turn on the heater for us even when it's not the recommended period yet. Restaurants and cafes are a short 10 minutes walk away.
- Fabio (10/5): Gentilezza proprietaria, vicinanza al centro. - L'appartamento è grande ed è costituito da 3 camere da letto. Ci sono due bagni di cui uno con doccia e vasca. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La Signora Nadia, proprietaria, è molto gentile e mette a suo agio i proprio ospiti. L'auto si riesce a parcheggiare facilmente, a me è stato offerto il garage al chiuso gratuitamente! Un po' di fila quando c'è da fare la doccia nelle ore "di punta" ma ampiamente sopportabile. Consigliato a gruppi di amici, o coppie, che hanno la possibilità di occupare l'intero appartamento. Ci ritornerei.
