- Dreamer18709773883 (10/5): Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Surroundings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - A Refined Retreat Surrounded by Nature Our stay was truly delightful from start to finish. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The surrounding natural landscape was absolutely beautiful—lush, serene, and a true highlight of the experience. The service overall was warm and professional. During our time in the restaurant, we met a Chinese lady in a suit (unfortunately we did not manage to catch her name) who shared helpful information about nearby attractions as well as the shuttle bus service, which added convenience to our stay. Breakfast was equally enjoyable. As for a small note of improvement, we were informed about the restaurant dress code (no tank tops allowed), and my daughter’s sleeveless halter neck attire was also addressed. While we fully respect the policy, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated during check-in for better preparation. Similarly, the availability of the shuttle service would be beneficial to highlight upon arrival, as we only came to know of it later. Overall, it was a refined and enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciated the experience. We would gladly return.
- derrickawcw (6/5): Mostly hardware issues - which were bad enough to significantly bring down the rating - Due to the location (nothing in direct vicinity except perhaps few residences), this hotel seems to cater mainly to company events, meetings and weddings. Staff is generally warm with smiles everywhere. The mini bar is complimentary at check-in. There is a large barrel of mineral water for you to dispense as much as you like. WiFi throughout the property does not need a password. Breakfast was above average - note that all the coffee machines were very slow. Air-con was strong, but a tad noisy. The chief problems are about the hardware. The age and relative lack of regular maintenance shows through: - my in-room safe was faulty - the packet that contains my room keys has TWO different room numbers on it (obviously it was reused) - my closet light was faulty (in the sense that it won’t switch off when doors were closed; to speak a word of fairness, the reception sent help quite quickly to permanently switch off those faulty lights) - my conditioner ran out by the second night - my room pillows were way too soft; and the hotel did NOT have a neck support pillow - toiletries did not have a shaver (luckily I brought my own!) - the quality of slippers was terrible (luckily I brought my own disposable ones) - there’s a strange smell in my bathroom that I still cannot figure out what it is - the lift sensor for the room key card is pretty slow (so please be patient!)

The Korean-Japanese restaurant Arirang and 15th Floor rooftop bar with Italian fare serves good food that will save you a trip out for more time at the pool / spa.

This time I came during the Ramadhan season we had a lot fun enjoying the iftar dinner and the live band through out the night . The minister suite is a dream! Spacious and absolutely comfortable. The peranakan food at the ground floor restaurant is amazing and value for money.

She was thoughtful and hospitable, attentive to our needs beyond our expectations. For our room, the toilet comes with 2 doors. Of which, one is a sliding door without any locking mechanism. We were worried the kids will playfully open the door when the adults are using the toilet. The engineers found an indigenous way of sticking a door stopper to the floor so that the sliding door cannot be opened. This helped to ease our mind. Overall, we find that the staff readily attend to our needs. We were glad we chose Wyndham Panbil for our stay.

The room was impressive : spotlessly clean, neatly arranged, and was maintained. I especially appreciated the in-room water gallon and the complimentary of amenities, including an iron and ironing board. I highly recommend choosing a Seaview room,the moment you draw the curtains, the breathtaking view is absolutely worth it😍 The hotel facilities are just as remarkable. There’s a fully equipped gym, infinity swimming pool & kids pool, a sauna on level 2 and they also provide the baby changing table(its help me a lot with 1 toddler)🫶🏼 Make sure you don’t skip bf next to the lobby! The selection is outstanding, and fantastic. There’s a fresh juice station where you can create your own blend, and to my surprise, they even serve steak(Wowwwww). It’s definitely a bf worth waking up for. Also appreciate the Kids Club, a perfect space for children to play and unwind, along with cute cake shop to satisfy your sweet cravings. The location is also strategic, just 2 km from a nearby mall, making it easy to pop out for shopping or dining. The lobby is spacious and elegant. Every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and professional. A special shoutout to Sonta from the Front Desk for the thoughtful assistance. I was also genuinely touched by the warm greeting from Mr. Bestrin, who appears to be a manager. He took d time to explain the hotel facilities in detail n even personally checked n asked on our stay, an exceptional gesture of heartfelt hospitality. - Maps28119062342 (10/5): Awesome 3D2D Stay - Firstly, we booked this hotel for 3D2N stay also to celebrate my love's bdae as well and indicated to have a surprise. The GRO Team took the effort to even decorated the room upon check in and awhile later was being surprised with a mini slice bdae cake along with bdae song sang by GRO Team. Kudos to the GRO team and well done💞🫶🏻👍🏻💯 Secondly, the free shuttle service provided by Senior staff named Robert who drove us to mega mall and grand BATAM mall 💯. Thank you sir. Lastly, all the staffs there are well trained with quality service, interpersonal skills and great attitude with smiling face towards guests. Overall, we enjoyed our short 3D2N stay. It's a highly recommended to have your short/long trip.

- irfanif2025 (10/5): In overall I am so happy to stay at Wyndham, you have done lots of improvement. - All good and happy back to this hotel after taken over by Wyndham, the lobby and breakfast much better with food variations, the only suggestion I have mentioned during checked out this morning is, hotel management should notify to all hotel guest during check in not wearing singlet in restaurant, the person who stand in entrance should not allow for people coming in to restaurant with singlet, everyone must respect other guest.

Food spread was great too! Always concern and ask visitor over their comfort when stayed there. Took a tour to visit their mini zoo and residences for sale too.
