Proche de la plage et à 30 minutes du vieux port lors d'une belle balade le long du port. Studio équipé sommairement mais avec l'essentiel. Lit confortable. Assez calme. Parking privé . La taille du réfrigérateur un peu petit par forte chaleur

Tout y était pour passer un bon séjour. Lit très confortable, chambre calme, idéal lorsqu'on vient pour le travail. Mer, restaurant, promenade à proximité. Grand parking gratuit juste en face. Je suis allée au centre de la rochelle, belle ballade, 20 mn à pied, pietons, vélo. Le petit plus, un espace avec machine à café, petite restauration rapide (sandwichs, sodebo...) et sucrées, à de tout petit prix, café et boissons chaudes, 60CTS

Nice patio door/windows (not sure if absence of screen would be a problem later in season. Nice restaurant across he street 5 minutes walk away. Comfortable bed. Lack of many kitchen cutlery and equipment. Long delay to get hot water . Absence of coffee maker and tea. Absence of information on the many nice attractions of the city. Charging for parking in off season when the large free parking across the street is barely occupied. Need to make changes to electrical panel … cooking surfaces caused repeated fuse failures , which made cooking a meal difficult.

- Mariepy (5/5): Déçue - L’emplacement proche du parc des minimes, du port et il est facile d’accéder au centre ville à pieds. Parking gratuit en face de la résidence. La salle d’eau !! Car ce serait prétentieux de parler de salle de bain. La douche qui donne direct sur le WC qui lui est face à un mur. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas spécialement grands sinon c’était impossible d’utiliser ces équipements. Il est grand temps en effet de rénover ces appartements. La douche fuyait et le tapis laissé dedans était trempé. Pas assez de prises. Literie moyenne. 3 jeunes personnes gentilles (alternance ou etudiante) qui manquaient qq peu de réactivité.la formation pour tenir l’accueil est à revoir. Je voyage bcp en appart hotel mais celui-ci n’est pas une réussite. Donc il faut vraiment choisir un appart rénové je suppose pour obtenir une prestation correcte.

Parking en dehors ok, mais ils nous font payer en hors saison. il y a un grand parking juste en face qui est gratuit. la chambre donne juste le minimum. il n'y a pas de bonne ambiance et cela paraissait un peu "hopital" autant les couloirs comme la chambre. hors saison cela nous semble un peu cher pour les prestations. Si non tout est correct, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à charme ou autre chose. Nous n'avions pas besoin de la piscine mi-avril et ne l'avons pas vu car notre chambre donner au nord et leur parking.

- TETOHU (9/5): Mais on a passer séjour - Dans l’établissement, le personnel sont vraiment très accueillant et aimables. Nous avons des distributeurs café et de quoi grignoter. L’établissement est très sécurisé c’est très bien. Juste un peu de bruit au niveau des toilettes, c’est sûrement les couler d’eau dans les gouttières.

Et la prise pour le sèche cheveux demande de faire des accrobaties... Un peu galère... Et dans le logement en général les prises sont bizarrement réparties, elle sont accessibles chacunes à leurs façons 😅 mais sinon top! Le logement est vraiment bien.

- Jose (10/5): Attentions à l odeur d'après la défécation du bébé - Que la piscine était presque vide, parce qu'on n'ai pas eu d'envie de se baigner avec un temps horrible. Il y avait un odeur horrible comme si un bebé aurait déféqué dans la chambre et quelqu'un (probablement ma copine) aurait gardé la couche dans l'armoire.

- cabanie (7/5): certainement plus sympa à la belle saison lorsque la piscine est ouverte. - Arrivée autonome La salle de bains qui ne correspond pas aux photos : le wc est face à un mur avec peu d'espace (les genoux touchent le mur) et est quasiment collé à l'entrée de la douche. Une serviette était encore humide. Intérieur assez bruyant : bruit de douches, de portes. Chambre en RDC (ce qui n'était pas le choix fait lors de la réservation) sans possibilité de laisser la fenêtre ouverte puisqu'il s'agit d'une porte fenêtre.

- Poseidon33 (8/5): Un lieu agréable pour passer une nuit. - La chambre était agréable, propre, à distance du bruit extérieur (une foire côté port) Salle de bien, WC, séparée de la chambre. Une bonne organisation pour récupérer les clefs et instructions. L'heure limite pour quitter la chambre est 11h. Heureusement nous étions prêts à 9h45, la femme de ménage, sans même frapper, a commencé à ouvrir la porte et nous voyant dans la chambre s'est excusée et à refermé la porte. Nous n'avons pas apprécié cette intrusion matinale.

- Sandrine (8/5): - L’accueil à la réception était très sympathique. L’environnement général est soigné et propre. La chambre, l’espace repas ainsi que la salle de bain étaient également très propres, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, un point négatif à signaler : les WC sont trop proches du mur et les patères sont trop bas sur la porte Mon compagnon s’est d’ailleurs cogné le nez à cause de cela.
