DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT - NOT FIT FOR OCCUPATION AIrcon did not work despite having people look at it, NUMEROUS complaints only to be told that the aircon remains at 27 degrees in the summer! Seriously February in SA - madness ! Toaster needs replacing ... long list of things that DID NOT match the "lovely apartment to rent" line Bathroom was leaking and flooded the 2nd bedroom and I had to mop up late at night. Ceiling fans were not effective and worked erratically Blinds (supposedly automatic) but didn't work Couches were dirty Kirsty was helpful at first but ended up rude and unprofessional. Telling me I can complain as much as I want but will not be refunded. It was daylight robbery - not worth the money spent The pictures are NOT a true reflection the apartment - the apartment is TIRED and needs revamping. Stay at Umhlanga did not want to disclose owner details and said that I need to complain via the booking platform The owners must be held accountable as must Stay at Umhlanga for "false advertising" This apartment is NOT fit for renting. DO NOT BOOK APARTMENT 1104 DO NOT BOOK APARTMENT 1104 OWNER AND STAY UMHLANGA ! SORT IT OUT Pictures are available ...

• Zahieda (7/5): It's was a pleasure to come back to the apartment after a day out. - The view was everything so stunning. The apartment was very practical. The showers were 👌 The very pleasant helper Cindy she was sweet. The lounge couch was not comfortable at all it's old and tired. The little foot stools were dirty. The water shedding in the evening, was an inconvenience I understand it's temporarily.

• Evah (5/5): Passable - The place was very nice and clean 👌 the space was big What I didn't like is the service was poor..the TV was not working the was no signal the hole apartment, and the stove was not working properly.

• Heidi (10/5): A brilliant family beach holiday spot to relax and have fun in lucury. - The most wonderful beach holiday spot - stylish and comfy with the most magnificent view. We loved it! Basement parking is a very tight squeeze and not suitable for larger vehicles.

• Mpho (7/5): Stay at The Bermudas Umhlanga - The apartment was comfortable and beautiful but No hairdryer. Only one lift was working for that tall building and sometime the lift were all not working and we had to walk using the stairs all the way to level 11.
