- Georgieva (1/5): Избягвайте Dune Residence Apartments – без климатик при 37°C, мръсна баня, некоректно отношение и по - Локацията е супер! Престояхме в Dune Residence Apartments (вход Б, етаж 2, ап. Б-2) от 25 до 28 юли. В апартамента имаше два климатика, които не работеха. На 26 юли се свързахме с управителя и той обеща, че същия ден ще дойде техник. Чакахме цял ден, но никой не дойде. Едва на 27 юли изпратиха човек, който уж оправи климатика, но той отново не работеше. Когато говорихме с майстора, той ни каза, че и преди е имало проблеми с този климатик и че собственикът не желае да оправи проблема или да сложи нов, въпреки че знае за него. Това е напълно неприемливо, защото климатикът е основна екстра, включена в офертата. Управителят ни даде телефон за „компенсация“, но този номер не вдигаше. На 28 юли звъняхме отново – първо телефонът беше изключен, а след това, когато най-накрая отговори, ни каза, че ще се свърже с нас „до час“. Това така и не се случи. За да върнем ключа, дойде друг човек, който заяви, че трябва сами да си търсим правата чрез Booking. Днес управителят най-накрая се свърза с нас и заяви, че ще ни върне 50 лева за цялото неудобство, което е подигравателно при положение, че 3 дни бяхме без климатик при температури от 37°C. Допълнително, банята не беше напълно чиста при настаняване. Не препоръчвам това място! Некоректно отношение, липса на поддръжка, отказ от решение на проблемите и подигравателно отношение към клиентите.

- Alina (7/5): Good - Location of the building close to the sea, size of the apartment, elevator, communication with the hosts. Cleanliness could have been better (sand on the floor and dust on some things in the apartment). Parking was not very close.
- Radoslav_g (6/5): Good enough for a few days of remote work and going to parties - Perfect location near the beach. nice terrace relatively well equipped kitchen. The apartment was dirty - the floor has not been cleaned for months. The air conditioner was very noisy The boiler did not work for the first two days of our stay, so we had to take showers with cold water The couch was so uncomfortable for sleeping, that if you decide to use to for sleep it would be almost identical to sleeping on the floor. No Wi-Fi, but this is stated in the description of the property.
- Coates (8/5): Over all had a great stay, the appartment was clean and had everything you need on holiday. - The location was excellent. The air conditioning unit on the balcony was quite noisy. Probably could do with a service.
- Dirk (8/5): Trotz Kleinigkeiten, tolles Appartement - Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! Das Apartment liegt im 2 Stock und man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Bis zum Meer sind es ca 2min! Top Lage!
