• Jill (6/5): It was ok, we were there on family emergency time, sleep was important!! - Affordability and location to family, but there is highway noise This visit, (we stayed at this property just last week for two nights) the hotel wasn’t as clean. We were there the week before and everywhere was clean, but this time we had to request a different room because first room had not been fully cleaned and hallways had not been cleaned on two floors that we walked and beds were not prepared as well as before. It is going through renovations, and looking great, but this was general housekeeping issues. The welcome was very friendly,helpful and kind.

We extended our stay another night and slept well. The housekeeping was wonderful, everything was spotless, thank you! The beds were very comfortable too. The road noise was not the best, wish you had sound proof windows, since being beside highway. The price was affordable and we will be back! Highway noise

The man literally just slid the paper onto the desk for me to sign and gave me room keys, no acknowledgment. Rooms are subpar, air conditioner leaks water onto the floor. Bathtub still had hair in it.

The breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold. The beverage machine was out of order. A work crew was staying at the hotel and you knew from the trail of dirt where they walked in the hotel and the outside mats were dirty.

• Britney (5/5): OK but NOT GREAT - The room was ok. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and they were amazing but this one? just OKAY. For one I could literally hear the people next door, Whatever they were doing I could hear it, EW. Secondly, the staff was rude. This was my first time staying at this hotel and the staff member was wearing NO SHOES, SOCKS ONLY. When I asked him if he could help us open the room door he looked at us like we were dumb but TURNS OUT HE WROTE THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER ON THE CARD! His whole attitude was just a BIG NO. So yea... not staying here ever again

• Verified traveler (6/5): I would avoid this place... - Encountered two problems during my stay... They put me in room 318, I got in there and it was filthy... Both beds are made, dirty towels all over the floor etc. Had to go back down and get moved to a different room that was cleaned already. When it was time to leave I got a cart for all our stuff and as I was ready to push the car down the hall to the elevator, the housekeeper put two big carts of her own and a vacuum cleaner blocking my path. They shouldn't do stuff like that during checkout time and inconvenience their paying guests that way.

• Michael (4/5): - Night staff was awesome. Morning staff was insanely annoying and unhelpful. This goes for the front desk and the person managing the breakfast. The shower had a piece of foil in it that looked like it came from a bottle someone else had used in the shower. What better proof do you need that they didn’t really clean the room? You can hear the neighbors in their rooms very clearly and access to the hotel is extremely limited. If you leave the hotel via car, you’ll have to drive about a mile and a half to get back to the property even if you only went next door for fast food.

There was no paper/plastic plates stocked for breakfast, and no visible employees around to ask. Had to start searching thru the cabinets under the counters to find plates. Finally a lady who we assumed was a customer/guest tried to yell at us for getting our own plates. Turns out she was the front desk employee. And was in there fixing her own plate, back to everyone, and playing on her phone. Side note the lady who checked us in the night before was great!

Breakfast was cold. Broken pancake maker. Cook didn't speak English. She stayed on her phone and food on buffet ran out causing us to be late for appointments. BAD experience.

Unable to reach a representative to make sure they did not charge my credit card. The person at front desk was unapologetic and indicated we needed to call the hotel booking. But once we did that they could not find our confirmation number.

La Quinta up the road had much better service than this property.

All he said was the times for breakfast. The room: there was still trash in the trash can in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom. the one in the bathroom had a dental floss pick in it. Yuck.

I booked these rooms months in advance and I also called a few days check in to confirm one of the rooms needed was ADA accessible, I was told yes. Well we arrived and they did not have a handicap room available after driving 4 hours. The person at the desk the night of check in was no help but wanted to cancel the room. We had to stay that night which was an inconvenience to my husband due the room not being suitable for a wheelchair even after me calling to verify. The hotel needs to be more suitable for wheelchair access. More rooms needed and should have roll in showers with sturdy benches with backs and railing.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - Good easy place to stay. It was clean. Nice bathroom. The carpet in the room was sticky/felt gross on bare feet. But I wore shoes when I walked around the room so it wasn’t a big deal. Besides that everything was fine.
• Clarissa (6/5): - Clean enough but lots of scum and mold in crevices so not well kept. It’s better than other options but the beds vibrate for some reason and the cleaning staff is extremely loud.
