• Gerry (9/5): Excellent place to stay with an outstanding staff and reasonably priced. - The friendly staff at Profile goes out of there way to make sure your stay is good. They checked in with us each day to make sure we had what we needed, and suggested places to eat.

• Roderick (10/5): - Matt was a wealth of knowledge about the area and hikes that we could not get from the nearby Visitor Center and Ranger Station. In addition to the place being clean and quiet, customer service was like it is supposed to be. For example, when I asked for an extra towel, one was waiting for my return every day :) This young couple knows how to run a motel! The shower was a little small, but that was a little minor thing.
• Le (8/5): I’ll stay there again if I visit the area again. - The owner/operator couple are friendly and helpful. They provide 24/7 onsite support and gave us tips about where to visit. The hotel is very comfortable with functional cozy room, a small kitchen with cooktop and cooking tools, microwave and toaster oven. We have a dining/living room separate from the bedroom. I was so happy! It’s the best hotel we got this year among several trips so far. The location is close to many attractions and some restaurants, very convenient. The toilet bowl clogged a bit with just a bit of normal bathroom tissue, so be careful.

We were advised to contact him anytime should we need assistance. Our room was clean, updated, fully supplied with towels. The rooms were cleaned daily. Fully recommended this location.

Everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Our little cottage was beside a small stream and it was pleasant sitting out. With older properties come a shortage of electric outlets. Otherwise no problems.

The owner builds a campfire every night for the guest to sit and talk and get to know each other. My family had a great conversation with the owner and some guests from Montreal, Canada. It had all the basics — a comfy bed, a bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave, and a TV — and honestly, that’s all we needed. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite parts. We sat out there at night watching movies, which made it feel cozy and relaxing. It was easy to find, super convenient, and the best part by far was the staff — especially the young woman who helped us during our stay. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you were always smiling, waving hello in the morning, and checking in to see if we needed anything. The 24-hour coffee and tea in the office was a nice touch, too. She asked about our plans, offered recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Her kindness made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

• The (9/5): Cozy and homey with terrific hosts. - The owners were delightful people. They felt like family. They directed us to the perfect restaurant for dinner. They also surprised us with scones and muffins, though I don't believe it stated they serve any type of breakfast. The property was quaint and a good location for us. The room was cozy but comfortable. It had all we needed. We stayed in one of the cabins and liked the screened porch area. Check out the creek in back of the cabins. It was affordable and met our expectations. It was very homey. It was a little vintage but that added to the character. The rooms were clean, but the grounds could have been cleaned up a little more. The pool looked nice but it was a little too chilly to swim the time we were there.
