Alexey (10/5): - It was a wonderful trip. The hotel is located in a very quiet spot by the river. It was amazing view from the room. The room was very clean, as was the entire hotel grounds. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient. It took from 10 to 20 minutes by car to reach the main stops on our itinerary. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Christopher (8/5): Pleasant nice quiet break over new year eve - Really nice presentable property and modern. We stayed on the ground floor and the neighbour upstairs seemed to move around a lot and rearrange furniture constantly. They seemed to go quiet after 11pm

cyril (10/5): Très bel hôtel au calme longée par une rivière - Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel. La chambre été très propre avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière , un beau balcon, une chambre spacieuse. Nous devons y rester 1 nuit mais on a finalement prolongé. Dépaysement assurée ici Dommage que le sol de la piscine se décolle mais c'est juste pour dire quelque chose. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour

Очень красивый вид из окна. Завтраки по меню, наесться хватает. До центра минут 25-30 пешком. Отель понравился! Нет такого

Ruijie (1/5): Bad - It’s very clean and spacious. The air condition control has no battery. And the room chair was broken when I was sitting on it. It is not due to my height. The reception didn’t provide me the WiFi information and the room doesn’t provide WiFi information either, until I go to front to ask. When I arrived, the hotel didn’t help bring my big luggage to the room as there are stairs. There is no room phone to communicate with front. After then I realize that I have to add their LINE account to communicate in which I am not a LINE user! Very unpleasant experience in this hotel!

Ads (10/5): Special stay on the River, Chanthaburi those who visit - We extended our stay at Riverawan, partly because we wanted to see more of the understated beauty and less touristic Chantanaburi area but also because we loved our stay with this hotel. The River view suite rooms are so quiet, excellent value and very peaceful. Great Yoga spot for my girlfriend over the river as well. The pool is also nice to get sleep from the eyes or walk off a hot ride around the countryside. The terrific local staff of Rice, June and sorry I forgot her name, but the young girl whom was so helpful with bike hire room selection etc. Kop Khub Kap to you all for a great stay 🙏🙏 Highly recommend, you don't regret decision. Chanthaburi is more than meets the eye. Some of the best food, seafood in Thailand as well. Cheers Adam n Tanya from Oz Nothing at all.

We just stayed one night before heading to Koh Chang. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. I think there were too few staying here. I believe tourist numbers are still down post covid. Maybe it will open up once more people are travelling again.

Sasima (8/5): Relaxing and peace of mind hotel, near a river. - Hotel is next to the river - very relaxing and peaceful. Room is spacious and a bed is comfy. Staffs are great. Location is great. Also many convenient stores are near, so as restaurants. Lighting in a room is a bit too low. If you stay in a twin room, you might need to manually adjust a/c to avoid the wind to blow your head during your sleep.

Location is also great: right by the river. Night staff person was friendly. The day staff at reception were distantly polite but neither interested nor friendly.

Anutida (1/5): Bad - I booked the room for my parents for a night. Later on I called them that my parents would like to stay longer for another 2days, the staff told me that the room rate is 1890 on Sunday and Monday. So I was like yes, that's fine. SHoudl I deposit more moeny or what, they said that they can wait until my parents reached the hotel on the first night and can deposit the extra 2 nights. When my parents reachded the hotel and informed them another two night that they want to stay extra, the staff said that it's 2290 something per night. My dad didn't call me that the staff said this to them because I remembered they siad that it's 1890 per night including breakfast for 2 people. They also said that they will note my request down, so when my parents check in, they are aware. However, it turns out that they just increase the price with no clue. This is so unprofessional. So my parents decided to change the hotels to somewhere els instead.

Garet (7/5): Good - In general, the accommodations were excellent and the staff were friendly. I was unable to use either of my credit cards. I called customer service for my cards and verified that my accounts were in good standing, had sufficient credit available, and there were no holds. Moreover, I used the cards at other locations and charges went through. Customer service said that no charges were presented, despite the staff attempting to run my cards several times. They said either they were not running it properly or there was a problem with their machine. Hard to believe that a hotel in a tourist location cannot run a credit card! This caused me a little difficulty because I barely had enough cash to cover the stay plus my taxi to the airport.
Marnie (9/5): Piece of paradise on the river! - Such a peaceful place right on the river. The bed was one of the best of our stay in Thailand, everything was clean and new and we just loved our stay here. Would have loved to have stayed another night! There was a concert happening across the road, and we could just hear the faintest music from our room. But this wouldn't happen every night, I think it was something to do with end of year celebrations. Apart from that, our stay was perfect.
Helena (8/5): Lovely location - The location is perfect right on the river. The room is just like the pictures and the view sensational. Great sunsets. The pool is quite refreshing and you can have fun putting back the mosaics that are leaving its place... :) The staff is really nice and attentive. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the centre but there are restaurants, supermarket and coffee shop within 5 minutes walking. Try French toast at Jules Diner and salmon teriyaki at Zymon (delicious). Sweet Moon for deserts (not to be missed). We were unlucky to stay when the neighbours along the river were building a road/space for water retention. Big machine working 24h (yes day and night) moving earth and rocks delivered by trucks with reverse beeping sounds. Luckily we had ear plugs.
