Guest Reviews
- Sven (6/5): Wouldn't recommend this place. - The owner had organised a large and noisy family party the first evening of our stay. We couldn't sleep. He should not have opened the Riad to guests thast night.
We had to ask him for the complimentary water, and he was grumpy about this.
- Jack (6/5): - Riad Was very average, the room we stayed the shower cubicle had no door and bed right opposite itNo sink in toilet cubicle.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very Bad - We arrived around 11 pm and the staff at the reception told us that they were overbooked and they had only one room for us instead of two where we all could not fit. We had to find another hotel. The staff was not cooperative and I would not recommend this property. The staff probably shared my card details with another property who charged one night's price to my card and the property does want to refund it.
It is located in a weird old town area which is surrounded by criminals particularly in the night.
- Hassan (6/5): satisfied - the hotel's location was really good as everything close to where we stayed especially the old Town. but the room was not good especially the shower was really bad and we asked the staff to fix it but they said it's the normal here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was very nice in this little paradise, Riad Dar Nejma. The Photos on this webside are not that good as the reality is.
- Hayley (10/5): Total nirvana, sheer heaven,I didn't want to leave - We both loved this riad. It is stunning and very peaceful. What did I like? Wow....everything. I got an onsite massage in the hammam and it was perfect and the young woman was great. We also had dinner cooked by Asma(?) who did the most wonderful tagine for me and an amazing salad for my very fussy friend who loved it. Asma also does henna at very reasonable prices. Honestly, it was hard to leave the place some days! My friend didn't! She spent most of her time on the rooftop terrace where the wifi was great! Mohammed was lovely and such good fun. He was so helpful and sweet. Even the other guests were terrific. I LOVED this place and we plan on going back as soon as possible! Traditional Morrocan breakfast (fab), rooms could maybe have been cleaned more often but she was always willing when asked. We had a couple or three vodkas on the terrace with no problems. I wasn't overly wild about the area but it wasn't bad, just a bit Spartan! It was an easy walk to the square and, once you find your footing, pretty easy to get back to! Seriously, I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Don't forget to tip Asma and Mohammed and they are seriously lovely!
Nosotros volvimos contentos.
