- Henry (10/5): Second to none. This home away from home. - I don’t see myself staying anywhere else when in Dar. This was my 4th stay at property. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Spacious and clean properly. Great staff. Very friendly and professional security team. N/A

- Kihyoza (9/5): A comfortable and pleasant stay - Host was friendly and helpful, didn't get a problem checking in or checking out from the apartment. The location was convenient, and the place felt comfortable and clean. The environment was peaceful, which made the stay relaxing. Having an additional handheld shower option would make things much easier and more comfortable for guests with different hair types when taking a shower.

Looks like they took note of people’s feedbacks and have put WIFI routers in each and every apartment. Very spacious, clean, quiet location, great staff and great owner. 24 hr security and the security guys are really nice. My stay was great and will always make this place my home when I’m Dar. The room I had was at the back of the building, no balcony facing wall and dark. The rooms were uncomforably large and dark with small windows facing a walled fence. Fittings in bathroom were broken and passages dark ar night. Pool was unusable and told was leaking, deck chairs broken and cushions missing. Could not use this area. Poorly maintaied and not good value for money.

- Cy199496 (7/5): Good - location Very close to the ocean. You can jogging close by the beach. No breakfast, although you can cook there is a lot of kitchen stuff which if you prefer and my room is in the first floor so oppsite to the sun. So it was very dark if there was no light during the day. Checkin on Saturday and by then the staff had all gone and the water string was blocked. So I had to bear it until Monday for the maintenance lady to help me solve that problem.

- Leonoor (9/5): Wonderful stay - The appartement was very spacious, and held all necessary facilities. The bed was ver comfortable, as were the showers. While the temperature outside was quite warm, the airco kept the appartement cool. Our host helped us with printing out the boarding pass for the airport. The pool did not hold any water. It didn't really matter because we did not have enough time to spend there any way, but it would be nice tp have known in advance.

This is on the same place that Amigos Restaurant, so look for this place. - Poor kitchen equipment, forget about making coffee - It took ages to staff to change soap disposer in the bathroom. - Very hot or cold water in the shower - impossible to get the balance but it is common in Tanzania :-)
