Super property overlooking a fabulous view of the water and mountains, away from the town so quiet yet accessible to get to town by walking or taking an Uber. We ate all of the meals at the hotel restaurant, which was exceptional. The house cats were special! Nothing. Well one small point - the room was missing a smoke detector which is easy to address.

Sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Zimmer wunderschön - bodentiefe Fenster, sehr klar und hochwertig mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet, hervorragende Betten. Das Abendessen exquisit. Und der Blick ...! Das Personal - es ist ein Familienbetrieb der besten Art, und das spürt man sehr. Sogar die drei Katzen sind Geschwister. :) Gar nichts. Nur länger wären wir gerne geblieben. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
• Chelsea (8/5): Beautiful room but overpriced for what you get - Beautiful room and kind/accommodating staff. The price was not worth it in our opinion. We think there are hotels that are just as nice or maybe slightly less so for a much more reasonable price. My dinner was quite good but my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked and chewy. The road was also quite close to the property but didn’t notice noise.
• Eileen (10/5): Highly recommended. Excellent location for commencing travel to the scenic areas of Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine - Loved the location but most of all the simplicity and quality of the building together with the subtle ‘silencio’ signs for guest sleeping quarters.

We had a few tours booked that required very early starts, and the staff were really accommodating when it came to arranging early breakfasts for us. The location was very peaceful, and there didn't seem to be any noise transfer between rooms. Everything was comfortable and well appointed. We did the walk to/from PN on our first day, it takes about an hour. Otherwise the hotel can arrange taxis for you or you can use Uber. The cats were an added bonus! Nothing!! A spa would have made it perfect 😀

The airport is 5-10 minutes away. A great stop before entering into the Torres del Paine Park. The 1.5 hr ride from there to Torres del Paine entrance is mainly on a dirt road with magnificent views the entire way. Nothing

Love the architecture, it really works with the landscape and is beautiful and cozy. The food was amazing, we had both dinner and breakfast and would’ve eaten there again and again. Since we were finishing a big hike, a hot tub or sauna would’ve been a nice bonus, but not necessary.

• Samir (8/5): Good hotel but with some minor details for the price-level - The hotel has very nice architecture, particularly from the outside, and also the design in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast is really good. The views from the room are awesome. Location is also convenient, very close to the airport (10 min.). It is great if you use is entry point to the Torres del Paine national park. Staff is friendly. The room was clean, but the windows were super dirty, spoiling the view, which you are paying for (see attached photos for reference). Although the hotel is called Simple Patagonia, and I understand simplicity, I expected more from the interior design in the rooms. It was just a white box with a bed and some simple furniture (no decorations), I feel that it could follow the rustic design from the outside and be more cozy. It contrasts from the nice exterior design and also the design in the lobby area where there are nice woods and ornaments. Some amenities are missing for this price point (mini fridge and TV are not available, I understand the simplicity, but the choice should be available). Also we got a room in a detached building, making it feel more as a cabin than an hotel (not a dealbreaker for us, but could be an issue for people with mobility issues, since there are stairs involved to get there), also the view from down there is less impressive than the one of the rooms on the top of the hill and main building (which is the one they show in the pictures of the room I booked). There rooms below are also in front of a publicly accesible road, with people and cars crossing just a few meters from your room, which also spoils the view compared to the other rooms. I wish I would have known this before booking. The room key is bizarrely large, does not fit in your pocket.

• Eurico (10/5): Beautiful design hotel - Beautiful design hotel with gorgeous views to the channel and the mountains surrounding Puerto Natales. The cuisine is simply delicious, with several traditional Chilean dishes, I totally recommend having diner there. Ideal place to stay just before the Torres del Paine adventure or to chill out and enjoy the landscape after.

We were just unaware of the checkout time and were still in the room shortly after 11. She knocked loudly and spoke harshly, which felt disproportionate, especially as we checked out immediately once reminded. The price was too expensive as the hotel had no facilities. Not value for money.

All the staff were great. The breakfast had plenty of choice for all tastes. Faultless Whilst we enjoyed walking down to our room in the Patagonian breeze 🤣 the steps are uneven and this could be dangerous for some people. They were well lit tho. A simple coat hook wojld be a good addition.

It was a last minute booking as the car hire office was closed following a very delayed bus journey from El Calafate. We arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome and asked if we could get something to eat. Even though the kitchen was closed the staff rustled up some very tasty snacks & a glass of wine. A little bit out of town so you ideally need a car or taxi.

• Luiza (10/5): Um refúgio em Puerto Natales - O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. A acomodação, embora tenha um estilo rústico, é super confortável - camas grandes, lençóis e travesseiros confortáveis, climatização nos quartos, e o hotel dá até uma pantufa para cada hóspede. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda que pegava o canto da pousada (até o banheiro tinha uma janela com vista para as montanhas). Quanto ao staff, todos foram super atenciosos, me ajudaram até a procurar meu celular que eu havia perdido no carro. O café da manhã foi a minha parte favorita, tudo feito com muito carinho pelo pessoal do hotel, onde podíamos desfrutar uma vista linda do lago. Recomendo muito!! Estava tudo maravilhoso, certamente voltaria ou recomendaria para um amigo.

The restaurant, although expensive, by Patagonian standards, is excellent. The location is a way out of town, but good for access to Torres del Paine.

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy bien temperadas, con un baño espacioso que tiene todo lo necesario para relajarse. La atención de sus dueños es muy acogedora y preocupada de los detalles. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y de ayuda en caso necesario, lo que hace que la estadía sea aún más agradable. El desayuno, variado y muy rico. Si no quieres moverte a natales para cenar, es posible cenar en el hotel. ¡Hotel totalmente recomendable! Un detalle util podria ser tener un frigobar.

Una maravilla los ventanales, tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes. También el personal es súper cercano y amable, nos aconsejaron con cualquier duda que tuvimos en nuestra visita. Desayuno con productos de calidad. Quizás es un precio algo elevado por los servicios que ofrece. Si bien es verdad que el entorno, el personal y lo bonito que es el hotel lo valen. Algo que se debería de mejorar también es la señalización para entrar al hotel, sobre todo de noche.

• Robert (10/5): Spectacular Simple Patagonia - Great family run hotel! Facility is beautiful overlooking the water. We stayed in a Superior double room which was spacious with a very comfortable king bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was also very good with nice selection of meats, fresh fruit, juices, rolls, yogurts, and eggs cooked to your choice. We had three dinners at the restaurant and they were extremely tasty and we'll prepared. Far superior to the three meals we had at different restaurants in the city of Puerto Natales. The family is extremely accommodating and also helped us plan outings to Torres del Paine. All I can say is we just loved this hotel and all members of the family. I highly recommend staying here--you won't regret it!! Nothing, but travelers should be aware there is no television.
